Christmas Morning. 2:50am.
“Mommy, Daddy come on the presents” our oldest Asher said enthusiasticly while jumping on the bed with Anna. “You guys have five minutes to run” Liam said seriously before getting out of bed and chasing after them down the stairs. I guess I’ll get five more minutes of sleep. Sleep was not apart of Avery’s schedule this morning after hearing the crying coming out of the baby monitor. I tried at least. Slowly I got out of bed, slipping on my slippers and my robe before going into Avery’s room. It was monkey themed and luckily complimented his personality. Avery is six months while Anna is 2 and a half as she reminds us everytime we tell some one how old she is. Asher is just shy of turning 4 and he is excited for when he can start pre-school. Ihowever am not. Not even bothering to turn on the lights I pick Avery out of his crib. “Good morning my little monkey” I cooed as his crying settled a bit. After changing him a very out of breath Liam was waiting in the doorway with two leetches attached to his leg. “Tea and breakfest is on the table” he said in between breaths. “Thanks” I said while finishing up getting Avery dressed. This is going to be a long day.
“Mommy can we open presents yet” Asher pleaded while Anna sat silently, but hopefully. “You can open one present while I finish feeding Avery” I said and gave Liam a look to watch them while they’re over by the tree. Avery just about had it with his baby food and was about ready for a bottle. I amused him with a toy while making his bottle. When done I moved over to the couch watching as they took their time opening presents and Liam looked for some of his. After burping Avery I set him down to sleep in his bouncer, turning on the soft music and vibrating option. Christmas went as per usual, the kids opened their presents, Liam and I traded a few in between. Now, Liam and I get each kid a backpack to travel with and a suitcase for a trip we’re going on, but they don’t know about. Anna got and Ariel backpack and suitcase while Asher got Spidderman. They loved them out of everything they got. “Look inside “ Liam said leading them to the big surprise. Asher was the first one to open his suitcase and find the words ‘We’re Going To Disneyworld’ in sparkly letters. He was about to say something when Liam told him to wait while Anna was just finding it. Once she saw it they both cheered and hopped around like excited children who just found out they were going to Disneyworld. Oh wait they just did.

The night before the trip 5:00pm
It was the night before we left on our road trip to Florida or as the kids see it, Disenyworld. Niall, the poor fellow was entetaining the kids and helping in taking care of Avery while Liam and I got last minute things ready. Phone chargers, tickets, hotel info, baby stuff, it was all overwelming. I had just got done packing Ashers stuff when I could tell someone was standing in the doorway. I turned around to see the leetches at it again. “Guys what did I tell you about clining to Niall?” they pouted at this and waited for me to say something more, “Go play downstairs please”. The un-leeetched and ran off downstairs to play with something or other. “Need some help?” he asked. “Umm,there’s a list in Avery’s room if you could collect everything that is on that list that would be helpful” I said while leaning against the doorframe and whiping sweat from my brow. He went off to do that while I set off to pack Anna’s stuff. Getting her stuff together seemed a lot harder yet easier, because she was indeed 3 now. I packed 7 outfits with a spair, some pajamas, blanket, etc knowing exactly what she will want from the numerous times she’s gone to Niall’s or Zayn’s for the night while Liam and I had a night out. When her stuff was done I went to check on Niall. In neat, seperate piles were just about everything I had on the list going by what it was and what bag of his it’s going in. “This alright, Amelia?” he asked right as he was adding the last package of diapers. “Yeah, that’s great. Could you please tell Liam to get the strollers, and help him with that” I said. He nodded and was off getting Liam while I started packing yet another bag. That was basically how the night went. I even called the rest of the guy’s over to take care of the kids and help pack, but mostly watch the kids. Once Harry,Louis,and Zayn came over it was less chaotic and more got done in less time. 2 hours later the five guys had devoured a whole pizza and the kids were just barley getting past one. Luckily the kids were getting tired so we could get them into bed and not put up a fight like some nights. Avery was put to bed a while ago by Louis who was now carrying Anna to her room, right along with Asher who was being carried by Harry. Soon the rest of the guys, excluding Niall, left with messages of ‘Good luck’ and ‘Have fun’. Tonight was almost a nightmare. Tomorrow, shouldn’t be as bad.
