Summary

Ever since Rose's older sister, Celia, has gone missing, Rose becomes suspicions that Celia did not have a choice to go missing.
Something about how "he" stare's at people make's her skin crawl...
Not because he's creepy, it's about how no one knows anything about him.
But Rose changes that problem fast, as she soon becomes the next victim for the mystery killer's game.
