Who the hell is knocking on my door on a Sunday morning. I let out a moan and flick the blanket off me and open my door.
“LEPRACHAUNNNNNNNN!!!”
There he is standing outside my door and I give him the biggest hug. Then I turn and see the other lads behind him Liam, Louis and Zayn standing there I give them a hug each, then we make our way down to the flat in my backyard.
I help them with their luggage and we plonk ourselves on the couch. It really amazes me how they still keep in touch with me and come and see me when they can, they are special boys who definitely have a and always will have a place in my heart.
There staying for a week and I am so happy to have them here and try and get that real smile on face again. People say ‘one direction infection’ but for me they are my cure, these four boys sitting besides me are my medicine when we laugh, joke around it’s all I need to feel a little happy again.
“So boys how was the flight here?” I asked all of them.
“Good, tiring but good.” Liam replied.
“Aw it means a lot to me that you’re here.” I say and pat Liam on his leg.
“So how’s everything’ going with you.” Zayn asked.
“Its what it is I guess.” I say with my head down and trying not to cry.
“Your time will come again, when you can be free and do whatever it is you want to do.” Liam says to me and rubs my back.
My eyes start to water up and think about what Liam has just said to me, and I hope his right, hopefully my time will be soon so I can have a transplant and get on with my life.
“Hey, hey no tears, we are here to have fun and enjoy ourselves.” Niall runs over to me and embraces me into his teddy bear hugs.
“Yes, yes ok”. I get up from the couch and used my index fingers to wipe away my tears.
“Movie time?” Louis asks randomly. I nod my head
We settle on watching White Chicks and thank god I need some laughter.
