What a feeling
Chapter 6
Ever since that date in the park Liam and I haven't stopped talking. Face timing every night, texting every day and Mackenzie and I hanging out with the boys every other day. Honestly though, I was confused. Confused about what to do about Liam. I knew we both liked eachother, but I was scared dating him would ruin our friendship. I was sitting on the couch drawing thinking about what to do.
"You look stressed." Mackenzie said walking up to me concerned.
"I guess you could say that. " I said sighing . Mackenzie then sat next to me on the couch.
"It's about Liam isn't it?" She then said to me. I nodded my head.
"Had a feeling." Mackenzie looked at me removing the drawing pad from my hands.
"What are you going to do? Cassie you can't avoid this, you know that. I know you don't wanna ruin your friendship with Liam. But honestly, if you ask me...I think you should go for it. Life's all about risks and if you don't take this risk you'll regret it in the future."
"What are you a poet?" I smiled and laughed.
"Well no, but now that you mention it maybe I should be one." She smiled and winked.
"I'll consider it." I said looking at her.
"Good." She said smiling.
That night all I could think about was what Mackenzie said to me. She knew I really liked Liam, and maybe she was right. I had to take a risk. I thought for a second.
Okay Cassie. I thought. Just go for it. You like Liam and he likes you. It's meant to be. Go for it.
After that thought, I got ready for bed and soundly went off to sleep .