Day 1 of trip Saturday, February 15th 8:30am
Somehow I was the last one up and somehow it wasn’t to little kids jumping on the bed excited for Disneyworld. It was to a nice warm cup of tea with extra sugar brought to me by my wonderful bright eyed and bushy tailed husband. “Good morning babe. Niall and I got the kids up and ready, now they’re eating breakfest. Better get going” he said nice and cheerfully. Exactly what I need from the delightfully handsome Mr. Payne. Ahh I tend to be a little loopy in the morning.
After I had finished my tea and got in the shower I had gotten dressed in comfy clothes for the 6 hour drive. I grabbed something to eat and started putting bags in the two cars. “Hunny, are we going to have the kids in our car or can we put two of them with Niall?” Liam asked while holding four small bags that belong to Anna and Asher. “We can take Avery if Niall wants to take Anna and Ash” I said simply while taking another bite of my bagel and picking up the last bag of Avery’s. He nodded and walked off to the garage again. I finished my bagel and carried Avery’s bag to the car Liam and I would be driving.
An hour later and we’re on the road.
By 3 O’clock we were pulling up in front of a Holiday Inn ready to get in the pool and stretch our limbs for the 38th time the whole trip. Okay maybe that was a little exageration, but whoever thought bringing 3 kids under the age of 5 would be easy must have been super mom or something.
Day 2 of trip Sunday, Fubruary 16th 5:00am
Bright and early we’re at it again. Avery is asleep in his car seat and Niall has the more active of the three. This time I get to drive around 10 hours with many breaks inbetween. Half way Niall and Liam are going to switch and I’ll still be driving. We are definatley begginners at this for having such bad planning involved.
Somehow, I am magical and made it before Liam. Niall and I might have made bet’s on who was going to get there first. Instead of waiting I carefully moved Avery from the car and checked in. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would and I made it to the room right as Liam was pulling up with the car. “Glad you could make it” I smirked. “Haha. Anna had an accident and Asher was being cranky so I had to dig out a spare set of clothes and make Asher watch a movie. Then Anna wanted to watch, but Asher was being a grump so she watched Mickey Mouse Clubhouse without headphones” he explained. “Well why don’t you haul a couple things in while I grab the other car then you can have a cat nap” I offered with a sweet smile. I left Avery with Liam and rushed back to the car so Liam could have a rest. Pulling up next to Niall’s car I switched off the radio and started taking out most of Avery’s and mine and Liam’s bags. Once all the bags were out of the car I turned to see everything was out of Niall’s car too. So I skipped into the room and gaped in amazment. We were staying at Disney’s Art of Animation resort which turned out to be better than the pictures you see online. It was Finding Nemo themed which is something we all liked and it had 2 beds and a pull out couch perfect enough to fit all of us. There was a room with a bathroom on it that Niall and I made a bet on, me being the winner. Then there was a living room with a couch and table to seat four. The thing about the table is that it turned into a bed when you pulled it out of the wall, which is where Niall will be sleeping. Then Anna and Asher get to sleep on the pull out couch. By then the kids wanted to explore,but just like Liam I wanted a nap as well. Niall didn’t mind taking the two out for a couple of hours, as long as one of us could take them afterwards. I had only one thing to say to Niall, “Good luck buddy” and from there I was fast asleep dreaming about lizards in tutu’s singing in spanish.

Day 3 Animal Kingdom Monday,February 17th I don’t really care what time it is.
Oddly, I was the first one up this morning. I had my tea, fed Avery, had something to eat myself, and even laid out the kids outfits for the day all within an hour of waking up. “You’re up early” Liam said softly while walking out of our room. “Yeah, it surprised me too”. “Where we going to day?” he asked while making a coffee, and one for Niall. “Animal Kingdom. First we’re going to see the Lion King show, it’s really cool and the kids will love it, pretty sure Avery will be fine. Then We’ll go on a sufari ride, see some animals, if someone wants to walk Avery through some trails to see different animals we’ll do that.There’s another place we can walk through to see animals, we’ll go to this water ride afterwards, whoever doesn’t want to get wet can stay out. After that we’ll…” I was cut off to Liam saying, “I trust you have an idea of what we’re doing today”. I nodded and got back to the book I was reading, while he drank his coffee. “Er, what time is it?” Niall yawned from his bed probably 3 feet from where Liam and I sat. “Time for you to get a watch” I said cheerfully. “Not the first time I’ve heard that one” he grumbled. “Why, don’t you grab your coffee while I wake the kids” I said while disposing of my cup and waking the kids on the pull out couch. I feel like we’re back at home with different rooms in the house when really they’re only a few feet away. I carefully shook Asher and Anna awake, getting tired reactions from the two. “Ash, Anna, we’re going to Disney today. We’ll see animals, and The Lion King” they seemed to perk right up at the mention of Disney,animals, and The Lion King. Asher got dressed with little help while Anna still needed more help than ever, but not as much compared to Avery. After that we got the kids breakfest, packed the cars with a couple bags and headed to Animal Kingdom.
