Coincidental Meeting (A Louis Tomlinson Fanfic)

I could hear Radioactive by Imagine Dragons playing in the background. I knew it was someone's ringtone but I didn't know who's it was off the top of my head. I rolled over wondering how my phone turned on but then I saw that it was Louis' phone. I checked to see who it was. It was Liam calling him so I nudged Louis attempting to wake him up.

"No babe." he turned off his phone and kissed me. "Let's sleep."

"Louis, it's three in the afternoon."

"And?" he asked before closing his eyes.

"It's time to get up."

"No," he protested and I pulled the blanket off of him. We hadn't got dressed so there was all of Louis but I proceeded to get up and walk off with the blanket.

"Babe. Babe, please."

He sounded so sweet and he soon sat up. "Don't keep me up late then expect me to get up early!" He yelled at me as I walked out of the bedroom.

"Louis! Seriously? It's three p.m. You need to stop whining."

He got up and kissed me slowly while I wrapped my arms around his neck. I loved being close to Louis. He made everything seem so alright and made me feel like I was actually beautiful. I was enjoying the moment so much but we heard a knock on the front door. Louis put a finger to my lips telling me to be quiet as he tiptoed to the front door. He checked the peep hole and walked back to me.

I mouthed, "Who is it?"

"Liam and Brianna."

"Oh."

They were probably worried about the both of us. I did hang up on Brianna and I never called her to let her know that I was home. Louis obviously didn't tell Liam that he was coming over here. Louis didn't drive over here so it's not like they would know.

Louis put on a pair of boxers and a pair of shorts that he had left over at my apartment. I started getting dressed in my room as he went to the door.

"Hello!" he said as he opened the door.

"Man, why didn't you answer the phone?" Liam yelled at him while questioning him. "Is Maria here?"

The door was slightly cracked and Brianna was still in the dress she wore to the party so I knew she hadn't been home. I rushed to finish getting dressed and ran out from the room before Louis could answer.

"What's wrong?"

"You are so stupid! We were worried about you!" Brianna was yelling at me and I guess she had every right to.

Louis walked over and wrapped his arms around me, kissing the top of my head.

"Oh, I see." Liam said trying not to laugh.

"I don't see what's so funny!" Brianna continued to yell. "We didn't know where you were. You just left. It took us forever to find Harry and Emily too."

"Wait, where were they?"

"We'll talk later." Brianna said.

Louis and Liam started laughing so I couldn't help but laugh too.

"Nothing is funny." Brianna was mad so we all quit laughing. She was one person that you knew it was better not to laugh. Liam walked up to her and wrapped his arms around her. She was short so his chest was where he face landed when he said, "It's okay babe, let's calm down. We found them, they seem to be okay."

Louis looked at me and whispered, "She crazy." I wanted to laugh but I knew it would be better if I didn't.

"So, you two?" Louis asked expecting an immediate response.

Liam looked down at Brianna. She smiled and he leaned down and kissed her. Louis made a little "OW!" sound like the one from One Direction's song Heart Attack and I just lost it. I started laughing.

"We going to take it slow, but we talked all night. We have a lot in common and I really like her." Liam started.

"I like him a lot too." Brianna said.

I smiled because I was happy that my friend was happy. Also, it helped that it was Brianna dating Liam now because that meant I would have a friend among the band's girlfriends.

"Louis, we have to be in the studio in a hour. Go get ready."

"So pushy," Louis joked before heading to the room.

I couldn't wait until I got to talk to Brianna about her's and Liam's night together. Also, I wanted to tell her everything about last night. Louis had told me he loved me and this wasn't information I just wanted to keep to myself.

We all sat on the couch waiting on Louis to finish getting ready. Liam sat close to Brianna holding her hand and smiling the entire time. They looked so cute together. I was so happy for my friend.

Louis finished getting ready in about twenty minutes. He just got dressed and fixed his hair slightly. When he walked out he walked over to me and kissed me hard. I loved when he kissed me. Liam cleared his throat and he eventually stopped kissing me.

"I'll see you tonight," Louis said to me while I smiled. "I love you."

I could feel Liam and Brianna looking at us, and it seemed like they expected me to say it back but Louis quickly headed to the door.

"Coming Liam?"

"Uh, yeah. Yeah. Bye babe." Liam quickly kissed Brianna and rushed after Louis.

The door had barely closed behind them when Brianna yelled, "WHAT HAPPENED?!?"

I made Brianna wait to hear the details about my night until Emily got there. The main reason being I didn't feel like retelling the story once I saw Emily. Emily showed up an hour after Liam and Louis had left.

She was smiling so big, it was like she was a little kid in a candy store without any limits. Brianna and I exchanged a look as if we were trying to ask each other, "Is she okay?"

"Guys, I just want to say. Wow, today is such a beautiful day." Emily was rambling. The funniest thing about Emily was when she rambled. I loved it but also it could get a bit crazy.

"Well, Maria and Louis made up." Brianna said trying to bring Emily to the actual conversation that she wanted to have.

"Harry is amazing. And so beautiful. Did I tell you Harry is amazing?" Emily was making me laugh. I put my face in my hands trying not to laugh at her.

"Harry kissed me. We talked all night, well until Liam and Brianna found us. It was great Maria."

I couldn't help it anymore I just wanted to laugh and that is what I did. Brianna just sat there shaking her head.

"Harry is so amazing."

Emily continued on with her story of how her night went. She named off every single thing that her and Harry had in common. Trust me, it was a lot. She sighed at the end of the story. I just think it was because she didn't take a single breath through her thirty minute story.

"I'm happy for you Emily."

"Yeah me too," Brianna added.

Emily said, "Did you ever think that this would ever happen? I mean I know we always talked about it, but it's really happening. It's crazy. Anyway, how was your night Brianna?"

It was then Brianna's turn to tell the story of her and Liam's night. She went into the most detail about everything that happened. She mentioned how she was still mad at me for hanging up on her but she was thankful because that gave her and Liam room to talk. Liam reassured her that everything would be fine. They talked until about five a.m then the decided they should go looking for everyone else.

They found Emily and Harry in the extra bedroom at Liam's apartment. Brianna thanked Emily for being decent when they came by. She didn't want to see any of Harry at all.

"Now, tell me what happened with you and Louis?" Brianna asked. She sort of rushed through her story and I knew this was because she was awaiting my story.

"I had a great night."

I wanted to leave it at that.

"No, you better give us something else Maria!" Brianna was turning into angry Brianna again.

"We made love. Like, it wasn't like anything I've ever had before. It was filled with only love. We talked afterwards. He said he was falling for me. Then I told him that I was falling for him too. Then he said he knew it was early but he wanted to say he loved me. But, he told me to take as long as I needed to say it back. Last night, was perfect."

I ended the story just like that. Emily and Brianna could only manage a unison, "Awww."
