History

In the kitchen I talked to my mum.
“Dinner was lovely mum, thank you.” I hugged her.
“It’s nice to have my kids home. Together.” She smiled. “What are you going to do now he is home?”
“Going to visit him a lot. He might be gone for the music. Maybe he thinks about writing solo stuff.” Mum leaned again the counter facing the living room.
“I hope he stays long enough. I want some grandchildren.” She teased.
“He need a girl first.”
“And you need a boy as well.” She finally said and walked to Liam.
I walked behind her with my glass with wine and sat down besides Harry on the small couch.
After some time talking I turned to Liam.
“So, mum would like to know if you already had a girlfriend, Liam?” I smiled.
“You know I can say the same about you? Where is your boyfriend?” He sticks his tongue out.
“Maybe he will come by sooner that you think.” Harry replied out of nowhere.
“I think it’s time for me to call a cab and go home.” I stand up and got my jacket and put it on.
“I can drive you home.” Harry said.
“You had to much beer.” Liam answer grabbing his phone.
“I had one beer.”
“He is telling the truth son.” Mum smiled.
“Okay get your things and let go.” I reached out my hand to Harry. He grabbed it and I swear I felt something that I haven’t fell in a long time.
“Mum, I love you see, you tomorrow? You are going to come by right?” I gave her a little hug.
“Yes, and I will join her.” Liam stepped up and hug me and mum.
“I need a hug to.” Harry prowled his lip. I couldn’t help but smile and we all hugged him.

Harry opens the door for me and I stepped inside his car.
“Thank you for driving. You didn’t have to do it.”
“You have changed, Kim.” He speaks seriously.
“What do you mean? Yes I got older than last year.”
“I like the new you.”
“New me? What are you talking about?”
“Just stay the way you are.” He starts the car and drove off.
