College Life

I got to my job at 6:25am I always made sure I was a little early. I got everything set up for my day and said hi to everyone that I work with and a few of the early morning patrons That I have come accustomed to seeing. Then I headed to the back and said hi to Juan the head cook and manager."Hey Juan." I said.
"Hey. How are you doing?" Juan asked.
"Good, I have a partner for a school project coming in so I can talk to him about our project while I work. It won't affect my work." I assured him.
"Y/n you are one of my best workers I am not worried. Plus I am so proud of you. I know you work two jobs and go to college full time."
"Thanks." I said as I turned to head out to the tables. As soon as I walked out I saw Harry walk in carrying all his books. The hostess immediately swayed over to him I could barley hear their conversation.
"Hello love." Harry said.
"Hello handsome. How can I help you?" She said leaning forward showing her cleavage to him.
"Do you think you could seat me in y/n section. I have to be able to talk with her while she works." He said raising his school supplies slightly.
"Right this way." She said, she lead him to the barstool area. "Here you are." She said batting her eyes at him.
"Thanks he smirked at her." I rolled my eyes at both of them. As I walked up to Harry I watched him watch her ass as she walked away.
"Liking the view?" I said shocking him a little, but his cockiness returned in a flash.
"Always. Especially when you walk way like yesterday at lunch."
"That counts as flirting." I reminded him.
"Right." He said flipping open his note book.
I was talking to Harry for a minute when Juan walked up to me with a plate of food.
"Sit and eat. Before you start work." He told me.
"I am okay Juan." I responded.
"I don't think you heard me, I know you don't eat breakfast a majority of the time, but anytime you come here you will be well fed. Don't worry Sally can take your tables for a while, eat."
"Okay." I said taking the plate of food. I sat next to Harry and began to eat.
"Do you not like eating breakfast?" Harry asked.
"Umm... Kind of." I responded vaguely. Harry just looked at me harder, but I didn't say anything els about the topic.
We worked until my shift ended and Harry offered to give me a ride. I took it not wanting to wait for the bus.
I got home later that night around 11:30 and started completing the rest of my homework. I tend to do a majority my homework while waiting for for tech support calls. The next day was Sunday and it was my day off. I decided to go home and see my family. I texted my brothers and told them I was going to surprise dad, Jessica, Steven and Uncle Jacob tomorrow. Ben, Mark and John texted that they would make it.
I left on the earliest buses to my dads house and walked a few blocks up to the front door. Ding dong. Jessica opened the door and hugged me as soon as she saw me, Steven then followed her after I stepped inside.
"Where is dad?" I asked and signed.
"In the backyard." Steven responded. We all walked to the back where my dad was setting up some water toys for Jessica and Steven.
"Hey dad." I said walking up to him.
"Hey sweetheart. What are you doing here." He said with a giggle as he stood up and hugged me.
"I just wanted to come home for the day, I missed you guys."
"Well we miss you too."
"You play in water with us?" Jessica signed.
"I didn't bring any water clothes." I said while signing.
"Don't worries you can borrow a pair of my clothes." My dad said.
"Okay sounds great."
As I got changed I could hear my brothers enter the house. I exited in a baggy shirt and workout shorts my dad let me borrow.
"Hey there she is little miss college girl." My brother Mark said as he through me up over his shoulder. My other brothers cheered him on as he spun me around the room a few times.
"PUT ME DOWN!!!" I yelled while giggling. Mark finally put me down and have me a proper hug, Ben and John then gave me tight bear hugs. "LAST ONE OUTSIDE IS A ROTTEN EGG!!!" I yelled and signed. Everyone started to bolt outside to the backyard, our dad just moved out of our way.
After paying in the water for a few hours my older brothers wanted to play football like we use to. Jessica and Steven were on my team and Mark, John, and Ben were on the other. We played for a while and it finally came to a tie, we decided that it was game point. Jessica and Steven created a distraction while I slid past John and scored the winning goal.
Around dinner time after we had take. Showers, we all decided to visit Uncle Jacob on the assisted living facility to join him for dinner.
"Hey Uncle Jacob." We all said as we approached our Uncle.
"Hi." He responded with the biggest smile. We talked throughout dinner and waited for dessert.
"Hey Uncle Jacob Ben, John and Mark to Jessica, Steven and me at football earlier." He started laughing at them.
"We let them win." John said.
"Y/n has always beat you boys at football." Uncle Jacob stated.
This made everyone but my older brothers laugh.
My brother Ben gave me a ride home because he had to head tot he hospital for the night shift.
