-LUKES POV-

I look at her, no wait, it's probably staring. Just amazed.
"So you do love me?" I ask, not sure if she was kidding or not.
She nods in reply, snuggles up to me and says
"Maybe we should go back to the beach."
"But I don't mind laying here with you." I smirk.
"But I want to see the firework at the beach." She whines.
"Fine we'll go back. What's the time?"


She stands up and walks to the door.
"11:40"
"Then we need to be quick" I say jumping out of bed, running to her and wrap my arms around her. I kiss her and she says
"I didn't allowed you to do that."
"I'm you boyfriend now, I have my rights." I smirk.
"We need to go." She smiles.


We walk back to the beach. I stopped like a hundred times to wrap my arms around her and kiss her. Everytime I did that, she first would let out a little scream, then she would wrap her arms around my neck and kiss me back, and after she smiled and we continued our walk. I would do everything to see her smile like that.


So when we're at the beach, we look for the rest.
"there they are." She says, pointing in the direction of a few rocks.
"let's go." I grab her hand and we walk to the rocks. I help her climb on the rocks.
"hey guys" I say, sitting on the rocks. Demi sits between me and Melissa.
"Hey Luke." The guys say with a smirk on their face like; I told ya.
Mel looks at Demi with a curious look.
"I'll tell ya later." Demi smirks taking my hand in hers between us.
I smile and look on my phone. It's 11:50. I open my camera and say.
"Guys look at the camera."
Everyone is looking in my direction and when they see the camera they all smile.
"Smile"
I take a few photos to make sure one of them is clear.
"I'll send them to ya all" I say to the rest.
"Let them see" Demi says.
I show them to her.
"omg, I'm looking terrible at all of these pictures" she says.
"No. You're looking beautiful. As always."
"If you say so"
"yes I say so!"
She looks over the water.


"I'm sorry baby. I didn't mean to upset you. I just can't handle when you're talking negative about yourself." I say, pushing her hair away and kiss her neck.
she sighs.
"please. Forgive me." I say, kissing her neck over and over again without anyone noticed.
"Okay Okay! I forgive you!" She laughs.
"but stop doing that! It tickles!"
I smirk wrapping my arm around her back. She rests her head on my shoulder.
Then the counting begins. We all begin to scream the numbers.
"10......9......8......7......6.....5.....4.....3.....2....1...."



"HAPPY NEW YEAR!!" All the people scream and begin to hug each other.
I warp my arms now fully around Demi and kiss her
"happy new year baby" I say
"happy new year Luke"
"I prefer boyfriend or baby"
She bursts out in a laugh.
"you sure do BABY" she giggles.


I hand her a glass champagne and say
"hey guys! Let's go swimming!"
"Oh yeah, we almost forgot that." Michael says standing up and pulls his shirt over his head.
We all follow his example. Demi looks at me with a confused look.
"it's a tradition that we every New Year jump in the sea." I say undoing myself from my pants.
In our boxers Cal, Ash, Mike and I jump into the water. When I see Demi's still standing on the rocks talking with Melissa and Bryana I scream
"aren't you coming?!"
"Do you have any idea how expensive this dress was?!" She screams back.
"No Way I'm going into that water!!"
"Well, you picked out a feisty one Luke." Michael laughs.
"oh yeah, then where's yours, huh?" I reply.
"Demi, would you please come in the water?" I scream to her.
"NO!" She screams back.
"Well I asked nicely." I say climbing on the rocks again and walking to the place where she stands.


I knew the rest of the boys were watching.
She stands with her back to me so I wrap my arms around her without a warning.
She screams and turns around.
"LUKE YOU'RE TOTALLY WET!!."
"I know"
My arms go over her back to her zipper. As soon as I've found the zipper I unzip her dress.
"LUKE!"
I ignore her and undress her further till she's in her underwear. Damn. Who knew she was this hot only in her underwear.


Then I pick her up and throw her in the sea, jumping after her of course.
"LUKE YOU ASSHOLE! YOU'RE GOING TO REGRET THAT!!" She screams.
I don't reply and swim to her. I grab her waist and kiss her. She pulls back and swims to Ashton.
But then suddenly I don't see her anymore.
"Hey Ash, where did she go?" I ask swimming to him.
"I don't know men. She just disappeared." He says looking pretty worried.
"she could swim, right?" Cal asks.
"SHIT! I didn't thought about that at all. How the hell could I be so stupid!?" I say.
"Wait, so you threw her into the sea without knowing if she could swim?" Michael asks in disbelief.
I don't reply and begin to scream.
"DEMI!! DEMI!! THIS IS NOT FUNNY!!"


After looking for her for almost 30 minutes I say.
"This is not going to work guys. I already called everyone I know and she's nowhere to be found. I never should've thrown her in the sea." I can't help but begin to cry a little.
nobody says something. Then I walk back to the sea and begin to search again.
"Luke, you just said it yourself. It's not going to work." Michael says.
"NO! She needs to be here somewhere and I'm going to find her!." I scream.
Suddenly I feel something around my ankles. It pulled me under water.

When I come up, I stare in two deeply brown eyes.
"I told you you would regret throwing me in the sea." She says.
I just stare at her. First I'm angry but then I realized it's my own fault.
She smiles and says
"and I love you too."
She wraps her arms around my neck and kisses me.
I kiss her back and say
"okay okay, you got me."
I smile, pick her up and walk out of the water with her in my arms.
When I put her on the ground the others are coming our way.
"YOU WORRIED US SICK!" Michael screams but then he wraps his arms around her and says:
"but I'm happy that you didn't drown"
"Luke even cried when he thought you were dead" Cal laughs.
"ha ha ha" I reply.
"I think it's sweet" Demi says kissing me.
"let's go back to the house. It's almost 3 a.m." I say.


Demi and I walk back to my house.
When we're upstairs she wants to go to her room but I grab her by her waist and pull her into me.
"sleep with me tonight" I whisper in her ear.
"you want that?" She whispers back.
"I would fly to wherever you are to sleep next to you tonight."
