Beauties? or Beasts? I ON HOLD! NEED TO DO A BIG EDIT I

After everything happened with my dad and Walker, Niall cleaned up my leg and drove me 'home'. There was an awkward silence between us. I finally broke the ice by saying, "Thank you, Niall. No one's ever cared so much about me before." "What do you mean? Why has no one ever cared about you?" He asked. What exactly am I supposed to say to that? I can't tell him the truth. And even if I did, my dad would kill me. So I told him the sorta truth. "Because of what I've done in my past. Of who I once was. Because I'm rotten to the core." The only reason that's not the total truth is because I didn't tell him WHY I did what I did in the past. I didn't tell him WHY I was so horrible. I didn't tell him WHY I'm rotten to the core. Hopefully he wouldn't ask me anymore questions. "Why did you do what you did in the past?" He asked. Oh come on! "I don't know." I said, hoping (and praying) he would drop the issue. "If you don't want to talk about it Adagio, that's fine. I just want to make sure that you're okay now." He said. "Of course I'm not okay!" I snapped. "Why on earth would I be okay?! My dad's out to get me! I've been here for just a couple weeks! And there's a lot more that I won't go into detail about!" I didn't even realize what I said until after I said it. This is just wonderful. He stopped the car shortly after and got out. He came over to my door and helped me out. "I wanna show you something." He said. "What is it?" I asked. "Close your eyes and I'll show you." He put an arm around my waist and pulled me close to him. I had no idea what was going on, but I liked where this was going. "Ya ready?" He asked. I nodded. "Open your eyes." I did. I saw something that really surprised me. There was an area where there had been a fire. "You see that Adagio? There was a fire here about afifteen years ago. It destroyed lots of buildings and wildlife out here. But before things got way out of control, it was stopped." He said. "Niall, what does this have to do with anything?" I asked. "One match started this wildfire. Adagio, Walker told me a little bit of what happened. You don't have to be evil like your dad. One small mistake can turn into a really big one really fast." I replayed those words in my head. One small mistake can turn into a really big one really fast. "Niall who am I?" I asked. "Who am I meant to be in life?" "You are an amazing girl with a big heart." He said to me. Our eyes locked and he said, "Right now, I can look into your eyes, and I can tell you're not evil. I can see it." He said. That's all I needed to hear. I hugged him tightly and thanked him. I went to let go, but he didn't. He put his hands around my waist and pulled me close to him. I put my arms around his neck and our eyes locked again. We started swaying back and forwardth even though there was no music on. At one point, he put his forehead on mine and whispered something to me. "I love you, Adagio." Love? What's love? I've never experienced something like that or else I would know what it is. I looked up at him and he looked down at me. We put our faces even closer together. When our faces were close enough, we kissed. It lasted about eight seconds. Eight wonderful seconds. Did I seriously just say that? When we pulled away, we kept our eyes on each other and smiled. We walked back to his car and drove away. I was do exhausted that day, I fell asleep in his car. Its been a long day.
