Hey You.....

~the next morning~

I wake up with a feeling somethings wrong. I think for a few moments and then I know it;
my alarm clock didn't go off.
I jump out of my bed, and run downstairs. I look everywhere but there's nobody. Then I hear someting upstairs. It's my dad.
"Demi, why are you up already? It's Saturday."
I sigh in relief.
"Sorry dad, I thought I needed to go to school today."
"it's okay, just be quiet so you don't wake up your mother."
"keke."
I see him turning around and walking into their bedroom.
I lay down on the couch and watch some tv. After 30 minutes my phone begins to ring. I pick up and hear Melissa's voice:
"HEY DEMI. DID YOU ALREADY ASKED?!"
"Hey Mel. Asked what?"
"IF YOU MAY GO TO AUSTRALIA OF COURSE!!"
"uhh...... No."
"WHY NOT?"
"Because my parents aren't up yet."
"THEN YOU WAKE THEM!"
"No, I'm not going to wake them. Did you even ask your parents?"
"YES AND I MAY GO SO YOU NEED TO GO WITH ME. I DON'T CARE HOW YOU DO IT, JUST MAKE SURE YOU MAY GO WITH ME, UNDERSTOOD??!!"
"Yes ma'am."
"good. I gotta go. See ya."
"bye."

I check my Instagram and walk into the kitchen. I make some sandwiches and walk back to the living room. I see my mom and my dad sitting at the dining table. I take a deep breath and walk towards to them. Okay, here goes nothing. I take a seat at the table and begin to talk:
"mom, dad, can I speak with you for a moment?"
"sure, what's wrong?" My mom asks.
"Well...."
"Me and Melissa...... We met this pretty cool band from Australia and........ we are talking for a few weeks now...."
"and they asked us if we could come to Australia, you know, in winter break......" I cross my fingers under the table.
"well.... Your having pretty good grades... Is Melissa going?" My dad asks.
"Yes, she already asked her parents." I reply.
"Well then.... I think you may go.... But I want to speak to their parents first, you know, I'm not going to let them pay for your trip." My dad says with his eyes on my mum.
"I don't know... I mean, your so young, maybe a little too young?" My mum says carefully.
"mum, I'm sixteen. I'm old enough. And if you don't trust me enough to let me go, you can just come with us. O yeah... You don't need to pay for a hotel. We'll be sleeping in one of the houses from one of the guys." I say.
"Well okay, you may go next week." My dad says.
"THANK YOU DADDY!!" I scream with a childish voice, knowing he loves it when I do that.
I run upstairs and text Melissa.
Me: I MAY GO! I MAY GO! I MAY GO!
Mel: OMG REALLY!? THEN WE'RE GOING TOGETHER TO AUSTRALIA!!!!!
Me: I KNOW RIGHT!? But I'm going to text the guys, see ya later alligator!
Mel: in a while crocodile!

I was put in a group chat so I'll just text it there.

Me: HOLD ON GUYS! BECAUSE WE'RE COMING TO AUSTRALIA!!!!!
Ashton replied as first and then the others did.
Ash: No way! That's awesome!
Luke: Yeah! Can't wait to meet you both!
Cal: we're going to show you every good spot we know.
Mikey: and where you can get the best pizza.
Me: oh yeah btw, my dad will pay the plane tickets and he wants to speak first to your parents.
Ash: No problem. And thank your dad that he pays the tickets. should we Skype tomorrow evening, that's for you guys morning, I think?
Me: sure. I gotta go. Bye!
Ash: bye!
Luke: See ya!
Mikey: bye!
Cal: bye.

I can't believe I'm really going. I'm so excited. now, I only need to survive this week.

Of course the next morning we skyped and it went great. Their parents are so sweet. I officially may go to Australia. We bought last minute planetickets to Australia. We'll be leaving in the evening. Around 9 p.m here. And then we need to be in that plane for 24 hours! Anyways it's now the day before we leave and I didn't pack anything. We'll be staying there for a week and Christmas was yesterday so we'll celebrate New Year's Eve there, I think to myself.
Okay I'll just take 5 shorts, 7 t-shirts, 2 dresses, 2 bikinis, some accessories, my sunglasses, my snorkeling stuff, a pair of normal shoes, a pair of heels and a pair of thongs. When I packed everything I walk downstairs. Mel. Is staying over tonight. So we watch teenwolf all night.

~the next morning~
I wake up with something on my belly. I look down my body and see it's Melissa's head. I pull it off from my belly and wake her up.
"MEL. YOU NEED TO WAKE UP AND GET READY FOR SCHOOL!!" I scream as loud as I can.
"AAAAHHHH!!!! WHY ARE YOU SCREAMING SO LOUD?!?!" She screams.
"BECAUSE WE'RE LEAVING TO AUSTRALIA TODAY!!!!" I scream back.
We both begin to scream and run downstairs. While we're eating our breakfast, we talk about everything we're going to do. We can't hide how excited we are.
The day goes by pretty quick and before we know it's 8 p.m
"ladies,if we don't go now we'll be too late." My dad says.
"we're coming dad." I scream back.
We grab our bags and head downstairs.
We walk out the door and put our bags in the car.
My mum doesn't go with us to the airport. When I see her crying, I hug her and say:
"I'll miss you mum."
"I'll miss you too sweetie" she says.
"We gotta go" Mel says.
"Bye mum, love you!!" I say as I step into the car.
"take care!" I hear her say.

The drive to the airport was pretty short and before I know I sit in the airplane seat. Okay... Over 24 ours we'll land in Australia I think.
Only 24 hours......

Hey guys, i just wanted to say that I changed the days in weeks because it's very unbelievable if you parents let you go to people who you know a few days so...
I will change it ASAP in the other chapters.
