Chapter 106

I stepped out of Enola's delivery room to be met with the faces of my family and the boys. Her mother smile at me and her dad had hopeful eyes. I looked at Darcy and became insanely emotional. The weight of what had happened finally sinking in. I opened my mouth to speak, but no words came out. I held up my hand for everyone to give me a minute. Louis stood from the chair and wrapped his arms around me tightly. I buried my face in his shoulder as I started to cry.
"He's beautiful. He's so fucking perfect." I murmured into his shoulder. Louis hugged me harder as my voice broke. "He looks like Noli. He's got her big blue eyes." I cried softly. Louis hugged me tighter still as my legs turned to jello. Louis released me after just another moment.
"Harry? Is everything okay?" My mother asked when I looked at her again. I nodded slowly, still not able to speak. My mum hugged me tightly and I couldn't help but squeeze her. "It's an amazing feeling." My mum whispered.
"Harry?" The nurse popped her head out the door. "You and Darcy can come in now."
I knelt in front of Darcy, "Do you want to go meet brother?"
She touched my face gently, "Why are you crying, Daddy?"
"Because I am so happy. Your brother is perfect just like you are. I am so happy and I love you and Mummy and brother sooooo much." I explained, tears still streaming down my face. Darcy smiled and wrapped her arms around my neck. "Enola told Darcy she could hold the baby before anyone else. I'll be out to get you guys in just a minute." Everyone just nodded, understanding that we needed a little bit of time, just the four of us.

I carried Darcy into the room with a smile. I was so excited to see how she would react to her brother. Darcy hugged my neck tightly as we got closer to Enola's bed.
"Hi babygirl." Enola beamed at Darcy.
"Hi Mummy!" Darcy peeped brightly. I sat down on the bed with Darcy on my lap. Enola grunted and leaned forward. I could see in her eyes that she was in a lot of pain still. I kissed Darcy's head as her eyes landed on her baby brother. "Hi baby." Darcy whispered to him. Enola and I looked at her a bit confused. "Auntie Gem said I had to be very quiet when I talk to him. Babies don't like loud voices." Darcy informed us. Enola nodded with teary eyes. Darcy reached out like she wanted to touch him but quickly pulled her hand back.
"Do you want to hold him?" I asked Darcy softly. She looked up at me with wide eyes and nodded. Enola giggled slightly and moved over in the bed. I set Darcy right next Enola and knelt next to the bed.
"Make sure you keep his head up. He can't do it himself." Enola murmured to Darcy as she placed Atlas in her arms. Darcy stared at Atlas intensely. She was enthralled with him. I gripped Enola's hand tightly as we watched Darcy whisper to Atlas.
"I love you, baby. I am going to teach you how to walk and draw and talk. And I can show you how to use the swing set Daddy bought for me." Darcy told him. I wiped tears from my face and Enola did the same. "Can I give him little baby kisses?" Darcy asked looking to Enola and I.
"Of course. Just be gentle, honey." Enola smiled warmly. Darcy leaned forward just a little bit and placed her lips on Atlas' cheek. Darcy kissed his cheek softly over and over again. Enola and I laughed quietly at how taken with Atlas she was. Enola squeezed my hand a little tighter and caressed my skin gently. Enola and I began frowning when we saw Darcy was crying. "Why are you crying, babygirl?" Enola whispered.
"He's so cute, Mummy." Darcy whimpered. I kissed Darcy's forehead, loving how sweet she was. "I just love him so much." Darcy cried softly.
"Oh baby, so do we." I grinned at her and stroked her hair.
"I think we can ask everyone else to come in now." Enola murmured to me after a moment. I nodded and pressed my fists into the bed to stand.

