One Week Later

Niall’s POV
I was humming The Heart Wants What It Wants to myself as I was unloading the dishwasher. I had no clue where my kids were, but I knew that Jana had went somewhere with Selena, but she should be back any time soon.

“The bed’s getting cold.. and you’re not here.’’ I find myself singing aloud, but I didn’t care. It was my house, my voice, my mouth, right? Yep. ‘’It wants what it wants.. baby.’’ My phone beeps as it sits on the counter. I sigh lightly as I close the dishwasher, I was done putting the dishes away.

I pick up the phone and see it was a message from Harry. I open it up and roll my eyes, sick of this stupid drama shit.

Harry: He told the interviewer that spending time with us was like hell. What a dick. He’s such a trader. I never expected him to do that..

Me: I told you I was done the day he called Jana a whore. I’m done with him, fuck him.

‘’Now we got problems.. and I don’t think we can solve them.. you made a really deep cut.. and baby now we got bad blood.’’ I sang to myself, switching up the song because my mood had changed.

‘’Its so sad to.. think about the good times.. you and I..’’ I roll my eyes as I keep this little singing game up with myself. ‘’And you gotta live with the bad blood now.’’ I smirk a little just as my phone beeps again.

Harry: I know, that was too far.

Niall: All I can say is just to forget him. I know its hard, it was hard for me to think he would do that to me after those years and the memories and shit..

Harry: It’ll be hard. How can you completely forget some one you spent almost five years of life with?

Niall: Remember what he said about you. And about Gemma. Just remember those things, and trust me you’ll want to rip his head off like I do. I can’t stand even thinking about that bastard.

Harry: True.

Niall: You got any idea where the girls went? Jana’s been gone for hours..

Harry: Two words my friend.. The. Mall.

Niall: Damn it. She’ll be gone forever!

Harry: Nah, she’ll be back soon I think. Last time I called Sel said they’d be home in two hours. And that was an our or so ago..

Niall: Alright. I hope she comes home empty handed..

Harry: Don’t worry, she’s not. Selena said that they both racked up. Good luck :)

Niall: Ugh. She’s lucky I got money, or else we’d be broke.

Harry: Haha.

Niall: So um, did Jana tell you about our little argument type thing last week..

Harry: Oh uh, yeah. The one about the jealousy and stuff?

Niall: Yeah. That one..

I sigh to myself as I make my way into the kitchen. I was worried that he hated me a little for thinking so low of him. But then again I was just afraid I had embarrassed myself and he thought it was a joke.

Before I could think of anything else, he replied.

Harry: Niall, you know I’d never, ever, ever do anything like that to you. And you know Jana and I are just really close. I’m sorry if you think I’m around too much or whatever. I have FULL respect for you, and I’d never do that.

Niall: I know, I was just pretty stupid about it..

Harry: No, I understood why you thought that. I guess I was putting off the wrong vibes, you know.

Niall: Its not your fault. Its not Jana’s. Its honestly mine.

Harry: For real Niall, its not. I seriously have been getting a little to close, I’ll back off, promise ;)

Niall: No, Haz. Don’t do that. You mean a lot to me and Jana, and to the kids and I don’t want you to think that you can’t come around. I’m sorry, its all over okay?

Harry: Alright. Do I really mean that much?

Niall: Bro, you’re my kids’ godfather, what you think?

Harry: I know. I was just messing. I know you love me, how can you resist :)

Niall: You’re so full of yourself Styles.

Harry: Its in my blood

Niall: Trust me, I know.

Harry: Ha.

The door suddenly opens and I look over my shoulder to see Jana walking in, kicking off her shoes. ‘’Hey baby!’’ I say happily as I jump up and run over to her. She holds her hands up in surrender. ‘’Calm down.’’ She laughs lightly.

‘’Sorry, I just missed you. And my baby.’’ I wink gently as I kneel down and pull her shirt up. ‘’Niall, not now baby.’’ She laughs a little as I place a kiss just below her belly button.

‘’I can’t wait to meet you, little baby.’’ I whisper softly against her skin. She giggles above me as her hand runs through my hair. ‘’Seriously Ni, I have to shut the door. Its freezing.’’

‘’No..’’ I groan a little as I kiss her skin again. ‘’Niall, please. You can talk to him in a minute. Promise, okay?’’ Jana sighs out. I sigh back as I stand up. ‘’Can I have a kiss now?” She asks as she puckers her lips out.

‘’You know it babe.’’ I wink a little before giving her a short kiss, just lips for now. ‘’What’d you get?’’ I ask curiously as I see a few bags on the floor. ‘’Baby stuff.’’ She smiles a little.

‘’Be an angel and take them upstairs for me?’’ She smiles sweetly at me. I lick my lips, she’s such a suck up. I pick up the bags and head towards the stairs. ‘’Love you baby!’’ She says with a laugh. ‘’Yeah, yeah. Love you too.’’
