A Moment Like This

“Okay so here is my OOTD! So the three of us are going to surprise Harry, Niall, and Louis at tonight’s concert in Indianapolis as well as some of you guys! I’m so excited, but right now I need breakfast…well I guess lunch since its 1:30 and the pre-party starts at 3:30. We have two hours to kill, but then again traffic.” I said while looking at the full length mirror and filming myself as Chloe and Sierra walked back and forth while getting ready themselves. I turned off my camera and then walked over to my purse and put it in along with my chap stick. Everything else was already in there. Last night the three of us made signs to hold up.

“I’m ready.” Sierra said walking over next to me in her blue skater dress and black sandals. I did all of our hair and makeup for tonight. I curled Sierra’s hair to begin with and then put it in a bun. Her outfit is simple, but very cute as well. I’m wearing jeans, sandals, a whitish tank top, and then a pink kimono with daisies on it. I curled my hair into very lose curls and then put it in a low half up half down bun. Chloe is wearing a black and red romper with black sandals. Her hair is in a simple pony with a braid in it.

“Let’s get to moving ladies.” Chloe said walking over to the two of us with her sunglasses perched on her head. We parked in the back last night so we wouldn’t get noticed by hopefully too many fans. We quickly went to Dairy Queen to get lunch and the drove to the venue. There was a trailer for the radio station we were working with so we were able to sit in there and eat lunch while waiting. At around 4 they gave us our cue to walk out and all the Directioners there began to scream and of course there were some boos, but oh well. The three of us each had a microphone.

“Hey guys! Before you tweet that we are here, we ask that you don’t! We’re trying to surprise the boys and we don’t want it getting out.” Chloe spoke up smiling.

“So everyone entered the raffle correct?” Sierra asked holding her microphone up and everyone cheered this time. I walked over to the spinner thing and spun it before pulling out two names for the backstage passes winners.

“Jordan Walker and Emma Blann!” I said into my microphone and two girls walked over to me with smiles on their faces while Chloe and Sierra went to take selfies with the other directioners.

“You each get two passes so here you guy babes.” I said handing them each two passes and both of them were crying. I pulled them both into hug and felt them shaking.

“Could my friend and I possibly take a picture with you?” one of the girls asked and I said of course. She pulled out her phone and sent a quick text to someone.

“OMG Emma you won!” Another girl said walking up to the girl who had asked for the picture. The girl who I’m assuming is her friend noticed me and let out a squeal.

“Oh my gosh! I have always loved your channel! I get to meet my mom and dad on the same day! This can’t be real!” Her friend said with a mile wide smile.

“Thank you so much and I’m afraid it is very real. What is your name?” I asked her.

“My name’s Emilia.” She said smiling at me. I took my phone out of my pocket and went to my twitter app.

“Okay. Could I possibly have all three of your twitter names?” I asked as another girl walked up to join the group. The three of them told me and then Jordan introduced the other girl who had walked up as her friend Paige. I asked Paige for her twitter name and then I followed the all and took a picture with each of them and then from my phone I took one picture with all four of them in it. At 4:30 we said good bye to the directioners and thanked them for not posting anything on social media. Sierra sent Sophia a quick text telling her we were ready to come in and Preston, one of the boys’ security guards, came and got us and brought us in.

“Okay for safety we’re going to put you three in a room. It’s far enough away from the dressing rooms that the boys will never find you. I’ll come escort you out right before Icona Pop begins.” Preston said before leaving the room and closing the door. I pulled my camera out as the three of us sat down on the couches in the room.

“Okay guys! I kind of slacked on vlogging, but here is what has happened. I met four really sweet girls at the pre-party and was able to give them backstage passes. I had an amazingly yummy salad, and now we are just in a room waiting for Icona Pop to come on. I’ll see you guys out there.” I said before turning my camera off and pulling my phone out to text Harry since the other two were texting their men.

At around 7:20 Preston came and got us since Icona Pop was supposed to go on at 7:30. Preston and Jacob, another member of their security team, walked us to our seats and then Jacob stayed with us. When Icona Pop came on I began to vlog again! I honestly love them and I got a serious jolt of energy when they began to sing.

“OMG!!!!!! We love this song!” The three of us shouted to my camera as they began to perform their song ‘Girlfriend’. The fans around us began to notice who we were so the three of us were hoping not to be noticed.

It’s time for the boys to go on so I handed Jacob my camera so he could vlog us for this short period of time and then the three of us held up our signs just as the music for ‘Clouds’ began. We made sure that our signs covered our faces and not blocking anyone’s view behind us. Just as the boys approached the last verse of the song the three of us dropped our signs and began to dance around and then we heard a gasp from a couple people in our section who finally noticed who we were. I thanked Jacob as he handed me my camera so I could start to vlog again.

