I watched Enola as she sat across the room from everyone else. She was at the table with her sketchbook out and pencils strewn over the table. I rested my fist on my chin as I kept an eye on her. She'd been sitting there for twenty minutes or so just staring. She'd not done a thing. Usually, when she was feeling something intensely, even if it was bad, she felt motivated to draw, to take photographs. I'd never seen her shut down before, well maybe once, in Italy. I wanted to hold her and comfort her but she wouldn't really let me close to her. I needed to make her see what I saw.
"Harry." Louis murmured, taking my attention away from Enola. I stared at him waiting for him to say what he wanted. "Is she okay?" He motioned to Enola's still frame.
I shook my head, "I don't think so." Louis' eyes saddened even more as the other boys joined the conversation.
"I wish you hadn't asked her to put it on speaker. That must've been embarrassing." Liam spoke as though he was sympathetic toward Enola. It was a terrible idea. My jealousy, my need to know, had caused her even more hurt.
"I don't know why he said that to her. I may not like the situation but she is awesome. She is absolutely stunning." Zayn's speed of speech suggested that he chose his words carefully. I knew that my temper tantrums, as Enola called them, over her made them watch their words and actions carefully. It wasn’t a good thing, to come unhinged the way I did, but she had become my everything. She deserved respect to go along with all of the admiration.
"She's hott." Niall stated with a cheeky smirk.
"Hey. Watch it." I glared at him playfully. I knew he only said it to get a rise out of me.
"Is there anything we can do for her?" Niall inquired with a genuine want to help.
I nodded, "Liam, Louis and Zayn can stop being so weird around her."
"Just us? What about Niall?" Liam seemed a bit offended by my statement.
"Niall doesn't treat her any differently than he did when we were in Italy." I replied. I turned my eyes to Niall again. "She loves you for that. She looks forward to seeing you every day." Niall grinned, "It's an Irish thing." We both laughed and I shook my head at him. I liked that Enola and Niall had a friendship. It was weird and quite interesting but I liked that they were getting on so well.
"You have to treat her the way you did when it was just us. She needs that." I informed them. I earned quick nods from all of them. I smiled a little. My boys.
It's kind of filler. I apologize. Just wanted to give you something. :) Peace&Love
