"Don't you think it's time to quit your whining and get back on the horse Payne? You and Ella have been broken up for how long now? Like a month?" Harry says from across the table.
"It's been 22 days...but who's counting?" I say while the boys' start to laugh.
"You can get anyone you want, and she'll be getting snagged by a guy any day now. If you don't hurry up then I might take a whack at her." - H
I wanna smack that smirk right of his face.
"Shut the fuck up Harry." - L
"What are you still doing here?" -Z
"What?" - L
"I said what are you still doing here. We have the next week off you should be on a plane to New York by now." - Z
Shit. He's right.
"Yeah, c'mon lad you gotta get her back." - N
"We miss Ella just as much as you do. If you don't act fast you might never get her back." - L
In that moment I realized that my four dimwitted best friends are right. I'm going to New York.
*Ella's POV*
"so who's this guy you're setting me up with tonight." I ask
"His name is Connor he goes to Columbia and he's super hot." - M
"I don't know. I think it's a little too soon. It hasn't even been a month yet." I say hesitantly
"Just give him a chance." - M
"Fine" I sigh in defeat.
*3 hours later*
I pull a silky red button down shirt over my head , to go along with my right black shit. My hair is down with a tiny braid at the too, and I'm wearing light eyeshadow. it's been a while since I've been on an actual date. Not to mention a blind date. I hope this isn't weird. I'm not really good in awkward situations. Maybe this is a good thing. I can finally get my mind off of...him. Shit. He's here. There's no turning back now.
