*Liam's POV*
It smells like Ella the second I walk into the apartment. I look down to see Simon greeting me anxiously at my feet. I carry him as I look around for any sign of Ella. It's a Wednesday night where could she be? Probably studying with Megan or something. Everything looks exactly as I remember, all the furniture is in the same place. I enter our bedroom with an overwhelming feeling of sadness, but when I look in our closet and see that my clothes are still there. It gives me the slightest ounce of hope. I hope this is a good idea. She isn't exactly expecting me. She probably doesn't want to see me. I haven't even figured out what I'm gonna do when she gets back. Hopefully she'll give me a chance to explain, and hear me out. I can't lose her. After flipping through channels for nearly 15 minutes, I decide to take down, and take a little nap until she gets back. I am exhausted beyond belief.
*Ella's POV*
To my surprise this date is going very well so far. In a little over an hour I have manged to learn so much about him. He grew up in Jersey, his parents are divorced, he has two sisters, a brother, and three cats, is majoring in business was his school's valedictorian and his girlfriend of almost two years cheated on him. Sounds s familar. Besides that, him and I have a lot of other things in common. We are a lot more alike than I expected. Not to mention he is so cute. Not my usual type he's blonde with blue eyes and dimples and a little on the shorter side.
When our check comes, I immediately reach for my wallet.
"There is no way I'm letting you pay for this. I wanted to take you out, I'll pay." - C
