Spy

I look through the peephole. Harry?

I open the door with my browns furrowed in confusion, why was Harry here? He looked it my expression and smirked.

“I’m not a stalker, but I saw you walk into this room and decided I was going to invite you out” perfect!

“Oh really, you creep” I said jokingly, I was playing it cool, he couldn’t know that this is exactly the path I needed to be on. “And where abouts are you inviting me too?”

“Tomorrow night is my last night here, I leave midday Wednesday, so me and the lads are going out clubbing.” His smiled with those adorable dimples “and your coming Miss White, ill swing by at 8” he said confidently, wait adorable? What was I doing?

“Oh yeah that sound cool, I’ll give you my number” I said holding my hand out in front of me expecting him to give me his phone. I knew that he didn’t want to by the slight hesitation but he didn’t know that I knew who he was. Regardless of his obvious thought process, he slipped his hand in his back pocket and unlocked his phone before handing it over, I guess he trusted me. I tapped my number in and handed his phone back, he accepted it and texted me so that I had his number.

“See you at 8 Styles” I said with a cheeky smile

“See ya 8, cheeky” he called me cheeky, my stomach did flips, it’s like he could read my mind. I couldn’t control my nervousness when he was around, and I don’t think it’s because I’m on a top secret mission. I quickly shut the door so that he doesn’t have chance to make me swoon even more. I then decide that I should call Terrence and tell him what’s going on.

“Hello” he answered professionally

“Yo Yo, T-dawg” I couldn’t keep back my laughter

“Oh my gosh” he sigh-laughed. “What can I do for you Jenifer?” he carried on returning to his professionalism.

“I’m just updating you, I met Harry Styles in the corridor, he thinks that I have no idea that he is in the biggest boyband in the planet, and he seems like a very nice person annnnddd…. I’m going out with him and, I assume, the rest of one direction tomorrow night at 8” I said, I was a little nervous about the last bit, I didn’t know if I was supposed to be getting this close
to the boys.

“Very well done, my dear” he said very cheerfully, which regained my confidence.

“And I got his number” I added, since I was doing so well

“This is all very good progress Jen, but be careful.” His voice turning more concerned.

“What do you mean?” I knew exactly what he meant, Harry has a reputation, blah blah I’ve heard it all before.

“We all know that Harry has a reputation for sleeping around with the nearest attractive woman, you cannot afford to be one of his flings, not only does that breach the ‘just friends’ clause of your agreement, but if you get caught by the press, you will no longer be undercover” he said in a serious voice.

“I understand, I’m not interested anyway Terrence” tiny bit of a lie there. I guess I should have quit whilst I was ahead.

“Good, now get some rest, big day tomorrow. Oh and since I know how shocking you are at styling yourself and makeup, I’ve sent out a stylist, she will be travelling around with you.”

“Excuse me, what if I don’t want to be dolled up” I argue

“You don’t get a choice, Jenifer enjoys makeup and fashion. Your new stylist be over early tomorrow so be ready. Her name is Lily, be nice, she knows about you being undercover, she’s a CIA members daughter.”

“If she’s a daughter of a CIA member just like me, then why doesn’t she have a job in crime?”

“Her parents chose against training her from a young age, and she never took a liking to this line of work in her later years.”

“Okay, I’ll be nice, thanks for everything Terrence. Oh and I will be careful. Send my love to the team. We will catch up soon”

“Goodbye Jenifer” he hangs up leaving me to my thoughts. Although I wouldn’t admit it, I was kind of glad to have a girl traveling with me, I’d only been here a day and the novelty hasn’t worn off yet, but I imagine it will get quite lonely. And as much as I deny it, glamming myself up does excite me, I just wish I was better at it.

I feel too lazy to shower right now, ill shower tomorrow morning. So I just climb into the huge bed and fall asleep almost instantly.
