ZAYN’S POV

Katie and I were currently in line at McDonald’s.
“Katie. I don’t understand how you are walking.” I whisper into her ear and she blushes
“the same way you’re still awake.” She smirks and I pout
“Common. I don’t always get tired.” I defend
“Last time you fell asleep in on the table.” She chuckles and I roll my eyes
“What would you like beautiful?” he smiles at Katie. My Katie.
“Chicken Nuggets and a Sweet tea. Zayn?” She turns to face me
“I want a number 6 meal.” I say and he nods. I pay for the meal and we wait for the stuff to come out.
When It does Katie goes to get it as I wait at the table.
She gets back she looks upset.
“What’s wrong?” i ask and she shakes her head forcing a smile. “Tell me.” I deadpan and she pouts.
“the guy behind the counter said he’d give me a better time that you and that i should drop you and meet up with him later.” She mumbles and my blood boils
“Excuse me?” I say angrily standing up
“Zayn stop.” She grabs my hand but I shake her off walking up to the counter
I grab the guy’s collar and he flinches looking at me wide eyed
“It’s one thing to hit on my GIRLFRIEND in front of me but hitting on her and sexually harassing her is crossing the line.” I spit at him making him shove me away. By standers watch fearfully and people who work there look at me daring me to try anything
“Can I help you sir?” A man walks up with a manager name tag
“Yeah. This asshole was making advances on MY GIRL.” i say angrily and the manager, Bill, turns to the teen angry as well.
“What do you have to say?” Bill questions
“I didn’t do anything! he is lying!” the dude says hand up
“Are you calling my girlfriend a liar?” I hiss and he flinches.
“Miss, do you mind explaining what is going on?” Bill asks Katie politely
“Sir. I’m sorry. But it isn’t worth the trouble. yes he hit on me and made advances but I forgive him. no trouble.” She says and my eyes widen at her “Can we get a to-go bag please?” She asks and Bill smiles at her handing her a bag
“Thank you.” She smiles dragging me away
“Why did you do that? you let that ass of the hook!” I frown and she rolls her eyes silently packing away our food.
“You scared him enough.” She chuckles “I didn’t want him to lose his job. you never know what someone is going through. maybe he really needs the money.” She says and I calm down a bit. She was right. I didn’t know him.
“I’m sorry.” i say hugging her from behind lightly
“It’s okay.” She says “We can go to the house and eat. And then have some more fun.” She says and my eyes widen. I throw her over my shoulder and she giggles kicking her feet a little to have me let her go.
“Hold onto the food.” i say and she pinches my butt making me jump but I don’t tease her back because her butt is way to hurt for me to pinch it.
“Let me go!” She chuckles and I do once we are by the car.
It is Harry’s car but he has been letting me use it.
I open her door and she blushes climbing in slowly trying not to hurt herself. I shut the door after her and go to my side driving us home.
When we get home it is 2am and everyone is asleep. Thank god.
We hurry upstairs and we sit on the bed and eat our food telling jokes and just hanging out.
“We are perfect.” i say and she smiles looking confused but she agrees, none the less.
“We are a really weird couple too.” She chuckles and I agree with a nod “but perfect.” she says
“Have you ever thought about the future?” i ask her and she looks up into my eyes
“not much.” She says and I blush “Have you?” she asks and I nod
“A few months ago i imagines you in every part of my future.” I say “When you disappeared everything changed. My mood, my body, my surroundings. But never did I ever change the view of my future with you. Even though you were gone. I still saw us getting married and having kids, growing old with you. I wouldn’t mind dying as long as you are right by my side. I could never imagine doing anything without you.” I say not really thinking about it.
I look up and see her teary eyed.
“I haven’t really thought that far.” She says in a soft tone “but I know I want you to be apart of my future.” She says leaning into me “How many kids do you want to have?” She asks
“I would like an many as I can get. I’ve always to spoil them rotten.” I smile at the thought
“I would love a boy and a girl. The boy being older. That way, when we aren’t around...he can protect her.” She says softly and I nod at the thought liking it
“Good plan.” i say and she chuckles
“I love you.” She giggles
“I love you too.” I say “We should go to sleep.” I mumble and she nods. We clean up the garbage and get into bed falling asleep.

