The Making Of Us

TWO MONTHS LATER:

It’s the middle of March and Niall has been gone for about 8 weeks. I miss him so much, we talk on the phone every night and text each other all the time. I’ve been doing better as well. I’ve started seeing a therapist and she put me on stronger meds for my depression and anxiety. Taylor and I have been going out and doing more things together, like best friends should do. My brother moved into his girlfriend’s house so it’s just me living at my dad’s now. Which I don’t mind it’s quieter now. School has been going a lot better.

Greg and I had another fall out which resulted in our parents being called into school and a temporary restraining order put on him. He told Taylor one day that he was going to bring a gun to school and finish what I tried to do. After she told me that I went to the vice principal. They called in my dad Greg’s parents, and Taylor’s mom. But of course with the shit school I go to they did nothing about it so my dad called the police station and had the restraining order put into place. Since he has mostly AP classes he is downtown at a different school most of the day, so the few classes he does have are at the opposite end of the building. Its working so far so I’m not complaining.

I can’t believe in two months Niall and I will have been together for a whole year. I really don’t know what I would do without him. He is my everything he loved me even at my worst and I love him for that. He gets to come to America in few weeks and I can’t wait. I have a lot planned for us.

“Cassie” I hear my dad shout from the living room

“In my room dad” I shout back to him

He comes upstairs and walks into my room with an excited look on his face

“What’s up dad?” I ask

“Well you know spring break is coming up next week and Tessa and I think it would be a great idea for you to spend it in England. There is a program and you can get school credit while there.”

“Oh my god dad really?” I shout excitedly

“Yes we already made the reservations, Olli will be your driver again and you’ll be staying at the Marriott again so Mary will be keeping a close eye on you Miss Cassandra. Also Niall has no idea I figured you’d want to surprise him.” My dad says to me

“Dad I love you so much thank you thank you a million times thank you. I got to call Taylor and tell her.” I say

“That’s the other half of the surprise too, Cass she’s going with you.” My dad tells me

I call Taylor excited about what my dad just told me she answered the phone and I could barely hear what she was saying between crying I think.

“Taylor we get to spend a whole week and a half in England. Can you believe that? “I ask

“I know I’m so excited you do know that our plane leaves tomorrow afternoon right?” Taylor says to me

“What tomorrow? My dad must have let out that little detail. Well I should go get packing. GAHHHH Taylor a whole 12 days in England!!” I shout into the phone as I hang up to go pack my suit case

Taylor and I have just boarded our international flight which Is leaving out of Boston. I can’t believe that in 14 hours we will be in London. I can’t wait to see Olli and Mary but most of all I can’t wait to see my Niall. Taylor and I fall asleep not too long after the plane takes off. I wake to Taylor shaking me and saying we are getting ready to land at Heathrow Airport. Once we gather our bags we start following the arrows to the lobby when I see that familiar face I’ve missed so much.

“Olli I say running to him giving him the biggest hug I had in me.”

“Well hello dear Cass nice to see you as well” Olli says

“Olli this is Taylor she is my best friend I promise you and Mary will love her” I say to him

“Good morning Miss Taylor nice to meet you.” Olli says to Taylor

“G’mornig” was all that Taylor said

Our ride back to the hotel was quiet, Taylor and I were still very sleepy from the plane ride. It was 4:30 am here in London so when we get back to the hotel we are both going to crash for a while longer before I find out where Niall will be for the day. I’m hoping he’ll be at the studio but if I have to call the boys and help me I will surprise him elsewhere.

Taylor and I woke up again around 11 in the morning. I called the studio to find out if the boys were going to be there today, of course no they weren’t going to be in studio for almost two weeks. So my next best idea is to set up my room here, make it all sexy and what not and surprise Niall here.

“Hello love how are you? Why are you calling me?” I hear Louis say

“Lou I need your help with something, Can you and the boys keep Niall busy for a while then blind fold him and bring him to the Marriott downtown later tonight?” I ask him

“Dear what are you talking about?” Lou asks confused

“Oh yea I forgot, Taylor and I are here. We are at the Marriott we got in about 4 this morning. We get to spend spring break here. Our parents set it all up. I meant to call you or Liam but I forgot about it.”

“That’s awesome love um let me gather up Liam and Zayn and us three will come down and we can make up a plan. Niall is asleep right now and Harry is visiting his mum this weekend so we’ll be over there ASAP.” Lou says to me

“Ok cool can’t wait to see you guys.” I say as I hang up the phone

I went down the hall to Taylor’s room to let her know that Zayn, Lou and Liam were coming. She wanted to go swimming so we both got into our bikinis and headed down to the pool. Taylor was sporting her barely there bikini, me on the other hand had a simple green bikini with orange and yellow fringe on it. I texted Louis that we were going to be at the pool so to just come get us from there when they arrived. I also went to tell Mary to just have them come to the pool when they got there as well. Taylor and I were swimming and messing around on the waterpark stuff when the boys came walking in

“Well Well Well what do we have here lad’s? looks like a couple fine looking lasses going for a swim” I hear Lou say

“Yea looks like fun Lou why don’t you join them” Liam says

“I don’t have my…..” Lou started to say as Zayn pushes him into the pool

“Well glad to see you guys are doing great. You ok Lou?” I ask swimming over to him

“Yes love I’m fantastic andZayn I’ll get you back later lad trust that.” Lou says laughing

Louis climbs the ladder to get out first followed by myself and Taylor, the boys are super kind and give us a hand and has our towels ready for us to be wrapped up in. We make our way up to the 85th floor to my room. Taylor and I excuse ourselves for a minute so we can change.