The morning seemed to fly by once we got there. The kids, even Liam and Niall were very quiet on the way there and on the way to the first spot of entertainment. I however was very excited while pushing Avery who was going crazy over the different sights. So really out of all of us Avery and I were the most energetic at the moment.
Oh how that changed once we saw the show. I don’t think Asher sat once since the show started. Anna sat in Liam’s lap, and Niall was being Niall for the most part. After that we went on the Sufari ride and after seeing the show, had the kids really riled up to see animals and what not. Niall didn’t mind taking over babysitting duty and took Avery on a walk to see animals from a trail. Then we went on another trail to pass some time before going on the water ride. The rest of the park had more walking than rides and shows, but there was a Finding Nemo show that the kids loved and a rollercoaster that Niall and Liam went on. We went through Dino Land and spent the majority of our time in there before the park closed. If I’m not mistaking I would say mabe Niall and Liam had more fun than Asher and Anna. In the end Niall and Liam walked out carrying Anna and Asher who were both zonked before we even reached the gate.Only four more days.
Day 4 Epcot Tuesday,February 18th Some time in the am
Epcot. Yes one of my favorite places in Disneyworld. I know for sure it’s going to consist of different rides, and will be a lot of fun. Fun definatley wasn’t the expression on my face the next morning. “Here you go, extra sugar for some wake up” Liam said while puching a hot cup of tea in my hands. I could here Disney Channel playing so I could tell that the kids were up, also the were answering whatever questions the characters on the show were asking. After downing half of my tea I was pretty sure I drank sugar with a hint of tea for taste. In other words I was just as energetic as the kids when pushing them out the door to get to the park.
We were only doing part of Epcot so for the morning we stuck around the big golf ball in the center of the park going through watever was around there, then we hopped on the monarail and went to Magic Kingdom where we had much more fun with all the rides we could go on and how short some of the lines were. Right before we left, we got a family photo infront of the castle. It was so beautiful how it captured the glow on Anna’s face and just how happy we were to be there. It also diplayed how happy I was that team Anna and I beat Liam and Asher at the Buzz Light Year Ride.
Day 5 Blizzard Beach Wendsday,February 19th 9:30am
Conviniently, we were all up before I was even planning on being up. Today we are going to Blizzard Beach which is one of Disneyworld’s water parks. Before we left, Liam wanted to take the kids around the hotel since we haven’t really gotten to see it since we got here and we had time to spare.
Afterwards we lathered on the sunscreen and went to Blizzard Beach. For the most part we stayed around the kids area. At times we’d trade taking care of the kids so we could go on different slides and things. At one point I left Liam and Niall with the kids while I stayed in the lazy river for what seemed like hours, but was really only a half hour. So I stayed a half hour more and dragged Liam onto a tube slide where we could go double’s. All of a sudden I was reminded that I was married to The Liam Payne of One Direction, when a couple girls stopped us at the bottom of the slide outside of the pool. They asked a few questions and what not, but didn’t hang around for long. After that it seemed more and more people came up to us, soon there was a lot of people coming up to us. Then I decided we had enough time here. Plus there’s a pool at the hotel anyways. I told Liam that I was going to get the kids to the car, he nodded while smiling for a picture. Niall seemed to be lost in the crowd too. Once I got to the car I felt bad for cutting Anna and Asher’s time short, but they had enough fun to last the car ride back. When I was done drying them off and putting them in their car seats I called Liam. After maybe five rings he picked up. “Hello” he said overtop of talking and some screaming.