“Okay so the fans around us have noticed who we are, but oddly enough the boys on stage haven’t.” I said into the camera just as the song ended.

“Hello Indianapolis!” Liam said into his mic and I let out a high pitched scream. Even though I have seen the boys at other concerts hearing them say the name of a place that you literally live an hour and a half away from is a feeling I love and will never forget. Just as Niall went to speak he looked right at the three of us and had a moment of surprise before continuing.

“And we have been spotted.” I said zooming into Niall’s face. I let out a little laugh before unzooming and then turning it to face Sierra who was blowing a kiss to Niall.

“Lads it looks like we have a certain blue eyed trio in the audience tonight.” Niall said into his mic and the three of us let out a cheer. It has been the boys’ nickname for the three of us together since they met us. My camera was focused on the boys now as Harry and Louis looked around at the crowd before Niall pointed us out.

“Okay guys I’m a little disappointed! My lovely girlfriend told me she couldn’t make it, but look here she is now. That little Liar!” Harry said into his mic before laughing. I shrugged as if to say oops.

So the boys just finished playing Drag Me Down and let me tell you that I had NO chill what so ever! I was awake when they released it at 1 am so being in the audience the first time they played it live was amazing! Especially when the audience, myself and the girls included, sang along with the boys. Harry has been stealing quick glances our way and he threw his water bottle at me. I stopped vlogging after they sang Drag Me Down just so I could simply be carefree and enjoy the concert with my best friends.
When the concert was over I was literally crying and it wasn’t a cute cry, not it was a really really ugly cry which sucked because we are on our way backstage to meet up with them. I’m not sure why I’m crying, but out of the three of us I’m the only one crying and the girls were making fun of me for it.

“Awww lay off my baby girl.” Harry said as we rounded a corner. I ran into his arms and just cried onto his shoulder.

“Babe, why exactly are you crying?” Harry asked pulling away slightly and wiping away my tears. I began to laugh while still crying.

“I’m not really sure, but it isn’t my best look.” I said looking at him.

“I think it’s cute, but do me a favor and please stop. It hurts to see you cry.” Harry said and I nodded my head while trying to get my emotions under control. Once I was calmed down and was able to talk with out hiccupping Harry kissed me and walked down the hallway with his arm around my waist. He led me to the dressing room where everyone else already was.

“Best surprise ever!” Louis said before kissing his wife.

“It was so hard to keep it away from you guys.” Liam said and then he was instantly put in a head lock by Harry.

“You knew this whole time?!?” He asked him and Liam nodded his head before the rest of us began to laugh. I asked everyone if they were okay with my vlogging and they said yeah.

“I’m back and I just had a melt down and I’m not really sure why I did, but that’s a thing.” I said laughing, “Now we’re in their dressing room with the men of the hour and the lovely Sophia who helped us pull this off.” I said panning around the room where each of them waved.

“I think I’m going to end this vlog here. Thank you guys so much for watching! I love you all and a quick shout out to my four new friends; Emelia, Emma, Jordan, and Paige! Stay fabulous guys!” I said before turning off my camera for the final time tonight and putting it into my bag. The boys quickly got changed. We gave them the name of our hotel and then they were rushed out to their cars before Chloe, Sierra, and I walked out to where our car was parked. When we got back to the hotel we parked in the back again. When we got in I took a quick shower and put on a t-shirt of Harry’s that I took last time I visited him in London and then a pair of pajama shorts. I washed my hair while in the shower and I was in the middle of blow drying it when there was a quick knock on the door. I heard it open and I heard the voices of three boys cheering.
Once my hair was dry I walked out to find Harry laying down on the bed of the pull out couch and then the others either sitting on the floor or in the chairs. I went and sat down next to Harry while leaning into him.

“So are you guys spending the night here?” I asked them.

“Yup! So make some room.” Naill said coming and laying down on the other side of me only to push him out of the bed and have him land with a thud on the ground.

“And that’s my girl.” Harry said high fiving me and I laughed taking out my phone out and taking a picture with Harry. He wrapped his arms around my waist and it felt like home to me. Being away from him is the worst feeling in the world, but it’s his job and I would NEVER take that away from him or make him choose on over the other.

“I love you guys, but this girl is emotionally drained and ready for bed.” I said at around 12:30 when we were still up talking.

“Same. Night guys.” Chloe said standing up and dragging Louis with her. Sierra followed, but then Niall and Harry said they had to get something from the car they drove over. I got under the covers and pulled them up to my chin and then cuddled with my care bear. When there was a knock on the door I shouted for Louis to open it since I was warm and comfortable. He did and Niall and Harry came walking back in. Harry climbed under the covers and laid down wrapping his arms around me and pulling me so I was against his chest. I took in a deep breath and the let it out with a smile before slowly falling asleep.
