Can you keep a secret?

I gulped and acted like I never heard him. Alan was my ex-boyfriend, or my first love that broke my heart. He was also my father's friend's son. So that's why my dad ever let me go out with him in the first place. Now my dad probably won't let me go out with anyone until he's dead, even then.
I was just starting to get over him too. I never cried over him anymore, I never even thought about him, period. But he always seems to find a way to slither back into my life. Why does the universe do this to me?
He knows that I'll never forgive him, but he'll find a way to make me half-way forgive his sorry ass. With his charming smile, his big bright blue eyes that just have a way of making me melt and fall for him all over again. I know his ways.
He cheated on me, with my friend Jessa. Well she's no longer my friend. Alan then tried to make it seem like I was the reason that Alan cheated on me. Tried to trick my mind to think it was all my fault, that I'm the bitch, I'm the one that drove him away from me.
When it really was just all him. At first I believed him until the longer time went by and the more I thought about what he said the more I realized that I'm not the asshole here. It's him.
I awkwardly kept looking through the books hoping he would get the hint, that he's not getting me back, ever. My god this could be a damn T-Swift song.
Then he decided to grab my hips and bring them his his. His toned back to pressed up against mine. I felt his breathe on my neck. It sent shivers down my back. I wiggled my way out of his grip and made my way towards the exit not wanting to deal with him.
He caught up to me, unfortunately. He grabbed my wrist and tugged me into his body.
“Synthia, please just listen to me.” He grabbed my chin forcing me to look into his big blue eyes. I just closed my eyes trying not to fall for him all over again.
“Hey, let her go.” Another male voice that sounded very familiar.
I looked over to who the voice was and it was Harry. What the hell is Harry doing off work, and at a book store. I'll ask that later.
I twisted my arm out of Allan's grip that he had on me being slightly distracted by Harry. I ran over to Harry and whispered a Thank You to him. He nodded in return.
“Miss Hass was this young boy bothering you.” He asked not taking his eyes off Alan.
“What are you her boyfriend?” Alan chuckled.
“Yes...” I looked at Harry with wide eyes, he winked at me. Oh I see what he's doing. “So why the hell where you touching my girlfriend?”
“Dude she's my ex I just really miss her. I made a really huge mistake. She won't even let me try and make up for it.” Alan looked at me now with sad blue eyes.
'Harry please don't fall for it. Please don't fall for it.' I mentally wished.
“Well she's taken so back the hell off.” Harry said rather sternly.
After that Allan just walked away. I let out a breathe I didn't even know I was holding in. I looked at Harry and I saw he was already looking at me.
“Harry what are you doing here?”
“I believe I can ask you the same thing. Why would you come to a book store like this when you can any book you like in mint condition?”
“I love this book store. It has a amazing selection, and all the books smell like cinnamon.” I giggled while Harry smirked at me.
“I was actually here on my lunch break getting this book you told me about last night.” He chuckled “It was 'The Vampire Academy' I think.”
“Yeah I'm really into the whole 'Vampire' thing.” I giggled.
“You're so adorable.” I blushed so hard.
“T-thanks.”
He smiled at me.
“Hey do you want to get lunch with me?” He asked awkwardly playing with the book in his hand. “I mean I have to pay for this book first but, afterwards?”
“I'd love to Mr.Styles.”
