Coincidental Meeting (A Louis Tomlinson Fanfic)

I waited on the couch and simply thought that this was just a joke on me, after all Louis was the joker of the group. I felt hurt but oh well. I would wait to here his side. Maybe Eleanor was crazy? Only time would tell.

I pulled out my phone and read the time. 7:58. He probably wouldn't even show. This would all just end up being me looking stupid.

7:59. Oh well. Even though there was still a slight chance he would show up I chose to block it all out and began scrolling through my contacts. I landed on my friend Emily. I knew I could talk to her.

At the same second the time flipped from 7:59 to 8:00 there was a knock.

I just thought it to be a coincidence. I slowly got up and headed toward the door. There stood Louis Tomlinson. He was wearing his red jeans, a white button up and of course his TOMS. I also was surprised to see he was wearing suspenders because he had stopped wearing them for so long.

I immediately remembered why I was attracted to him. Then he killed me when he smiled and said, "You look amazing." The fact he said this even though I didn't look too great. I was wearing black jeans with a red shirt and black converses. I never really dressed up for guys.

"I love seeing you smile."

I couldn't stop laughing but I managed to say, "Eleanor? Are you dating her or not?"

He lost all hope that seemed to be present on his face and asked could he come in. I had completely forgotten he was standing outside. I motioned for him to come in and he did. He smiled a little smile that just made my stomach get in knots.

Louis was beautiful and it was hard for me to understand why he wanted to go out with me.

"Babe, listen." he started as he sat down and asked me to sit with him. "Eleanor broke up with me. I was hurt. I asked for her back. I was with her for a long time and I thought we were in love."

I laughed. He shook his head and continued.

"She thinks she can decide when we are really over. I told her to stop telling people we are together."

I smiled because I remembered his tweet that I had hoped was about me.

"Babe, you are beautiful. I saw you today and you seemed so confident. I honestly thought you knew who I was when you were making eyes at me."

I felt my face heat up because I felt stupid that I did not know it was him.

"Then I realized I was just some guy you found attractive and you started the chase. I loved that."

Louis had said he loved something about me. Incredible.

"Now, I want to take you out to see if this could be something but if you don't want to then I will understand."

I saw his face and he gave me a little pout. The pout made me realize he was telling the truth. I couldn't decide though if I should go out or not.

After about a minute of per silence he spoke. "Please. One date. If you don't want anymore then I will understand."

I finished debating with myself and said, "Yes Louis. I'd love to go out with you."

The biggest smile I had seen from him crossed his face and he seemed to be on top of the world by this news. "Let's go!"