“Taylor, so Louis is looking mighty fine today. Why don’t you Get to know him better” I say to her.

“Oh my god Cass, really? Louis?” she says peeking out of the crack in the door to see Louis stripping down to his boxer briefs

“I guess you’re right Cass, He is looking mighty fine if you ask me” she says to me as I sneak a peek as well

“Damn Tay looks like you got your work cut out for you. Nobody beats my Niall though…jus sayin”

When Taylor and I finish changing our clothes we come back out to the bedroom where we left the boys sitting. I tell Louis I have some sweat pants and a t-shirt if he would like to change into those and I would have Mary get housekeeping to through his clothes in the dryer while we sit around and chat for a bit. Although it’s spring time here it’s still a little chilly so Zayn starts a fire in the fireplace that’s in my room. We all climb into my King size bed and start chatting away about how I’ve been doing and about how school is and what the boys have been up to.

“Ok so what I want to do is fill my room with candles, and red, pink and white roses everywhere and a fire going in the fireplace. I need to find out how to get a bottle of Champagne seeing I’m only 16.” I look at Lou batting my eyes at him

He is 18 and that’s the legal drinking age in England so he can get it for me. But probably not without me begging first. Which I’m totally prepared to do at this point.

“Oh alright I’ll do you this one favor only because I know how much Niall has missed you and he hasn’t gotten piss drunk since you guys went out for New Year’s eve.” Lou says to me

“Thank you Louis I love you and I owe you big time” I say hugging him tightly

LATER THAT NIGHT:

“Ok Liam you have the blindfold I sent you guys home with earlier?” I say into the phone

“Yes love I have it right here just waiting for Niall to come out of his room before putting it on him.” He says back to me

“Ok, thank you again guys for helping me this is going to be the best surprise ever.” I say

“Ok Cass got to go he’s coming we should arrive in about 15 minutes ok. Bye” Liam says as he hangs up the phone

That gives me enough time to change into my cute little baby blue lace bra and matching panties. I also have a cute sheer black and blue robe I’ll need to wear too. Don’t want to give the other boys a show as well. Igo into the living area where the door to the room is and start lighting candles and leave a trail of rose petals from the door to the bedroom. Once in the bedroom I light the candles in there too and get the fire going in the fireplace. While lighting the candles by the Jacuzzi I get a spectacular idea. I draw a very hot bath with bubbles in it and wait a few minutes before my phone buzzes. It’s Liam saying that they are in the lobby right now, I call him and tell him to wait just a second.

“Liam come up to my floor but have Niall wait outside my door and you go down to room 854 that’s Taylor’s room tell her to come bring Niall in. I’m in the Jacuzzi and don’t want you guys to see me Naked. Last person to see me Naked caused a shit storm and I don’t want that again.” I say into the phone

“Ok I have Louis with me so I’ll have him go get her we are on the elevator now.. Get who?” I hear Niall say concern in his voice

“You’ll find out soon enough mate now pipe down.” I hear Liam say to Niall

I can’t help but laugh a little bit. I climb into the tub and cover myself with bubbles I have the bottle of Champagne in ice beside the Jacuzzi, when I hear a knock and then the door creak open. I can hear Taylor tell Louis and Liam to stay where they are. She must have taken off the blind fold because I hear Niall’s sweet voice

“Taylor?...What is this about?” he asked sounding shocked

“Niall do me a favor and follow those petals into the bedroom, I’m going to leave though cause I don’t want to be here right now so go on now.” Taylor tells him

I hear the door shut again. It takes a moment but I finally see him walk through the door, he looks over at me and his eyes go wide as does his mouth too. He’s just standing there frozen not saying anything

“Well are you gonna stand there and stare or are you gonna come get your prize Horan?” I say to him

“Cassie! I can’t believe it. When? How? I LOVE YOU!” was all he could get out

Before I know it Niall is stripped down and climbing in the Jacuzzi with me. I crawl over to sit between his legs and just lie there for a moment. I’ve missed him so much, and I love him even more. No words can describe how I am feeling right now. We talk until the water goes cold, we get out and cuddle up into bed. Niall turns on the TV to find a movie for us to watch. I’m too distracted with the way his perfect body looks wrapped in nothing but a towel.

“Niall please forget about the god damn TV, we’ve been away from each other for too long and I want you now!” I say to him

With that we slowly make sweet love all night long. We finally fall asleep in each other’s arms not moving the rest of the night.
