What Happens In Vegas...

Dani's P.O.V.
"Luke.." I breathed.
"I was just..." he hesitated, and eventually just gave up. My heart sank.
"What are you doing here?" I finally managed.
"I was just walking... My house is you know.. Right there."
I could literally feel Luke 1000 miles away and he was right in front of me.
"Luke.. I.. I was actually about to come talk to you."
"There's nothing left to talk about." he mumbled.
"What?"
"Danielle. There is nothing left to talk about. This is over. We are over. Just like you wanted after everything. This isn't you. My life is not your dream. I don't want this anymore. I'll get management to write up the divorce papers.."
"Luke." I choked. My eyes were filled with tears and I could feel myself turning blue.
"I have to go."
"Please! Don't go, Luke!" I screamed through my tears.
"Goodbye Dani."
I sat in the street scream crying until Ryan picked me up and carried me to my room.

Luke's P.O.V.

I have never said anything so hurtful to myself or anyone that I loved. I did what needed to be done. If I didn't cut our ties she wouldn't have left.
"Where's Dani?" Michael asked.
"She wouldn't have left." I mumbled.
"Mate?"
"FUCK." I shouted, before collapsing to the ground.
"Luke? Where is Dani?"
"Probably actually on a flight home."
"Mate! She has to be there tonight!"
"I... I don't know what I did..."
"We have to get her there."
"I asked for a divorce, mate. There's no going back."

Rae's P.O.V.

Ryan called me in a panic about Dani, so naturally I ran to her side. I didn't even bother knocking when I got there, I just burst in.
"Dani?"
"Rae!" she sobbed, "He wants a divorce."
"Oh sweetie."
I held her and let her cry it out, my phone vibrated, Mikey.
'Please get her to come tonight. We can fix this.'
"How about we get your mind off this and go out tonight?"
"I don't want to move. I feel numb."
"Dani... Please? It'll be like old times. You and me."
She took a moment but then slowly nodded.
'She'll be there.'

Michael's P.O.V.

"Luke?"
"I can't do this."
"You can mate. You've been through a break up and played before."
"This is different. She is different."
"Then sing your heart out, cry, play the hardest you ever have, but we need you mate."
I could see hesitation, but he finally had the slightest smile across his face.
'We got this.' I sent to Rae.
'Set change tonight? If You Don't Know?' I sent to the boys.
This plan will be amazing.

Dani's P.O.V.

"What is this place?" I asked Rae. My eyes were swollen, it was dark, and there were significantly more girls than boys.
"Some really popular club apparently."
"Is this another one of your 'we can be lesbian' tricks?" I growled.
"No! But that night was fun and you know it."
We both laughed and headed for the line.
"I'll be right back." Rae stated.
"Where are you going?" I asked, seeing her head to VIP.
"Just wanna flirt and see where it gets me." she winked. Some things will never change... Thankfully.
Rae returned a few moments later with a huge smile on her face.
"Come on. The old charm still works." she took my hand and pulled me inside.

Rae's P.O.V.

But here's what Dani's doesn't know. The guard knows who we are. What he didn't know, she doesn't know where we are or why. So I flirted to just let us pass without saying "5SOS VIP, welcome!" And the paps... Thank god they didn't notice us.

Luke's P.O.V.

"Ready mate?" Mikey asked.
"As I'll ever be." I sighed.
We got through our regular set, but instead of leaving Mikey on the stage alone right before Jet Black Heart, the lads left me to sing If You Don't Know.
I started out slowly, no instruments, my voice shaking, my head down, the crowd silent. I could feel the tears coming, then I slowly turned my head hearing the boys come on. Mikey slightly pointed to the crowd, so I looked. Dani...

Dani's P.O.V.

You know what's weird? A silent club. Then it hit me like knives. Luke's voice.
"Oh Oh Oh Oh Oh -Tonight we're fading fast I just wanna make this last if I could say the things that I wanna say I'd find a way to make you stay I'd never let you get away catch you in all the games we've played. So go ahead, rip my heart out. Show me what love's all about. Go ahead, rip my heart out. That's what love's all about. I want you to want me this way. And I need you to need me to stay. If you say that you don't feel a thing If you don't know let me go."
The tears that had sat in his eyes, finally fell, and so did mine.
Yeah, Luke, Rip my fucking heart out.

Luke's P.O.V.

She came...
The show ended and my heart raced. I threw my guitar aside and ran outside in hopes to find Dani and hope I'm not too late.
"Luke!" Rae shouted.
"Rae! Where is she?!"
"The beach."
"How do you know?"
"I don't."
I ran for the beach, avoiding paps as much as possible.
My legs felt weak and my knees were ready to buckle, but then I saw her... Suddenly I had all the strength in the world. Her hair flowed in the wind off her shoulder and her hands played with the sand, pulling it in, then releasing.
"Dani." I breathed, and slowly she turned.
