{A Few Hours Later}

Harry’s POV

My eyes were steady set on my phone screen, reading over an article that was written about me, rumors though of course. Emmy was snuggled up against me.

I was sitting up, my back pressed against the headboard. Her pretty little head lying on my thigh as one arm was around my torso and the other thrown over my thighs.

I glance down every so often, just to make sure she’s okay, and she is. I roll my eyes a few times as I read through this petty shit, it was so fake and so unreal, none of it was true.

“Mother-fuckers don’t have anything else fuckin’ better to do than this shit.’’ I say to myself in a normal tone, sort of forgetting for a few seconds that Emmy was peacefully sleeping beside.

Mentally slapping myself, I sigh at that stupid incident. Suddenly, just my luck, I heard a slight groan and the covers moved a little as Emmy stirred.

I was hoping and praying that she wouldn’t wake up, only because she had been sleeping so good. Bus usual, that didn’t work.

‘’Harry?’’ She mumbles sleepily. ‘’I’m right here, baby. Go back to sleep.’’ I whisper, gently pressing my free hand against the back of her head, just letting her know I’m here.

‘’I… I can’t.. sleep.’’ She whispers. ‘’Babe, you were just asleep.’’ I sigh lightly, not mad or anything, not at all. Well not at her at least, at myself, yes I am mad at myself for waking her up.

“Can you cuddle with me?’’ She asks me with gentleness in her tone. ‘’Yeah, baby, of course.’’ I reply, locking my phone and sitting it on the nightstand.

I slide down and join beside her, pulling her close with my arms under and around her. She nuzzles her face against my chest. I didn’t really realize until now that she is really tiny, but beautiful.

‘’Go to sleep babygirl, I’ll make us a good breakfast in the morning.’’ I whisper, kissing the top of her head lightly as she nods a little, getting as close as possible to me.

This is beautiful, she’s beautiful, we’re beautiful. But most importantly, Emmy’s beautiful. Gorgeously, beautifully, amazing.

{That Morning}

Emmy’s POV

I opened my eyes, leaning myself up from the mattress, my face had been pressed against the pillows. I see that the bed was perfectly made, despite with me in it.

As I look around the room, I notice that things have been picked up a lot. The articles of clothing were all off the floor, as I looked through the open bathroom door I see that all those candles and rose petals are gone.

And most importantly, Harry’s gone.

‘’Oh, wait.. Never mind.’’ I smile to myself as I was thinking that he could have left me, but then I remembered I was at his house, not the other way around.

Suddenly, something snapped. ‘’Breakfast.’’ I laughed a little as I got myself out of that comfortable, amazing bed. I glance around, just amazed by his room.

I didn’t really get to notice anything last night, nothing but him. My eyes dart to the foot of the bed where a folded piece of paper sits. I smile lightly as I see it’s got my name on, well duh.

As I pick it up, I only wonder what it could say. But instead of wondering, I find out as I open it. Smiling down as I read it, my heart suddenly feels.. good.


Emmy,
I’ll probably be downstairs when you wake up. Just come on down when you get ready. See you soon baby x i got a big surprise for you. ;) ♥

‘’See you soon.’’ I whisper softly as I fold it back up and lie it down. I cross the room to the closet where I soon open the doors and step in to look at myself in the huge mirror.

I smile a little as I see that I really was wearing his shirt. This was real, this isn’t an illusion or a dream, this is freaking real, and I was loving every single damn moment of it.
