“Sophia and I… well we’re expecting a child”


What just happened?! It’s like a wave hitting you knocking you out from under your feet, I always pictured myself leaving the band first and here he is on the road to parenthood, it’s just shocking!


“what? How?”

“Ni really, how is when the guy puts his di-“

“I know how but just I don’t know what to say guys”

Liam stared at the ground looking so sad and depressed, he always talked about having a child, I personally think he’ll be one of the best dads ever and here he stands in front of me broken down because of the one thing he was certain would bring him happiness. I can’t help but feel sorry for him…


“Liam mate you’ll get through this, you and Soph, we’ll all help and be there”

At least Harry got it a bit.

“guys I’m so sorry, I didn’t plan on becoming a parent this early and I know it might affect our band but I have to accept this responsibility, me and Sophia… well we’ll work it out together” he said as he took her hand in his giving her a small smile.


Everyone got up congratulating them and trying to get them to feel better about the whole situation, a baby, wow… Daddy Direction is really becoming a dad. I know Liam will be great at it and Sophia… well I can already see her dressing baby Payne up in the latest fashion trend.

“Li, mate I’ve already got a nickname for the baby…” everyone looked at me quizzingly waiting for an answer.

“oh my gosh Zayn please just not something weird because like I know you lot, the child will have that name forever and then it might end up in the media and all that” Sophia said while rambling words about how her child can’t be embarrassed ever.

“we can call it Baby Payne!”

I smiled at my sharp idea while everyone around the room laughed and applauded motioning that they like the idea of that incredibly cute and fitting nick name.

This whole baby thing has me all worked up over the wedding now, just realizing how fast my life is going and that over a few years that’s going to be me, getting weird nick names for my expected child and telling the lads how badly I want to protect my little princess, someday that’s going to be me but I think me and Perrie are going to wait with children for at least 3 more years or maybe 2, we’ll just see how it all goes.



Leah’s P.O.V

“well for how long have you guys known about this?”

“2 months I think and we’ve already started thinking about names. We’ve decided that whether it’s a boy or a girl the name will be Taylor, y’know it suits both genders”

Liam smiled as he nodded taking a seat next to Sophia, a few minutes ago he was ready to die of nervousness and now he’s fine as can be. From what I saw I think it’s something huge to have something happen that can affect the band and it seems that uncle Simon won’t be too forgiving if any of them mess this up.


And to top it all off they’re going on a tour in a month or so… I think that’s what keeps me distant from Harry, I don’t want to fall for him only to have him leave… and after all he has the world on his heels, he can have a victoria Angel but he chose me at this moment.


I looked over at the couples sitting in front of me… Liam and Sophia were holding hands gushing about I suppose the baby and Niall and Kenzie were laughing while having that weird marshmallow competition were you stuff your mouth with as much marshmallows as you can and honestly I cracked at how funny it was seeing Mckenzie with a puffy mouth looking all childish and then there’s Lou and El teasing each other and lastly Zayn and Pez… I would’ve never in my year of living pictured myself in a living room with famous people and actually having a fling with one… an amazing one.

“what you think’bout, love?”

And there he is.

“just life Harold” I giggled as I said his full name, I knew he didn’t like it because the other night at our date he told me his dislikes, I told him mine. It was nice actually getting to know him. Since the date the other night we haven’t gone out in public yet something about management not wanting me to get involved in their business or something like that and even though there were paps at our date they still don’t know who I am.

He started tickling me as I kept hitting his arms away from my body and he just carried on acting as if he didn’t hear me.

“harry stop.” I warned as I gave him a stern look only to have him tickle me further

“nope!” he was like a child not listening to their parent but I didn’t care, his wish to be irritating turned out wrong because I found him cute.

I picked up a pillow hitting him on his side as he tried to block me, he picked up a pillow playfully hitting me before everyone saw what we were up to…

“pillow fight!” Niall yelled as he went straight for Zayn getting blindsided by Mckenzie. Everyone joined into our playful banter and for a second I wished I could take a picture because in this moment it was perfect. All. Of. It.