"Hey." I smiled when the huge group of people walked into the hospital room. I gently lifted Atlas from Enola's arms. She let her hand linger on mine for a moment before letting me step away. I turned to our families and friends. "Meet the baby." I grinned. "Atlas James Styles." I stepped closer to the group. Everyone was in awe of him.
"Atlas James. That's an interesting name." Niall smiled.
"Atlas because Harry and I traveled the entire world together basically. His eyes are a crazy blue, I don't think they'll change." Enola explained. "And then James..." Enola's smile was enormous.
"We wanted to keep a family name." I smiled at Niall and Liam. They both looked a bit overwhelmed. I looked back at Enola. She grinned and nodded. "Actually, Niall." I cleared my throat. "Brynn." I smiled at her for a brief moment. "Would you guys accept being his Godparents?" I gazed at two of mine and Enola's closest friends.
Brynn nodded quickly, "Of course. For this little man, anything." She reached out nervously, wanting to hold Atlas. I bit my lip and glanced at Enola. I didn't want to let anyone else touch him. I wanted to keep him in my arms, hold him for as long as I could.
"Harry." Enola laughed. "Let her hold him." I grunted and placed my son in Brynn's arms. In an instant she was swooning over him. She looked up at Niall with teary eyes and a smile.
"Absolutely not. No." Niall grunted. "We have a godson. That's enough for right now." Niall stated firmly. Brynn pouted and turned her eyes back on Atlas. Enola held her hand out to me. I smiled and took her hand in mine. She moved over so I could sit beside her. Darcy got up from the bed and ran over to Niall and Brynn. She wanted to be in her brother's face some more. I sank into the bed beside Enola. I wrapped my arm around her shoulders and pulled her into my side. She rested her head on my shoulder and placed her hand on my chest.
"I love you, Enola." I murmured in her ear. She gazed up at me with her exhausted eyes and messy hair. I grinned at the sight of her. She would say that she looked like a mess and I shouldn't have found her attractive at all. "You're fucking beautiful." I chuckled at the idea.
"I am not. I look like I got into a drunken fight with the LochNess monster." She puffed.
I looked over at our children and shrugged, "Pretty close comparison."
Enola started laughing then hit me in the chest, "Stop. Don't make me laugh. It hurts to laugh." I kissed her still slightly sweaty forehead. "You're amazing, Bear." Enola murmured. "I've...The way you've been handling everything. Between your work, Darcy and me and me being pregnant. You are a perfect man. The powers that be couldn't have made a better father, really." She stated. I pressed my lips to her softly. Enola smiled and deepened the kiss, placing her hand on the back of my head. I grinned when she backed away, her hand sliding to my cheek. She caressed my face gently with her thumb. "I don't think I've ever been so happy."
I grinned, "Me either." I quickly devoured her lips with my own again.
"Alright. Alright. Enough." Louis teased Enola and I. "I'm so happy for you. He's amazing." Louis stated kissing Enola's cheek. "I have to get home to Freddie. I'm sure me mum wants to go to bed herself." Louis smiled. Enola kissed his cheek and murmured a goodbye.
"We'll get going too. You need some rest, Mummy." Sophia grinned kissing Enola's forehead after Louis had left the room. "I'll visit tomorrow. Text me if you guys need anything at all." Enola and I both nodded. Liam kissed Enola's cheek and mine. Enola giggled and wished him a good night. I looked over to see that Niall was forcing Brynn to give Atlas to Gemma. I grinned at the sight of my sister holding my newborn son. I turned to Enola to say something. "Enola, why are you crying?" I asked with worry.
"We should've been able to do this with Darcy. You should've been here to hold her when she was born. You should've held her and told her how much you loved her and how wrapped around her finger you were. I should've been able to sit in my hospital bed and kiss you when I fed her for the first time." Enola sobbed. I hugged her tightly and tried to contain my own tears.
"It's alright, baby. Don't cry please, don't cry. We have two beautiful babies. We made mistakes. Please. Don't cry." I begged her. Enola squeezed me then lifted her head to kiss me passionately. I smiled and meshed my lips to hers the way she wanted. We were split apart by Niall and Brynn wanting to say goodnight.
"Goodnight. I'll be back with Sophia in the morning. Call me if you need anything." Brynn kissed Enola's forehead. "I love you guys."
"Love you too." Enola beamed up at her. "Goodnight Niall." Enola smirked.
"Sleeping is exactly what we are doing tonight." Niall announced firmly. Enola and I both pursed our lips, trying not to laugh at the expression Brynn had given him. She was displeased with his response. "Goodnight. I love you both." Niall grinned, placing his lips on Enola's cheek. "Get some rest, Mum. You need it." He stated before they walked out of the room. My mum and sister came to the bed with Darcy and Atlas. Enola took the baby calmly and with a smile. She kissed his little face lightly then looked up at me with starry eyes.
"I think it's so cute the way you two look like you can't believe such a thing came from you even though you've already got one baby." My mother laughed.
"Well, it's amazing that we can have every child be so cute so far." Enola giggled, her eyes still on Atlas. I just nodded in agreement.
"Do you want one of us to take Darcy? We can." My mother offered. I shrugged and turned to Enola.
Enola shrugged, "It's up to Darcy." Enola smiled at our daughter, "Do you want to stay here with Daddy, brother and me or do you want to go sleep at Auntie's or Grammy's? If you stay here, you have to sleep on the sofa with Daddy."
"Can I go with Grammy?" Darcy asked rubbing her eyes slowly.
"Of course, babygirl. If that's really what you want to do." I replied with a smile. Darcy nodded and reached up to my mum. My mother picked her up and carried her closer to Enola and I. My mum set Darcy in my lap. I kissed my child's face tenderly, stroking her hair away from her face. "I love you, babygirl. I love you so much." I murmured to her.
"I love you too, Daddy." She beamed. Enola kissed her all over her face, making Darcy giggle. "Mummy!" She squealed.
"I love you. Be good from Grammy and Pops." Enola smiled at Darcy. Darcy nodded then leaned over Enola to look at her brother. Her eyes held so much wonder still. She smiled and rested her head on Enola's chest so she could stare at Atlas comfortably.
"Bye bye baby brother. I see you tomorrow." Darcy whispered to him. She turned her attention to Enola and I, "Can I kiss him again?"
I nodded, "Of course, he's your brother." Darcy placed a sweet kiss on his forehead before jumping of the bed.
Gemma kissed my cheek and hugged me tightly, "We'll bring her back a little later in the day." I murmured a thank you. Gemma kissed Enola and grinned, "You are so beautiful. Motherhood is definitely a good look on you."
"Thank you." Enola blushed. "Love you." Enola whispered with a grin. I then said a quiet goodbye to my mother. She hugged me harder than I had ever felt. I squeezed back as hard as I could. My mother then rounded the bed and hugged Enola. "Thank you, Annie." She smiled.
"Oh I love having Darcy. It's no problem." My mum replied sweetly.
Enola shook her head, "Not that. I do appreciate it but..." Enola peaked at me. "Thanks for giving me him." Enola motioned to me. "I would've never had these to monsters had it not been for you bringing such a wonderful person into the world. Thanks for a raising a man that loves me unconditionally. A man that I can actually have my fairy-tale with." My mother wept as she wrapped her arms around Enola and my son. She kissed Enola's face the way she would with Gemma or I. "I love you, Anne." Enola smiled at my mother when she backed away.
"I love you too. Now you guys get some rest. You're going to need it." My mother instructed, wiping her eyes. Enola and I both nodded. "Goodnight." My mother grinned as she walked out.

