I wake up bright and early at 7.00am to see my mom and dad standing over me with massive smiles.
mom/dad: 'HAPPY BIRTHDAYYY KIYAHH!'
Me: 'Haha. Thankyou!!'
There and pretty wrapped gifts at the bottom of my bed, so i start opening! from expensive perfume, to jewellery, to clothes and bath stuff. They always buy me the best things!
Mom: 'I have one more special gift for you...'
She hads me over a red wrapped up present, and a box. I dont hesitate to open them... The one was a beautiful knee length party dress, and the box were a pair of black, dolce and gabbana heels! Im so spoilt!
Me: 'Mom theyre beautiful! Thankyou!'
Dad: 'Oiii i helped choose them!'
Mom: 'No, he just helped pay!'
They giggle to each other while i drool over my new things.

Dad:'What you doing today then?'
Me: 'Erm.. school?'
Dad: 'Dont be boring and go to school on your 18th! Have a chill day then party all night!!!'
Me: 'I may just do that dad!!!!'
Mom: 'Well as you know. Your father and i are going to work then straight to a beautiful hotel for the weekend. This place is your party palace for the time being!'
Me: 'Aw you guys are the best!'
I get up kissing my mom and dad on the cheeks, they are amazing to me! Climbing back into bed, they say their final goodbyes for the weekend, cus i am NOW INDEPENDENT!

Finally waking up to an empty house, 10.00am, i place my ipod on my docking station, blasting party tunes. Then checking my phone to a few texts and tweets.

I start my calm day with a nice long bath, shaving my legs for the gorgeous dress my mom bought, preparing.

I get out, curl my hair (so its ready for tonight) and paint my finger nails and toe nails, put on my best undies and matching bra, dancing to my music! Feels good to be 18. i have a look in the beer fridge and its packed! The kitchens full of it too though, so tomorrow. Party at mine? Would be rude not too.

It comes 3.00pm and Anna is at my door, like she said she'd be. Letting herself in, we start to get ready for the best night of our lives!
