A Few Days Later – Thursday

Niall’s POV
I was tapping my foot against the carpeted floor of the meeting room. Simon was running late, which wasn’t a shock at all. I rolled my eyes as the door finally opened, and he stepped in. God he’s getting old, I mean.. no.. there’s no saving that thought.

‘’Ahh! Niall! I can’t believe its you!’’ He smiles as he shuts the door and slowly walks to the chair across from mine and sits down. ‘’How’s the label?’’ He smiles lightly. ‘’Most people ask about the misses first.’’ I shrug lightly, just saying.

‘’Well, how’s Jenna?’’ He asks, that same stupid smile I’ve always hated. ‘’It’s Jana, and she’s doing just fine.’’ I sigh, not really wanting to be here right now. Why my beautiful children are having a fun day with Mommy, I’m stuck with this old bat.

‘’Well, let me cut to the chase.. I was wondering if you were gonna do a comeback?’’ He asks, raising his bushy eyebrows. ‘’Comeback?’’ I laugh, a little shocked at that comment, ‘’You’re the one that needs a comeback. Besides, I ain’t went nowhere. Just released my newest album in November.’’ I remind him.

‘’No, I meant The Band! One Direction, you know.’’ He laughs. ‘’You’re kidding right?’’ I ask seriously. ‘’No.. Not at all.’’ He shakes his head a little. ‘’Listen Simon, I respect you, but I am not working with that bastard again. I told you that the day he left, besides, I have a family now. I can’t stay on the road all year. And plus, I don’t want to.’’ I shrug lightly.

He seriously called me to come talk to him about this, of all fucking things.. This.

Fuck him.





Jana’s POV
‘’Mommy, where’s my Daddy?’’ Tinley asks me as she joins me on the bed as I feed Talya, trying to get her to calm down. She was having a fit, but I think I fixed it. ‘’He’s doing something, he’ll be back soon.’’ I tell her.

‘’M’kay. Can I hold Tally?” She asks with a smile. ‘’Not right now babe, she’s still too little.’’ I tell her with a light smile. ‘’Okay. Can I hold her when Daddy get here? ‘Cus he can help me.’’ She asks curiously. ‘’We’ll see baby, we’ll see.’’ I smile lightly at her.

She just nods. ‘’Where is Dad? He was supposed to be back an hour ago.’’ Taylor says as he sits on the edge of the bed, looking over his shoulder at me. ‘’Aw, do you miss your Daddy, Tay Tay?’’ I say with a smile.

‘’Ew, gross, no. He owes me ten bucks.’’ He shrugs lightly. I roll my eyes as I laugh at that, he’s such a trip, even though Niall does own him some money, weird and long story actually. Just as I was going to reply to Tay, my phone started ringing.

I was going to ask one of my lovely kids to bring it to me since it was all the way across the room, but before I could, my loving little Tatum ran over to the bed with the phone in his hand. I smile and mumble a ‘thank you’ as I took it.

He walked off, back to his coloring book I’m sure. I see that it’s Niall, so I don’t hesitate to answer. I hold the phone between my shoulder and my ear, continuing to feed Talya. ‘’Hello.’’ I mumble. ‘’Hey babe.’’ Niall sighs out, sounds annoyed.

‘’Hey baby, what’s wrong?’’ I ask, furrowing my eyebrows as I wait for a reply. ‘’Simon honestly thought I would agree to a comeback.’’ He says, not in the best mood I’m sure. ‘’Comeback?” I laugh, a tad shocked at that.

Niall needs a lot of things, but he doesn’t need a comeback. He never left, so yeah. ‘’Not me for say, but.. One Direction.’’ He sighs again. ‘’Wow, he’s desperate.’’ I say, trying to keep this cool and calm because I hate it when Niall’s in a bad mood.

I mean, I get good make up sex.. but ya know, we can’t tonight so yeah. Today’s not the day for moods, only good ones though. Until we get home.. then he can do whatever the hell he wants.. Ha, ha.

‘’I’m so fucking pissed. I’ve never been more ready to go home in my entire fucking life.’’ Niall groans out. ‘’It’s okay baby, the kids are waiting for you, so I know you’ll get lots of love here.’’ I say with a smile, but just to myself.

‘’I know baby, I’m ready to see all of them. But I’m talking about home, you know. Memphis. Our house. Our bedroom… under our sheets.. Mmm, fuck. Jana.’’ Niall sighs lightly towards the end. ‘’Hurry up and get back, and we’ll talk about that other stuff later.’’ I smirk lightly.

‘’Okay baby, I’ll be there in twenty minutes, about.’’ He tells me. ‘’Alright, love you Ni.’’ ‘’Love you too, baby.’’ He hangs up before I could say anything, not that I needed to though.

I sit the phone down beside me on the bed as I clear my throat. ‘’Alright guys, listen up.’’ I say. All eyes, well almost all of them, look my way. ‘’Daddy’s not going to be in a very happy mood when he gets here, okay. So don’t pester him.’’ I warn them.

‘’He’s always in a bad mood, he’s like a teenage girl.’’ Taylor says. ‘’Yeah, he is.’’ I nod in agreement as I smile at that comment. I know one thing from this trip, we can have fun anywhere.

But I’m ready to go home, and so are the kids. Terra’s still sleeping, even though the afternoon hours are taking over. Tiffany and Tanner are both asleep, thank God. And Talya’s almost asleep.

And as for everyone else, which highly includes me and Carolina, we’re fighting to keep our eye lids open. The weather’s got us stuck in the hotel, and so do the paparazzi and fans, believe it or not.

We were going to go for some lunch, but we had to order room service instead. I was only ready to go home for a few reasons. One of the main ones being this: I’m afraid that Harry has destroyed my entire house.

Another, I’m just ready to get away from the cold snow. I’m getting a little congested, so I’m probably coming down with a cold. And finally, I wanted my own bed. You know, me and Niall. Because it was driving me insane not having him with me while I sleep.

But you know, I guess that’s a perk of having our kids, because you can’t just put them in any bed with just any one.
