"Running away from me is like a game to me, princess." my heart beat frantically in my chest with his words getting closer to my hiding spot.
I held my breath while closing my eyes trying to block what was going on around me. Feeling cold mist start to form unto my skin from the dense woods my skin gave away to goosebumps making me shiver.
"You smell so exotic. How I would love to mark you now, making you mine, princess. And only mine." I heard even closer, his dark voice trailing into my ears as a small whimper escaped out of my mouth.
I pressed my back into the sharp bark of the tree that I had made into my hiding spot knowingly at any moment he would find me.
"Check mate." I heard before I looked up to meet a pair of dark forest green orbs. Knowingly his wolf was taking charge and he had his sights on one thing and one thing only, me.
I felt his dark eyes roam my body as I was only in a torn black dress that I had worn to the dinner. My eyes couldn't leave his face as I watched him in horror give a smile that made my skin give a slight shiver...of hate or want?
I shook my head trying to get the thought of kissing his lips to satisfy my needing of want from the man who stood infront of me looking down at me as if I was his prey. Which I technically was, I pointed out in my mind.
"You thought running from me was going to end your hunger for me?" I almost missed out what he was saying as my eyes pulled away from his hard outlined lips to his dangerously looking eyes. I shook my head not saying a word. His eyes flashed back to his green before they turned back to the unwanted black.
His arms flew past each side of my body, pinning me against the bark. I gave a slight yelp knowing I couldn't run away even if I wanted to. His hard body pressed against mine towering above my small frame looking down as I looked up.
"Sor-" I tried to apologize before his lips collided with mine not letting any time waste. I tried to turn my head to the left away from his dominance mouth but his hand held my face from any movement from me.
I gave in and he took the opportunity to glide his tongue into my mouth as a betraying moan escaped from my body. I trailed a hand up to his neck as another hand landed into his sweaty dark hair, pulling at it.
I felt his right hand snake its way around my waist pulling me up as I straddled his standing salute not breaking the heated kiss. His mouth slowly trailed from my lips to my jaw as I tilted my head back exposing my neck to him.
He let no time past by kissing down my jaw to my neck sucking and nipping at my soft skin. I gave another moan as he kissed my weakest spot on my neck as he gave another nip before pushing me up against the tree not letting me fall from his tight but yet protective hold of me.
He gave a low sexy growl as he gave another kiss to my neck before giving me another nip but this time it gave a burning feeling, making my body try to push him off but it was a weak gesture. "It hurts.." I trailed looking up to meet his eyes that only belonged to his wolf. My eyes grew big trying to squirm away from him and out of his hold.
He gave another growl but yet this time it sounded dangerous as he held me tight knowing I was trying to get away from him. "Pl-please let me go." I tried to say yet it came out as a sob not knowing if he could hear me.
Bad mistake.
He bent his head close to my neck as he forcingly pulled my head with one of his free hands to expose my neck to his wolf.
"I will never let you go, Spring." as I felt a piercing puncture of wolf canines bite into my neck.
I let out a scream before I was canvassed into darkness that I so welcomed in open arms.
