I was sitting down waiting for Liam to come get me, I saw him pulll up I got up an walked out the door. I walked up to his truck where he was waiting by my door, he opened it and I jumped in. He ran to his side climbing in as i buckled up.

"So where we going" I asked

"It a surprise" He said

"I hate surprises"

"Well i'm not telling" he laughed

"Awe man"

He drove off, he turned up the radio and one of my favorite songs was on. I started singing along to it he smiled an joined in. We sang trying not to laugh as we goofed off singing, He pulled onto a dirt path i looked out the window wondering where we were going. I saw the river up a little ways an I just knew what we were doing, fishing. I loved to fish i remember telling him that a while ago. He pulled off of the dirt road an stopped the truck . I smiled at him he smiled back an jumped out but i didn't wait for him this time as i climbed out of the truck. He made a face an i laughed. We walked to the back of the truck an he grabbed the fishing poles an i grabbed the tackle box. He walked down a path to the river to a clearing. He sat everything down an sat down and started working on the poles getting them ready to fish. I grabbed one an helped him. Soon we were casting out out lines, an he turned to me.

"So how the date so far"

"Its fun"

"Good"

"Yep"


Just then i got a bite on my line i yanked it back an the fish was hooked. I reeled the line in the look on Liam's face was priceless as i pulled a big catfish in. I got the hook out an put in back in the water.We fished into it got late , we packed up an put everything into the truck and climbed in. And headed back to the diner to get my car.
