He Doesn't Know ~ L.P.
Chapter 2
On the ninth, Cynthia and I went to San Diego for the One Direction concert, leaving the kids with my parents. Our tickets were for the front row and included backstage passes, so we went straight to the backstage area, where Liam and three other guys were joking around with each other. Liam stopped what he was doing when he saw us.
“Hello, Jenna. It’s good to see you again,” Liam said. “And Cynthia! I remember you from high school. Were you and Jenna always inseparable?”
Cynthia giggled. “Yeah.”
“Let me introduce you to the lads. The blonde is Niall, the one with the curly hair is Harry, and the one with the goatee is Louis.”
“Nice to meet you guys,” I said. “This is my friend Cynthia.”

Niall’s POV
I had my eyes on the blonde. She looked so sexy, with her smoke-gray eyes and hourglass figure. I got up and walked over her to introduce myself. “Hello,” I said. “I’m Niall.”
“I’m Cynthia,” she said nervously.
“Are you a fan?”
“I can’t say I’m a huge fan, but I like your music.”
“That’s cool. Are you ready for the show?”
“Yeah!”
~~~~~
Jenna’s POV
The show was amazing! The guys performed a bunch of songs I’d never heard before, but I still loved it and found myself dancing to the music.
After the concert, Liam asked me if I wanted to go back to the hotel for drinks.
“Sure,” I said. “Let me call my parents and tell them I won’t be back until morning. They’re babysitting.”
“Babysitting? You have kids?”
“Yeah, from my last marriage. They’re two-year-old twins named Talia and Maddox.”
I still wasn’t ready to tell Liam about the result of our having sex five years ago.
To my relief, Liam replied, “Ah, I see.”
I called my parents, but when the phone got picked up, I heard a little voice say, “Hi, Mommy!” It was Talia. What was she doing out of bed?
“Talia, what are you doing up? It’s past your bedtime!” I scolded. “Give the phone to Gammy.”
Gammy is Mom’s nickname for Grandma, since she felt she was too young to be one. Daddy is known by the kids as Gappy.
Talia giggled and hung up. I sighed and turned to Liam. “My daughter hung up on me. Two-year-olds…” My phone rang, and I picked up. “Go to bed, Talia!”
Mom laughed. “Sorry, sweetie. What’s up?” she asked.
“Liam invited me back to the hotel for drinks, so I probably won’t be back until morning,” I told her.
“That sounds fine. See you then!”
“Bye.”
Notes
I've decided to make Jenna a divorcee instead of a widow, so Sawyer is still alive. I tried to change the chapter, but it wouldn't let me. lol
I can't wait to read more of this x
