Summer Vacation [H.S.]

Harry's POV
"What do you mean Haz? Your mom's in for burglary, the tape showed her taking the money from the bank. Harry she had those people at gunpoint." She said confused at my accusation.
"You don't know why she did it though." I said before taking a bite of my cold creamy ice cream.
"Then why did she do it?" She asked before licking the ice cream off her upper lip.
"She did it because that bastard held a gun to my head. If she didn't do it he was gonna put a bullet in my brain. The last five years she's been sitting in that tiny disgusting cell because of him." I said before angrily biting into my cone.
"Oh my god, I'm sorry Haz. You could of talked to me about it." She said with wide eyes.
"Switch?" I asked taking her blizzard and handing her my chocolate dipped cone.
"You know the cone is still my favorite part." She said smiling that I still remembered.
"I know A, I remember everything." I said smiling softly.
"Do you visit her?" She asked timidly.
"Twice a month, he said if I go anymore he'll tell the police that she tried to kill him." I said running my fingers through my hair.
"Couldn't you tell the police that he forced her?" She asked frustrated.
"I tried, my dad's a very powerful person you know. He paid the officers I told to be quiet." I said sadly.
"Harry, I'm sorry I didn't realize he was such a dusty anus." She said furiously, making me smile.
"He's definitely that." I commented.
"A, why were you mad at me this morning? Did we do something? Did I?" I asked curiously.
"You don't remember what you said last night?" She asked bitterly.
"Not really just bits in pieces." I admitted quietly.
"Yeah you were pretty drunk..." she stated.
"Did we have sex?!" I blurted finally.
"Harry, no! Oh god no!" She said with wide eyes.
"But the condoms? Lydia said th-" I started.
"Harry those were already there!" She said covering her flushed face.
"Okay I'm sorry I thought..." I said trailing off.
"Wait what did Lydia say?" She asked quickly.
"She asked if we had fun and said that you were exhausted after we got back." I explained.
"Yeah cause I basically carried your drunk ass back!" She yelled back.
"Okay good." I said sighing in relief.
"Would you have sex with me?" She asked bluntly causing my heart stop.
"I don't know would you have sex with me?!" I replied quickly.
"I asked you first." She said staring in my eyes.
"I asked you second." I retorted before leaning closer.
"You said you loved me." She said biting her lip, which was a nervous habit she'd always had.
"I've always loved you. Is that why your upset? Because I can't control my feelings." I said then licking my dry lips.
"Yes, I don't see why you wouldn't of told me." She said sadly.
"We both had a lot going on.... your parents divorce.... my mom getting arrested. I did want to add to the drama." I explained.
"I needed you!" She said bitterly.
"I know, but I'm here now. I need you to let me in." I said taking her hand tightly.
"So would you ever do it with me?" She asked once again.
"Yes." I said honestly.
She remained silent for what felt like an eternity.
"You never answered me A." I said.
"I uh-." She started.
"Hey Adrian!" Interrupted the last person I'd want to see again.
"Luke?" She said smiling.