Enola and I still laid in her hospital bed. We were facing each other, just gazing into each others eyes. She cupped my cheek again, caressing my skin with her thumb. I slowly dragged my fingers up and down her arms as lightly as I could.
"I can't remember the last time we did this." I murmured to her. She giggled and pressed her forehead to mine. "I love you so much. I know I've said it a million times but I mean it. I'm so ready to be married to you." I whispered to her.
"Let's do it. Call Sophia and Louis. We can send Atlas to the nursery for a while. We'll go get hitched in the hospital's chapel." Enola beamed at me.
I shook my head, "Nah, we've been doing everything so out of order and not the way we're supposed to. Let's do the wedding the right way." Enola nodded and closed her eyes. "Are you tired?" I asked, knowing it was a stupid question. She was beyond tired, exhausted wasn't even the right word for the way either of us felt.
"Understatement." She giggled, moving a little closer to me. "I want to sleep but I don't. I know that he's going to be up soon anyway." Enola informed me.
"Sleep, baby. I'll be right here. I'll get up too. Just sleep as much as you can." I murmured to her. She nodded and snuggled closer, I turned onto my back so she could lay her head on my chest like she did at home.
"I'm on the wrong side of the bed." She giggled. I laughed and told her to hush. "I'd ask if I could sleep completely on top of you like when we were in Paris but I think that's a really bad idea." She whimpered.
"Why is that?" I asked.
"When babies come out, Mom's are like the Nile." Enola stated gently.
"Babe, I don't care. If that's how you're comfortable go for it." I replied honestly. I really didn't care. I wanted her to be comfortable and rested. Even getting enough sleep with Darcy was a challenge. Enola smiled and shifted onto me. She rested her head in the crook of my neck and slid one leg between mine. I wound my arms around her back and pulled the blanket up over her. I rubbed her back gently and hummed softly. She let out a heavy sigh and relaxed completely. I looked down when her breathing changed. I chuckled; she was fast asleep. I closed my eyes as I continued to rub her back.