When i wake up I reach out and find a cold and empty bed. I shoot up. no sign of Katie anywhere.
Was it all a dream!?
Her side was neatly made. It was almost noon. I shoot out of bed with tears in my eyes. I throw on some clothes and sprint down stairs. I see Harry, Chloe, Josh, and nobody else.
They see me and are immediately concerned.
“What’s going on-” Chloe steps closer to me but when the front door opens and katie walks inside with Nick following behind. they were sweaty and my chest let go of its tightness.
She is here. It wasn’t a dream.
“Zayn are you okay?” Chloe asks but I ignore her and walk over to hug Katie. She is surprised by my action but hugs back.
“You okay?” She asks worried and I nod
“yeah.” I mumble “You were gone when i woke up.” I say and she hugs me tighter.
“I’m here Zayn. I’m not going anywhere.” She says kissing my cheek.
We head to the kitchen.
“So. What was that all about?” harry asks concerned
“I thought it was a dream.” I say “That is was fake.” I say softly
“Sorry man. but this is real. You are STUCK with her.” Nick says and Katie slaps his arm sticking her tongue out at him
I chuckle pulling her into me, “I’m glad.” I say
She blushes and pulls away to sit down again.
We eat breakfast happily and Harry nudes me from the seat beside me.
“So. You get it in last night?” he smirks at me and my eyes widen. Were me loud? I wonder
“No. you weren’t loud.” Harry answers my thoughts and I shrug with a smirk “You did!” He cheers and the room looks at us confused but I wave them off going back to whispering with Harry.
“I noticed her weird walk. So I asked. How hard did you go?” harry chuckles and I laugh out loud
My relationship with Harry is funny as shit. We can talk about this stuff for hours with no weirdness..
“We went hard. And three times.” I say and his eyes widen
“Holy shit.” He mumbled
“Yeah. And she wanted to go for another round but got hungry so we ate instead.” I say and his eyes widen again.
“Dude. It was her call?” He asked and I nod. “Damn. I didn’t think she had it in her.” he nods and my eyes widen with a nod
“Right!” I say
“What are you guys talking about?” katie walks up hugging my torso from behind.
My eyes widen and Harry and I blurt “Baseball” and “Football” at the same time. We exchange looks of panic, “Football” “Baseball” We change our minds at the same time also. Fuck Deeper hole!
“Guys. I get it. Dude talk. You don’t have to tell me.” She chuckles “I wanted to see when w would leave here. Mom and Dad ill find us soon.” she says with a worried voice
“Soon.” Josh speaks up. “And they aren’t your parents.” He says and she frowns
“Whatever. Josh. We need to go. They are going to find us.” She says “We’ve been here too long.” She says “Nick and I were talking the other week. the suddenly let us go to school. After months of it just being home and training. Don’t you find that weird?” She asks him “I think they were planning something.” She says
“WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO SHARE THIS INFORMATION KATIE!” Josh yells angrily and my eyes widen but she acts unfazed
“now.” She says simply
“Fucking shit! Are you fucking kidding me!?” he yells walking out of the room

KATIE’s POV

Finally he is out of the room.
“okay he is gone. guys I have a plan. I know he wouldn’t approve.” I say and they all look at me confused. I sigh this is hard.
“I know what they are planning. And I know what is going on.” I confess.
“How? What have you been doing?” nick asks shocked
“A while ago. The first few weeks I said I was meeting up with Zayn...Sometimes It was true. Sometimes. I was following mom and Dad.” I say and his eyes widen
“Why didn’t you bring me?” he asked looking hurt
“I didn’t want you to worry about it. you havin so much fun at school and this newly found freedom. I was trying to save you the trouble.” I say and he nods but still looks a little upset.
“Okay..Well this isn’t easy to say.” i say “I’m going back.” I say and that is when all hell broke lose.
