My Baby's Daddy (L.R.H)

I could feel the adrenaline slowly start to wear off so I slowed my pace to a steady jog.

“Kitty!” I heard frantic voices shout.

“Kitty please come home!” It was my mom.

“Kit-Kat! Come on I don’t know what I did but I’m sorry!” I stopped completely. I could slowly see my friends and family slowly start to come closer. My mom looked relieved when she saw me.

“What happened?” She said taking me in her arms. She rubbed my back soothingly.

“I’ve ran from my problems my whole life. I didn’t know what else to do.”

“I know pumpkin but what made you run off like that?”

“Abbi asked me who the baby daddy was. I was afraid that she would tell everybody once I told her.” Abbi slowly appeared from behind the small group of people.

“I’m your best friend, if you don’t want me to say anything then I won’t.” I smiled and pulled her into a bear hug. She giggled and pulled away. Her hands were now resting on my shoulders.

“So…” I said looking sheepishly at her.

“If you don’t want to tell me, that’s OK. It’s none of my business… I’ll just find out when the little bug is born.”

“No, I want to tell you but not now… I don’t know who’s around.. .Pap’s are sleaze bags and would do anything for a quick buck.” She nodded and we started walking back to the house. Ashton pulled up with the car and we all piled in.

“I’m glad you’re OK sis.” I smiled and hugged him. I apologized to them for running off like that. We soon pulled into the driveway and filed into the house.

“I’ll start dinner.” Calum offered walking into the kitchen. Michael and Ashton followed leaving Mum, Abbi, Luke and I.

“Whose is it?” She prodded. I giggled at her persistence.

“Sorry, I’m going to be an Aunty! I’m excited!”

“It’s Luke’s.” I said pointing to the blonde boy. Abbi’s eye’s widened.

“I’m not going to ask how it happened but when?”

“3 months ago. I was in England and I met Luke at a club…” Her mouth formed a small “o”

“My cousin had a baby that way.” I nodded and fiddled with my fingers.

“Please don’t say anything. The 5SOS fam doesn’t even know about me. So a pregnant sister will cause a lot of drama.” She nodded and held her pinky out.

“Like old times?” I nodded and hooked my pinky with hers.

“I promise that I will not tell who the baby daddy is.” I nodded and smiled. A phone buzzed and Abbi grabbed hers. She opened it up and typed something out.

“I got to go now… My Mom needs me to watch my little sister.” I nodded and hugged her.

“Maybe we can go out something and catch up?” I nodded and showed her to the door. She waved and walked to her car before I closed it. I slumped onto the couch and yawned.

“Tired princess?” My mom asked.

“Yeah. I think I’m going to go and take a nap. If I don’t, I’m going to end up falling asleep here and now.” She laughed and kissed my forehead.

“Lauren and Harry are going to be worried so I’m going to go and get them and bring them over. Is that OK? They really want to see you. It’s been a while.” I nodded and walked up the stairs and into my room.

“Hey, Kitty can I ask you a question?” It was Luke.

“Sure, what’s up?” He followed me to my room.

“Do you um... Want to go to that movie later today?” I blushed and nodded. He exhaled in relief,
causing me to giggle.

“Good I thought you would have said no.”

“Well if we’re going to the movies, I need to take that nap I so direly need.” I said ushering Luke out of my room. Before I could close the door he stopped to door with his hand and looked down at me with a smirk.

“Have a good nap Kitty Cat.”

I know I promised that I wouldn't update again but I've been sick and to busy with school. I promise that I will try to regularly update once a week. Saturday maybe...