I shot awake hearing a piercing cry. I shook Enola gently to wake her. She grumbled and tried to push my hand away.
"Noli, let me get up and get the baby." I whispered to her. Her eyes opened and she looked around with a confused look. "Atlas is crying." I murmured. She quickly slid off of me back onto the bed. I jumped up from the bed and rushed to the crib. I picked up my screaming son and held him close to my chest, cradling him with all of the love I had. I smiled when his cry softened a bit. "That's right big guy, it's all good." I murmured to him. "I'll get you to your Mummy." I assured him as I walked back to the bed.
"How long were we asleep?" Enola inquired as I placed Atlas in her arms.
"About three hours. It wasn't too bad." I answered sitting down beside her once again. Enola smiled and felt Atlas' behind. "Hungry?" I asked softly. Enola nodded and started to remove the strap of her tank top.
She stopped suddenly, "Are you going to be uncomfortable?"
I lifted my eyebrow at her, "No. Why would I be? You're feeding my son. Plus, I've seen them many, many times before." I smirked a bit at the last statement. Enola nodded then continued what she needed to do. I leaned over and peaked at Atlas' face. "It's weird." I murmured. "Having a child that can't tell you what they need. Darcy has no issue screaming at me when she's hungry or tired or needs the potty. This is new."
Enola laughed, "Yeah. I'm really used to a kid that talks." We both set our eyes on Atlas. I smiled and stroked his cheek gently. Enola grinned and rested her head against mine. "We're damn good at this." She smiled.
"At what?" I inquired. Her smile was sweet and loving. I felt my heart melting at the sight of her feeding our son the way only she would be able to.
"Babies. He's perfect. Darcy is perfect. I know I am biased but I've never seen babies as cute as ours." She muttered. I kissed her temple lightly, wanting nothing more than to freeze the moment. "Harry." Enola looked up at me. I hummed in response. "I know I'm supposed to say that I don't want anymore kids right after I have one. But I want like a dozen more." She blushed. I laughed and captured her lips between mine. "But in like a couple of years." She murmured into my mouth.

Notes

YAY! Baby Atlas! I hope you guys are digging this. It's really emotional to write. It just makes me wish that my little corn-muffin was still tiny baby.

Now, some of you probably noticed that I threw up another story, EIDOLON. It's an other AU, Harry this time. It was apart of voting but got killed by Lavender&Roses. Check it out if you want. It does lean into the Paranormal/Supernatural genre. If you like it, let me know but it's Kal's favorite so, that's why it's up.

Peace&Love