“Want to get Niall and come back to the car”
“Sure, I think I see some security coming over to walk us out.See you then”
And he hung up. Maybe 15 minutes later a tired Niall and Liam emerged out of the gates and towards the cars. “You guy’s made it!” I announced happily. They looked a little stressed so we quietly packed up the cars and went back to the hotel.
When we did get back Ash and Anna still wanted to swim so I took them to do so while Avery napped with Niall and Liam. On the way to the pool I called about security so something like that didn’t happen again, or get as bad.What a day.
Day 6 Disney’s Hollywood Studio’s Thurday,February 20th Morning
I don’t remember much about Hollywood Studio’s, apart from the roller coaster and the second Toy Story ride. Both of which we went on and had a blast on. Except this time team Liam and myself lost against Asher and Anna. Yep, we lost to our own children, who knew less of what was going on than we did. There were a few stunt shows that we saw and absolutley loved. Not a whole lot to say, but it was very exciting.
Day 7 Trip Home
Friday,February 21st 5:45 am
This morning, none of us wanted to get up. We were wide awak, but none of us wanted to face the truth that we were indeed going home today. So we slumped out of bed and threw our packed bags into the car while I handed in the room key. It was really sad to be leaving, but I’m sure the kids will remember it for a little while. We may go again, sooner or later.
As we got in the car to leave, Liam was driving, I thought,”Let’s do this again”.
“What? Have kids or bring them to DisneyWorld?”
“How about both”
Needless to say we laughed the whole time we were driving away from the hotel.

Day 5 Blizzard Beach Wendsday,February 19th 9:30am
Conviniently, we were all up before I was even planning on being up. Today we are going to Blizzard Beach which is one of Disneyworld’s water parks. Before we left, Liam wanted to take the kids around the hotel since we haven’t really gotten to see it since we got here and we had time to spare.
Afterwards we lathered on the sunscreen and went to Blizzard Beach. For the most part we stayed around the kids area. At times we’d trade taking care of the kids so we could go on different slides and things. At one point I left Liam and Niall with the kids while I stayed in the lazy river for what seemed like hours, but was really only a half hour. So I stayed a half hour more and dragged Liam onto a tube slide where we could go double’s. All of a sudden I was reminded that I was married to The Liam Payne of One Direction, when a couple girls stopped us at the bottom of the slide outside of the pool. They asked a few questions and what not, but didn’t hang around for long. After that it seemed more and more people came up to us, soon there was a lot of people coming up to us. Then I decided we had enough time here. Plus there’s a pool at the hotel anyways. I told Liam that I was going to get the kids to the car, he nodded while smiling for a picture. Niall seemed to be lost in the crowd too. Once I got to the car I felt bad for cutting Anna and Asher’s time short, but they had enough fun to last the car ride back. When I was done drying them off and putting them in their car seats I called Liam. After maybe five rings he picked up. “Hello” he said overtop of talking and some screaming.
“Want to get Niall and come back to the car”
“Sure, I think I see some security coming over to walk us out.See you then”
And he hung up. Maybe 15 minutes later a tired Niall and Liam emerged out of the gates and towards the cars. “You guy’s made it!” I announced happily. They looked a little stressed so we quietly packed up the cars and went back to the hotel.
When we did get back Ash and Anna still wanted to swim so I took them to do so while Avery napped with Niall and Liam. On the way to the pool I called about security so something like that didn’t happen again, or get as bad.What a day.
Day 6 Disney’s Hollywood Studio’s Thurday,February 20th Morning
I don’t remember much about Hollywood Studio’s, apart from the roller coaster and the second Toy Story ride. Both of which we went on and had a blast on. Except this time team Liam and myself lost against Asher and Anna. Yep, we lost to our own children, who knew less of what was going on than we did. There were a few stunt shows that we saw and absolutley loved. Not a whole lot to say, but it was very exciting.
Day 7 Trip Home
Friday,February 21st 5:45 am
This morning, none of us wanted to get up. We were wide awak, but none of us wanted to face the truth that we were indeed going home today. So we slumped out of bed and threw our packed bags into the car while I handed in the room key. It was really sad to be leaving, but I’m sure the kids will remember it for a little while. We may go again, sooner or later.
As we got in the car to leave, Liam was driving, I thought,”Let’s do this again”.
“What? Have kids or bring them to DisneyWorld?”
“How about both”
Needless to say we laughed the whole time we were driving away from the hotel.
