"Guys Carrie is inviting us to dinner tonight!" I yelled. Dinner with Melissa and Carrie. This is my chance to ask Melissa out.

We walked over to Melissa's house. Liam was about to knock when a black Mustang pulled up. Turning our heads to see the stranger. She stepped out of the car and boy was she cute.
"Hello, I'm..." she started to say but Carrie came out.
"Introductions later in the back yard. Dinner is almost ready. Hope you're all hungry." taking the brownies Harry made into the kitchen.
"Hey Carrie is it alright if I talk to you in the kitchen?" I asked
"Sure. I'm all ears. But don't keep my guest waiting." We walked into the kitchen were fruit salads, veggies, deserts were pilled on multiple counters. Carrie started pulling out glasses from the shelves and setting them on trays.
"So I was wondering if it was okay if Melissa and I could go out on a couple of dates?" I started rubbing my neck.
"That's fine with me but its Melissa that needs to say yes not me."
"Well I was wondering if she would be interested."
"Of course she's interested. From what I see she can't wait to see you. She spent the last two hours putting on make-up and finding the right outfit."
"Really?"
"Yes! Now help me carry out the rest of the food." she laughed. Boy did Carrie have a lot of guest. Perrie, El, Dani, and Mustang chick. They were all here. Introductions came and Mustang chick had the name of Hannah. Dinner was amazing. Shish co-bobs were mouth dripping, the bread was melting in your mouth with the Italian dressing and parmesan on top, and the desert was delicious.
There was lots of beer and food. we started playing games Melissa and I played bean bags against Perrie and Zayn, with us being the champions. Liam and Hannah went around the block in her car. Louis, Harry, Dani, and El played lawn darts. Carrie cleaned up dinner and came out when Hannah and Liam just returned.
"Who's up for a game of soccer?"
"Girls against guys!" Melissa shouted. 6 against 5 not fair but we'll kick their butt. I've seen how some of them have played.

Was I ever wrong. Our butts got kicked 20-0. "Anyone want a campfire?" S'mores were made and stories were told with a lot of laughter. We soon came down to whispers and split into our own conversations. I turned to Melissa "I was wondering if you would like to go out on a date with me Saturday night?"
"Yes!" She threw her arms around my neck.
"I would have asked sooner if I'd have know this would be your reaction."
"Whatever you say Ireland." at the end of the night Everyone was happy. Before everyone left we were all handed leftovers and instructions how to cook them. Carrie said bye to everyone except Harry and myself.
