We arrived at the zoo and saw that there was only few people there. We got out of the car and entered the zoo. I felt like a little kid that was new to seeing the zoo. I kept jumping and running around just to see the animals, the boys just laughed and shook there head at my actions.

"Hey Alex would you slow down a bit please we can't keep up." Liam exclaimed catching up to me.

"It's not my fault you guys are old." I said sticking out my tongue at them.

"Hey we ain't old!" Louis yelled

"Shhhh do you fans to mob us Louis?" Liam said covering Louis mouth

"mphry" Louis muffled

"Come on slowpokes I wanna see the Lions." I whined

"Alright alright geez ya sound like a child." Niall said

"Watever" I said the ran at the direction of the lions, suddenly I bumped into someone which sent us both to the ground.

"Sorry about that miss. I didn't see you there." I said standing up then helping her up.

"It's alright I wasn't looking where I was going." the girl said standing up then brushing herself.

She looked up at me and stared for a few seconds.

"Hi I'm Jessica" she said putting out her hand.

"I'm Alex" I said shaking her hand.

"You're Liam Payne's little brother, right?" she asked.

I sighed then said "Yes"

'Here we go again.' I thought

She must've sensed my what I was feeling so she said "Oh no no don't think that way. I was just curious you know. Anyway can I uhm get your number Alex?" She asked looking down.

I was unsure on what to do. I took a glance at the lads and they were all nodding there heads except for Liam so I shrugged me shoulder and thought 'What the heck, she seems nice.'

I gave her my number and that brought a big smile in her face.

"Thanks. Well I gotta go. Bye Alex, bye guys." she said to me and the guys.

I was kinda confused on what had happened 'Why the hell did I gave that girl my number?' I asked myself.

The boys the went to where I was standing and started patting me in the back with a congratulatory manner.

"Nice one lad not even a whole day in London you already got a girl." Louis said

"Uh thanks?" I said unsure of what to say

"Are you going to date her? she's hot lad you got a nice one there." Niall said placing his arm around my shoulder.

'Of course not! I'm not a lesbian!' I thought.

"I don't know guys." I said

"Come on lad you better date her or else I'll steal her away." Zayn said laughing

"Alright alright I guess I'll date her." I said which cost them to cheer except for Liam.

"Guys you shouldn't pressure Alex into doing this." Liam said

"Oh come on Liam, don't you want your little brother to be a big boy now?" Harry asked patting Liam on the back.

"Liam it's fine I can handle it." I reassured him.

"Ok fine but don't anything stupid." he told me

"Don't worry I won't." I said

"Ok it's settled then. I think we should help him with their date. Alex ask her out as soon as

she texts or calls you, we'll handle the rest." Louis said with a mischivous smile

"O-okay" I stuttered 'What have I gotten myself into?'

"Enough of this let's enjoy the zoo." I said running towards the Lions.

When I saw the Lions I was in awe they are such marvelous creatures. I love animals so much that's why I want to become a vet. I want to be able to take care all these animals and also save the ones who are endangered. I believe that animals has the same right to live in this world just as much as humans do.

I was snapped out of my thought by flash from a camera I looked at the boys and saw Louis with his phone out.

"What did you do?" I asked

"I couldn't resist you looked like a cute child. Check your twitter." He said laughing

I logged into my twiiter and saw Louis mention. It says 'Look at this @Alex_Payn looks so cute. He looked like a child.' with it was a picture of me looking in awe at the Lions.

"Louis you big meanie" I whined then started chasing him while the others just laughed.

"Aww cheer up Alex you looked adorable in that picture." Harry said pinching my cheeks.

I slapped his hands away and pouted.

"Aww Alex don't be like that. How about we take you out to dinner." Liam said

"Can we go to Wimpy please I love it there." I said giving them my irresistable puppy dog eyes.

"But I wanna go to Nandos" Niall whined.

"C'mon Niall we always go to Nandos why don't we go to Wimpy at least for Alex." Liam said

"Ok." Niall said

"Ok let's go guys" Paul said then we made our way to Wipmys.

When we arrive at Wimpy we put on some disguises and went inside. We sat down at an unoccupied table.

