Chapter 95

Enola ran in the room, her belly looked just a little more swollen than it had in the last week. I decided it was because of the shirt she was wearing. Enola grabbed my hands with a bright smile.
"Come with me, Bear." She nearly whispered to me. I lifted my eyebrow curiously. "Come on. Just come with me." She pleaded, tugging my hands much like Darcy would. I looked back at Louis and Niall.
"Yeees. We'll watch her while you two get...just go!" Louis grunted at us; he'd been getting sick of Enola dragging me away whenever the mood struck her over the last two weeks. Enola beamed at Louis and dragged me out of the large room.
"Noli, would you slow down." I laughed as she pulled me to my own dressing room. She quickly shoved me inside then slammed the door. Enola then flopped onto the sofa and beckoned me to her side. I grinned and sat down beside her. I draped my arm over her shoulders and placed my free hand between her thighs.
"No, Harry." Enola picked my hand up off her thigh. She lifted her shirt to expose her stomach. She placed my hand on her belly with a grin. I lifted my eyebrow at her. "I found something while Sophia and I were out shopping." Enola informed me. I nodded slowly, not understanding what was going on. Enola picked something up from beside her on the sofa. "Here, put these on." She instructed handing me a pair of ear buds. I gazed at her as if she were the strangest person I'd ever met. She grinned again and placed what the earbuds were connected to on her stomach. She pressed a little button and my jaw dropped. "The one that you hear that is slow and steady, that's me." Enola murmured. I nodded. "Listen for one that is really fast." She whispered. She turned a dial on the little device. That's when I heard it: a quick and soft heartbeat. "That is our baby." Enola beamed at me. I pulled my lips between my teeth and pressed my forehead to hers. "Our son." She whispered, placing her hand over mine.
"How can you be so sure?" I asked her skeptically.
"I knew with Darcy. I knew she was going to be a girl. I know that this one is going to be a boy." Enola replied, laughing a little bit. I nodded slowly. "You don't feel it? That he's not like Darcy." Once again I stared at her like she was crazy. "Here. Feel." She took both of my hands and placed them on her stomach. "Close your eyes." She whispered. I did as she asked. "Now just feel the energy." She stated. I sat silently with my hands on her stomach, waiting for her to speak. Enola and I opened our eyes at the same time. "See. Boy."
"You just get weirder and weirder." I teased her. I placed a sweet kiss on her lips.
"You don't feel it?" Enola frowned deeply.
I shook my head, "I don't, baby. But I'm not his mother. You probably feel it because he's inside you." Enola puffed quietly. "I know but that's just something special you get. You're mum and you're going to know them way better than I ever do." I smiled trying to make her feel better.
She rested her forehead against mine and stroked my cheek gently, "How did I ever get such a sweet man like you?"
"I ask myself the same thing all the time." I chuckled, still enjoying teasing her. Enola punched me in the chest lightly. We were both quiet for a moment. "Have you told your mum yet? My mum?" I asked softly.
Enola shook her head, "No. I don't want to tell them without you. This is your baby too."
"Well, do you want to wait until we get home for your doctor visit or should I invite everyone out?" I inquired. "It's about you being comfortable. You're the one that has to carry him and have everyone in your face."
"Why don't we invite them out." Enola replied after a moment of thought. "Maybe my mother would like to see what you do." Enola stated quietly.
"She has been a lot nicer to me since you flipped at her." I laughed a bit.
"Good. Because I don't want to have have babies and grow old with anyone else." Enola said firmly. I wrapped my arms around her and leaned back into the sofa. We both relaxed as we stretched out. I put my feet up on the table and Enola curled into me the way she did when we were home. "Harry." Enola whispered. I hummed and let my head fall back onto the back of the sofa. "Um...I...uh...." Enola stammered. I lifted my head and opened my eyes to peer at her curiously. Enola's face turned red for a moment.
"What, baby?" I asked with a laugh.
"Can I hold you instead? I like listening to you talk to the baby." She whispered. I grinned and we flipped the way we were lying. She laid out on the sofa and I settled next to her with my head on her chest and my hand on her growing stomach. She twisted her fingers through my hair as I caressed her stomach gently, whispering to the child growing inside her. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. It opened slowly. Louis stuck his head in and his worried eyes turned to happy ones.
"Hey, there they are." Louis whispered as Darcy came to stand beside him. "She is sleepy. She just wanted Enola." Louis explained.
