Started With a Text

It was like any other day for Alexa. She was sleeping in her comfortable bed, in her comfortable PJs and dreaming about puppies, kittens, unicorns- that was until her mom woke her up.

"Alexa, wake up. You need to get the mail and then go jogging and then you-" Alexa cut her mom off by yawning very, very loudly.
"I know, I know. I need to get the mail, go jogging, and then get ready for the party Cassie is throwing." said Alexa and got out of her bed and went to her bathroom, completely ignoring the fact that her mom was opening the curtains. She got out of her PJs and put on her jogging outfit.

Alexa went downstairs and took a toast from the toaster and took out the strawberry jelly jar out from the fridge and spread the jelly on the toast. She put it in her mouth and put the jelly jar back in the fridge. She went outside, took the mail from the mailbox, went back inside and put it on the table, went outside, and started jogging.

2 Hours Later...

Alexa went inside her house and lazily sat down on the couch. She was super tired from all that jogging and she felt like she had no energy left. She heard her phone ring and she looked at it. Alexa had received a text from Cassie and she sighed. Cassie had texted Alexa saying that the party was starting in an hour and Alexa quickly went upstairs and pulled out her favorite party top and shorts. She picked some random heels that went with her outfit and just let her hair down. She put on some makeup but not too much and when she was done, she ran downstairs. {Outfit} Alexa didn't know where her laziness went but she was super excited and jumpy now. She took out her phone and put in Alice's number for the text and sent:

Alexa: Hey, Alice, are you coming to the party?
?: This isn't Alice. This is Niall. Who are you and how the hell did you get my number?
Alexa: Oops, sorry. I think I copied down my friend's number wrong. Sorry, to bother you and yea. Sorry once again!
