He Doesn't Know ~ L.P.
Chapter 3
“Tell me about your ex-husband,” Liam said over drinks.
“His name is Sawyer, and he was a perfect gentleman until I gave birth to Mad—uh, the twins. He walked out that day,” I said.
“Well, he’s a right jerk for doing that! I’ll bet he’s kicking himself right now.”
“He should be.”
Liam and I laughed, and Liam told me he’d been in a relationship, too, with a girl named Sophia. They had met just after he got back from his exchange program, and they’d been together until just recently. Apparently, they’d had a fight and broken up.
“Do you have any kids from that relationship?” I asked.
“Yes, a daughter called Emmalee,” Liam said. Something seemed to have caught his attention, because he suddenly said, “I think your mate’s hitting it off a little too well with Niall. Look behind you.”
I looked behind me to see Cynthia making out with Niall. “Oh, my God…” I shot up from my seat and went to break up the make-out session. When I pulled Cynthia away, she started making out with me. She had alcohol breath, so I knew she was drunk.
“Holy shit, you’re drunk!” I said after I pushed her away. Then, I saw Niall making out with Harry, so I broke them up, too. “You’re BOTH drunk!”
“GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME, YOU LEPRECHAUN!” Niall yelled, punching me in the face. I blacked out right then and there.

Cynthia’s POV
The next morning, I woke up with the devil’s hangover. My head was throbbing, and it felt like the room was spinning. I slowly looked to my right and saw Jenna getting dressed. I asked her why I had this hangover.
“You and Niall got drunk and had sex,” she said.
“Oh, my God! I don’t even know his last name! Did we use protection?!”
“Nope, it was pure body parts! I’ll go to McDonald’s and get you some fries.”
“Okay.”

Harry’s POV
I woke up to my cell phone ringing. It was the hospital in London, probably calling to tell me my girlfriend Destinee was in labor. She was nine months pregnant with twins, and she was due to deliver any day now.
“Hello?” I said.
“Is this Harry Styles?” the female voice I recognized as our obstetrician said.
“Speaking. What’s up, doc?”
We both laughed, and Dr. Adams said, “I just wanted to let you know that your girlfriend’s in labor. I know you’re too far away from London to get here in time, so would you like to Skype her?”
“I’d love to. Tell her I’ll talk to her in a minute.”
“Will do, sir.”
I turned on Skype and entered Destinee’s username, and a view of the delivery room came up. “Good morning, love,” I said to my girlfriend.
“Hi, baby!” Destinee chirped.
“How are my babies doing?”
“Dr. Adams says my cervix is almost ten centimeters dilated, so I’m almost ready.”
“Brilliant! Wanna sing our song to pass the time?”
“Sure.”
Our song is “You & I”, and it’ll be our wedding song when we get married.
“You and I…” I sang. “We don’t wanna be like them, we can make it to the end…”
“Nothing can come between you and I…” Destinee sang with her beautiful voice. “Not even the gods above can separate the two of us…”
Then, we both sang the last part of the chorus, just as Dr. Adams came in to check on Destinee. She measured her belly with a measuring tape and said, “Well, Miss Cranston, looks like you’re ready to push! Go ahead whenever you’re ready.”
I put headphones on, so as not to disturb Louis, and then I watched as Destinee screamed and pushed for six straight minutes, coaching her along the way.