"Come here, babygirl." I motioned our daughter over quickly. Darcy released Louis' hand and rushed to Enola and I. "Thanks Louis." I smiled at him.
"You all going to sleep?" He asked. I nodded and laughed a bit. "Okay. I'll tell Dale."
"What are you doing, Daddy?" Darcy asked softly as she snuggled closer to Enola.
"Mummy and I were talking about your brother." I smiled. Darcy nodded slowly. "Hey, what do you think, do you think it's a brother or a sister?" I asked my daughter.
"I want a..." Darcy was deep in thought. I looked up at Enola, both of us were laughing quietly. "I think I want a baby brother."
"Good choice." Enola grinned at Darcy, running her fingers through Darcy's curls.
"That way, I can be like Auntie Gemma." Darcy beamed. Enola and I laughed even more. Darcy did love Gemma very much. Darcy was quiet for just a moment before asking, "What is his name going to be?"
"Yeaaah." I smiled up at Enola. Enola made a face that said she clearly had no idea what we would call our son. "You don't have any ideas?" I laughed at her.
"I have a few but I wanna wait until we meet him. He might not be any of the ones I have picked out." Enola replied shyly.
"Well what are they?" I asked, still chuckling.
"Um, Bodhi." She said. I made a disgusted face. She giggled, "Okay. Not Bodhi. Jett." I shook my head quickly. "Titus. Call him Ty for short."
"Eh." I wasn't thrilled with that one either.
"I don't like that name, Mummy." Darcy said softly.
"Curry." Enola nearly whispered.
I burst into hysterical laughter, "You are not naming our son after Aquaman! I am putting my foot down on that." Enola pouted at me. "As goes for naming him Khal. Not going to happen." I smirked at her.
"Wolf." Enola stated. I lifted my eyebrow at her. "Well, you're Bear. I just think it would be cute."
"I can get behind that name." I smiled at my annoyed wife. She smiled a little bit. "I know you have more." I stated seeing a bit of a twinkle in her eye.
"Atlas. I really like the name Atlas." She informed me. I thought about it for a moment, touching my lips to her swollen belly. Enola ran her fingers through my hair gently. I kissed her belly a few more times then brought my eyes back to hers.
"I really like that too." I smiled warmly at her. Enola bit her lip and tried to contain a brighter smile.
"I like it too, Mummy!" Darcy shouted. "But I like Wolf too." My daughter frowned after a minute.
"Well, when he comes we'll decide if he's an Atlas or a Wolf. Okay?" I told Darcy with a gentle voice. She nodded slowly and snuggled into Enola more.
"Mummy, Daddy." Darcy murmured, almost asleep on Enola's chest.
"What, honey?" Enola hummed, trying to keep the calm environment for her.
"What if it's a sister and not a brother?" Darcy asked, bringing up a very good point.
"Then we're going to find her a really pretty name, just like we did for you." Enola replied as she kissed Darcy's hair.
"I always liked Maisie and Poppy just as much as I liked Darcy." I whispered to Enola.
Enola giggled, "I like Maisie and Poppy too."
"I like Maisie." Darcy yawned loudly. She snuggled her face into Enola's chest more. "But I wanna meet her first. She might be a Poppy." Darcy whispered, her eyes growing even heavier. "I wish I could have both. I'd like a brother and a sister." Darcy informed Enola and I.
"Sleep, babygirl. We'll talk about it more later." I hushed her. She nodded and hugged Enola tighter. I looked at Enola with a smirk and bounced my eyebrows at her.
She laughed, "Let me have this one first. And in a couple of years we can talk about having another one. You still have a group album and a solo album to do. I'd really like you to be home when I birth your children." I chuckled and laid my head next to my daughter's. Enola kissed my head and ran her fingers through my hair as I started caressing her belly again. I sighed in pure content. This was how we were always meant to be. Deeply in love and doing everything that we had planned on when we were hiding in hotel rooms. This was what was meant to be my life. I knew from the moment I met Enola, I was going to be a husband and father. Really, I never wanted it with anyone else. "I love you, Harry Styles." Enola whispered, her voice breaking a little. I looked up at her curiously. "Baby hormones. I'm sorry." She giggled sadly.
I lifted my head a bit and kissed her passionately, "I love you, Enola Grace. With every beat of my heart and breath of my soul." She wound her arm around my neck and deepened the kiss.
