A few days later

Niall's POV

I wake up to the sound of my phone ringing next to me. I groan and turn over picking up my phone. "Hello?" I say sitting up in bed. "Hello Mr. Horan, this is Simon Cowell, from Syco Music, I'm calling you to talk to you about a YouTube video I happened to come across early this morning, its you singing What Do You Mean by Justin Bieber, I'd have to say you have a great voice, and I was wanting to set up a meeting with you next week here in California. I can send you the plane ticket(s) and everything if you'll accept the offer." He tells me. "Oh wow, that's amazing, but I'm not sure I can accept this, could I take a few days and think about this and get back with you?" I ask him. "Yeah of course, just get back to me as soon as you can thanks." He says before hanging up. I sit my phone back down on the table beside the bed and make my way downstairs there I see Liam eating a bowl of cereal. "Good morning" I say sitting next to him. "Morning" He says with a smile "I wanted to talk to you about a phone call I just got." I tell him sitting next to him. "Okay whats up love?" He asks. "I got a call from Simon Cowell with Syco Music, about my Youtube video. He wants me to come to LA for a meeting says I have a good voice." I say looking at him. "That's amazing, I think you should take the chance and go!" He says happily. "I'm glad you think that cause I was thinking about going. I leave tomorrow though." I tell him. "Oh, well how long will you be gone?" He asks. "A week or so." I tell him. "Alright, well I'm sure it will go great." Liam says. "Thanks" I say with a smile getting up and heading up back to the room. I get my things packed away and grab my phone dialing Simons number again. "Hello?" He says. "Hello Simon, this is Niall we just spoke." I say zipping my bag up. "Ah yes, Mr. Horan how can I help you?" He asks. "When should I leave?" I ask. "I will get a car to come pick you up at your house tomorrow at 9 AM a private plane will be prepared too fly you here." He tells me. "Alright i'll see you soon then." I say before hanging up. I head back downstairs to tell Liam but he is nowhere to be found. Instead a note is stuck to the fridge. "Went to the store be back soon" I sigh sitting down thinking to myself, lately Liam has been acting so weird and I'm not sure what's going on with him but I don't like it. A few hours go by and he finally shows up, I'm sitting on the couch watching a movie when he walks in. "Hey" I say looking at him. He ignores me and makes his way up to the room. I sigh grabbing a blanket and laying down falling asleep on the couch.
