The Secret

I wake up to Niall shaking me. I forgot to set my alarm clock and I only have 20 minutes to get ready. I shower and dress as quickly as possible. Then I grab my bag and Run down the stairs and into Mike’s car. Niall tells me that we won’t be late after all. I am so relieved. That would be so embarrassing. Imagine being late on the first d ay of school in your new school. Niall walks me to the office and then walks to his homeroom. The secretary is a old woman with grey hair in a pixie cut and she looks like she hates this job. Which is understandable, I mean who wants to work with loads of teenagers. She walks me to my homeroom. My teacher is called Mr. Bell and when I walk into the classroom everyone stops talking and he tells me to have a seat. I notice that Niall is at a table with all his mates. I look around the room for a free spot. I find one and go and sit down. The teacher takes the attendance and then the bell rings. I get through my first day of school and at the end of the day i walk to the waiting car and climb in. As soon as Niall climbs in we drive off. At dinner that night mum and Mike ask me how school was and if i made any friends and all the usual questions. I answer and then tell everyone I am going to bed. After a few hours Niall comes into my room and he asks me if I want to play a few video games and I obviously say yes. Niall and I have become pretty good friends. He invites me to hang out with him and his mates and I am super grateful. Today I wore my ripped black jeans and my ripped white shirt and a few of the girls in the class told me that if I wanted to be in their group of mates I would have to change my style. In response I flipped them off and told them they were bitches. What? They really are bitches. No joke. The next morning I wake up on the couch next to Niall. My back hurts and when I check my phone I see that we are goi to run late if we don’t hurry up. I wake Niall up and ten minutes later we are already in the car on our way to school.
