Louis’s POV

“I’m scared to go home.” Alex and I were having another one of our deep conversations on the plane.

“Why?” I asked curiously.

“Like I said, when I left my parents were fighting and I was in the middle of it. I haven't talked to them in a while.” She looked really sad about it all.

“Since we’re staying here for a week, you can stay at my mom’s if you want to. You know you're more than welcome there.” I laced my fingers with hers.

“Thanks Lou, I need to call my parents when we land.” She seemed a little bit more relaxed.

“Okay, that’s fine. We’re off in three days so then we can do whatever we want.” I smiled down at her.

“I cant wait.” She sighed resting her head on my shoulder.

“Me neither.” I kissed her forehead.

“Louis, can we talk about something?” She sat up and looked at me. “I want to talk about the ‘us’ situation.”

“Oh.” This situation made me nervous.

“You said that you want to be with me right?” She asked shyly while I nodded. “I want to be with you too. I’m willing to take the risk and be with you.” She was smiling now.

“Really?” I was so surprised when all she could do was nod. “Can I do this right though?”

“What do you mean?”

“Can I take you out to dinner once we’re done working?” I already knew where I was going to take her out.

“Yea, sure.” She smiled and leaned closer to me.

I could feel her breath hit my lips as we sat, almost nose to nose. Finally, I leaned in and kissed her. I had a love hate relationship with the way she teased me so I took control sometimes. We kissed for about thirty seconds and then pulled back.


Alex’s POV

I never thought that I would hate being back in Doncaster but I do. My parents ruined this place for me. I think I need to just focus on my job, at least I’m happy when I’m at work.

“Hello love.” Harry smiled walking into my hotel room.

“Hey hipsta.” I looked over at him to see him with Niall on his back. “What are you guys doing?” I asked with a laugh.

“We’re having movie night in Zayn’s room, wanna come?” Niall asked getting off of Harry’s back.

“Sure.” I shrugged.

“Who’re you rooming with here?” Niall asked with a confused look on his tanned face.

“Louis.” I pointed to the other bed where his bag was sitting. “He’s in the shower though.”

“Okay, if you want to wait until he’s out you can.” Harry was too busy to contribute to the conversation so Niall was talking to me.

“Alright, we’ll be in there soon.” Niall smiled and walked out, leaving Harry in my room.

“So, are you two dating yet?” Harry asked looking up from his phone.

“Not really. He said that he wants to take me out to dinner and ‘do this right’.” I shrugged seeing him smile.

“You two really are perfect for each other.” We both heard the water turn off in the bathroom. “I’ll see you in a little bit.”

“Thanks Harry.” I smiled and watched him leave.