"Ok me and Liam will order what do you guys want?" I asked

I took Niall, Paul and Harry's orders while Liam took Zayn and Louis's

"Well I'll have Wimpy Double Cheese burger with fries, Chicken Chunks with chips and an Ice cream sudae." Niall said

"I'll just have the Chicken Fillet and Rocky Road sundae." Harry said

"I'll have the Wimpy Cheese burger and some Chocolate Brownies." Paul said

"Ok how about drinks?" I asked

"I'll have a milk shake." Niall said

"Me too" Harry said

"I'll have mango shake." Paul said

"Ok we'll be right back." I said then me and Liam headed to the counter.

We told the cashier our orders and waited for it to be ready.

"So why did you give that girl you number?" Liam asked

"I don't know, she seemed nice. Maybe she could be my friend or something. I really need someone other than you that knows my secret." I said

"But be sure that you really trust her before you reveal yourself." Liam said

"Don't worry Li, I know what I'm doing." I reassured him

"Your orders are ready." the cashier said so we grabbed the trays and made our way back to our table.

"Our food is here" I said as Liam and placed the food on the table.

"Ok guys dig in." I said then we all started eating.

"Hey Alex I was just wondering, why are you always wearing a beanie? I've noticed you never took it off once even when you are sleeping." Harry asked taking a bite of his burger.

"Uh.... Well.... So you see." I stuttered usure of what to say.

"Alex has been like that since he was a baby. Oddly enough he never likes not wearing it. I remember one time when he was a baby he started crying during the night. At first we thought he was hungry so we fed him but his crying didn't cease. We did everything to stop him from crying but nothing work but then I noticed that his beanie fell to the floor and once we placed it back on his head he stopped crying. So that's where this habbit started. That's why he always wear beanies." Liam said

"Yeah it's weird but it makes me feel safe." I said giving Liam a look that says 'thanks'.

"Oh it's alright we all do things like that." Zayn said

"So Alex how was your life in America? You haven't told us about it yet." Harry said

"It's fine. I live in a small apartment by myself. It's small but it's very comfy." I said

"What about school?" Liam asked

"Well it's alright, it's fun and all the students their are really nice." I said with a smile.

'liar' I thought to myself

"Ok well what do you wanna take up on collage?" Niall asked

"Well you guys know that I love animals so I'm thinking of taking up veterinary. Since I was a kid I've always loved animals. I always play vet with my toys and I would pretend to treat them. But that is not the only reason I want to be vet. I want to stop the abuse on animals especially the endangered ones. I want to protect them so that they won't be extinct. But the main point in this is that I want people to learn how to respect these wonderful creatures, they maybe animals but they know how to feel and they know how to love." I said

"Wow that's a very nice dream you got there Alex. I hope you achieve it.You have good goals and I know you can do it" Louis said patting my back

"Thanks, I'm only here for a few weeks but actually I'm thinking of moving back here after I graduate and maybe go to a university. But I'm also planning to take a gap year just to take a rest and maybe join you guys on tour." I said

"That's great Alex!" Liam exclaimed

"Thanks Liam." I said

"But wait isn't Spring break only 2 weeks?" Liam asked

"I asked the principal if I could extend another week or two and he told me that I could but I still had to pass all my assignments and projects like everyone else." I explained

"Oh ok that's good then." Liam said

The rest of the evening were composed of stories, jokes and just messing around.

"Well let's get you guys home so that you could rest. Now you have the week off so enjoy. But remember we have a concert in Paris next week so be ready. Paul said

The boys all nodded then we made our way back to car then Paul drove us back to the house.

"Night guys." Paul said

"Night Paul" we said together then Paul left.

"Ok guys let's all call it a day and rest." Liam said

"Yeah I'm kinda tired." Harry said

"Well then good night lads." Louis said.

"Night" we said to each other then went to their respected rooms.

When I got to my room I took a shower then changes into sweat pants and a t-shirt.

I was getting ready to sleep when suddenly my phone rang.

I picked up my phone and answered it.

"Yellow?" I said with my usual greetings.

I heard a chuckle from the other end which sent shivers down my spine.

"Hello Alex." A voice said, a voice which I never thought I would hear ever again.
