Pretty Brown Eyes
Chapter 11
Amandas POV
I stayed at the boys room until about 3 when I left to get easy for the game.
When I got home I showered and washed my hair then braided my bangs and pulled my hair into a pony tail.
I put on my jersey #12 with my tall black socks and my pants.
I slipped on my slides and tossed my cleats,phone,tshirt,shorts,and a brush in a duffel bag and tossed in the bed of the truck.
When I left the house it was 4:30 so I stopped by Coosa Corner (a store :)) and grabbed a purple powerade and a Sasquatch meat stick :) and headed to the field.
When I got to the field I hopped out and grabbed my bat bag and duffel bag and went to the batting cages to do soft toss and batting practice.
After batting practice I went to warm up.
After a few minutes I saw Taylor and the boys coming down to the field. I told my partner I'd be back in a few minutes.
I walked up behind Louis and Niall holding a finger to my lips to Taylor Harry and Zayn. Then I started tickling Louis and Nialls side making them screech an Earthly sound making me Taylor Harry and Zayn laugh. Niall turned around glaring at me then he started to grin and he leaned down and kissed my lips then I told them I had to get back to warm ups.
A few minutes later Piedmont arrived I went over and said hi to the ones I knew which were most if them since we grew up playing each other
When the game began our batter got up to the plate since we were the home team.
She hit the ball down center field getting her to first
When it was my turn to bat as clean up bases were loaded.
I got up to the plate and she threw a ball the coach knew they would try to walk me so the next pitch I stepped in when she pitched and hit it over left field getting everyone home and leaving me at second base.
I stole third then when they threw a ball I ran and slid in to home and I was safe
Then they got 3 outs
the score was now 6-0 us winning
by the bottom of the 4th and final inning the score was
13-12 Piedmont winning
We were at the top if the order again
bases were loaded again when I got up to bat
She accidentally threw me a per-fect strike and I hit and it went over the fence I ran home to meet my team we had just won our first game because of me
After the game me Taylor and the boys went to my house where my parents had cooked a BBQ
When we got to my house all the boys shook hands with my dad me and Taylor went to help my mom get everything ready
I decided to save the boys from my dad and when u walked into the living room where they looked pretty uncomfortable.
I mean I was years to the mounted/dead animals hanging on the walls but they weren't so i went in there and told them supper was ready.
Niall shot out of his seat and ran to the kitchen
me and the boys just laughed while my dad looked at us like we were crazy we walked to the dining room and sat down I say between my dad and Niall
After supper I drove the boys back to their hotel room
After saying bye to them I went home and went to sleep ready for an early morning workout.
