"What do you mean you're not gonna be here till the end of summer?" I said frantically into the speaker.
"I'm sorry honey, but Jarred and I are going to Italy." She said semi-apologetically.
"But mom-" I started.
"No buts! I'm sorry you'll just have to deal with your father and the bitch okay!" She yelled cutting me off.
"Okay..." I said.
"I love you." She said.
"I love you too, bye." I said hanging up before she could say anything more.
I can't believe that she's going to Italy with my soon to be step-bastard.
"Are you guys packed?" My father asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"Let's go then, we gotta pick up Erin." He said.
I instantly rolled my eyes.
"Jackson grab your suitcase." I said.
"Okay sis. What did mom want?" He asked while smiling.
I hate to tell him.
"Mom isn't gonna be able to come until towards the end of summer." I said sadly.
"Oh..." He said sadly.
He quickly grabbed his bags to load up the car. I then collected my things and closed he door to my small bedroom.
"We aren't gonna have room for all this! Do you know how much Erin carries in her purse? What do you think she'll pack for a two month vacation?!" I yelled frustrated.
"Yes we will... We just gotta move things around." My father said irritatedly.
"Again?" Jackson said impatiently.
"For the millionth time can we just take Roscoe too?" I groaned.
"Fine! Go get the damn thing!" He yelled throwing down my suitcase.
I quickly grabbed the keys to my beautiful blue jeep. I then proceeded to pack Jackson and my own luggage.
"Jackson you wanna ride with me." I said.
"Gladly." He said jumping in.
"Drive careful and make sure you follow behind me." He lectured.
"Okay lets just go." I said.
It should not have taken a damn hour to pack the car.
"Are you ready to go Jackson?" I said while getting in and starting the car.
"Yeah, I've been ready for an hour." He said laughing.
***11 Hours***
Only about three more hours until we get there. The car ride has been extremely boring. Jackson has played on his laptop the whole time and I listened to the radio. At Erin's it only took a half hour which was surprising because she had seven suitcases.
"Do you want to stop for something to eat?" I asked Jackson.
"Yes, can we do 5 Guys?" He said.
"Of course, let me call dad." I said dialing his number.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
"Nothing, were just hungry. I'm gonna pull into that 5 Guys ahead." I said.
"Okay, bye." He said irritated.
I pulled into the restaurant. My dad and Erin got out of his car. Seriously who where's six inch heels to travel?
"Peter do we have to go here? You know I don't eat meat." She said pouting her fake botox filled lip out.
"They have french fries babe." He said rubbing her back in assurance.
"But-" she started.
"Stop acting like a damn child there's a smoothie place two doors down if you want." I snapped cutting her off.
"You don't have to be a bitch about it! At least I try to eat healthy." She defended.
"Excuse me bit-" I spoke.
"Why don't we go to that smoothie place, or maybe a veggie grill?" He interrupted.
"Okay babe." She said glaring at me.
My father shot me a clear warning.
This is gonna be one hell of a summer...
