MACY P.O.V
My jaw dropped and tears began to fill my eyes when horrible thoughts came to mind.
“Zayn slow down... now say that again” I demanded holding back the tears.
“Tahlias in the bathroom! She locked herself in there and is crying, she won’t open it for harry and we don’t know what’s wrong! Can you come over please? Like now!”
“I’ll be over in 10!” I said just before I hung up the phone, grabbed my keys and ran to the front door.

“Macy what’s happening?” Niall shouted after me.
“Im going to Tahlias, I’ll see you in the morning, I love you!”
“I love you” I just heard Niall say as I slammed the front door.

“Tahlia open the door! It’s Macy”
Tahlia whipped away her tears and blew her nose before opening the door.
She stood in front of me completely naked and then made her way back the bath. I walked towards the bath and saw a tinge of red through the water. She had her phone tightly grasped in her hand to find a Google search question ‘what does it mean if I am bleeding and I am pregnant?’. I looked at Tahlia in the eyes and went back to reading the answer.
After reading that it could be a symptom of a miscarriage, I asked her if it has only bled this much, referring to the water. She shook her head and replied “No, I have refilled the bath about 4 times because of all the blood in it.”
“Have you told Harry?” I questioned as I put down the phone.
“No I don’t want to tell him until im sure of the answer.” Tahlia just said under her tears.
“C’mon babe, hop out of the bath and we will get you dressed into something and you and me will go to the hospital.”
I helped her out and wrapped her in a towel, opened the door and held her while we both walked to her bedroom.
“What’s wrong Tahlia?” Liam, Louis and Zayn all said in sync.
Harry just followed her with his eyes and watched as she walked into her room with dry tears down her face.
“I’m going to get her dressed and we need to go take care of something”
All four boys nodded and they walked back down stairs to the lounge room.
I helped Tahlia put on a loose summer dress and her shoes as we made our way to my car. I thought maybe I should give Niall a quick text to tell him I love him and Scarlett and say good night.
We got to the hospital car park and I quickly turned off the car and raced around to the other side to help Tahlia out of the car. We walked to the front desk and asked where we should go, the nurse directed us to a room. After having two small tests Tahlia and I waited nervously for the response.
The doctor handed Tahlia a small sheet of paper and began his statement “During pregnancies, bleeding can mean a lot of things, some bad, some good…”
“…Just tell me if I have lost my baby or not” Tahlia snapped mid-way through his sentence.
“Im sorry but yes you have had a miscarriage”
Tahlia broke down into tears as I tried to keep them back while he finished what he had to say.
“But being so early into the pregnancy, if you want to try again I will advise you to do so but not for another 2-3 months.”
“Thanks doctor” I said as I held Tahlias hand and walked out to the car.

“Let’s get you home” I whispered comforting her.
“No, I don’t want to go home now, not like this, and not with all the boys there asking questions” Tahlia snapped back.
“Take me to a hotel” Tahlia demanded.
“No! Don’t be stupid! You’re staying at mine until you’re ready” i snapped back.
Tahlia began to cry again.
“Tahlia stop! Im sorry I didn’t mean to snap at you like that! Im sorry” I said placing my hand on her lap.
She whipped away her tears as we pulled into my drive way. We walked inside to hear my 4 month old child screaming. Great, just what we need.
Tahlia walked into the door and straight upstairs to the spear bedroom. I followed close behind but stopped to talk to Niall. He handed Scarlett over to me as I instantly settled her.
“Sooo is it alright to ask what happened.”
I didn’t know how to put it and all I could do was get straight to it.
“She had a miscarriage”
Nialls jaw dropped and he was speechless.
“Whys she here? Does Harry know? Is Harry alright? Is she alright?” Niall replied in a rush.
I nodded and handed Scarlett back over to Niall so he could put her back to sleep.
“Night Princess! Mummy loves you! “I said placing a soft kiss on Scarlett’s forehead.
“Night Niall! Thank you, I love you!” I said soon after and placed a kiss on his plump lips.
I made my way upstairs and put on my PJs before I went in to check on Tahlia.
As I opened the door, Tahlia way fast asleep. I closed the door again and did what I had to do before going to bed.
Snuggling into Niall who was also wide awake my phone suddenly stated to vibrate as I got a text message from Harry.
From Harry: where’s Tahlia?
To Harry: she’s asleep in my spare room.
From Harry: why didn’t you drop her home?
To Harry: she didn’t want to go home; you guys have a lot to talk about tomorrow! I have to sleep Harry, sorry, good night! J
I put down my phone and put my head on Nialls chest as he wrapped him arm around me. Everything stayed quiet until a small tear fell from my eye onto his buff body and I began to sob.
“Macy shhh, go to sleep beautiful” Niall said comforting me while running his hand through my hair.
“Why them Niall? Why them? Everything was going so perfectly for them”
“We’ll talk about it in the morning. You need to rest Macy, I love you”
“I love you too” the words escaped my mouth just before I fell asleep.

I woke up the next morning to Scarletts cry. I opened her bedroom door and walked to get her out of the cot. I decided to go check on Tahlia while im already up. Yep still fast asleep. I took Scarlett back to bed with Niall and me before sunrise and laid there to think while my baby kicked her legs and waved her arms.
NIALLS P.O.V
I lay beside my daughter and my girlfriend as thoughts came rushing into my head. Last night we Macy left in some sort of hurry, I didn’t know what to think. And then when she came home with tahlia I knew something was wrong. I eventually found out about Tahlias loss and even I could feel tears rolling into my eyes. Harry was so excited and yet he still doesn’t know he’s lost his baby.
“Good morning Princess, Good morning my love” I said kissing them both somewhere on the face.
Scarlett kicked her arms and waved her arms and let out a small baby giggle as I said good morning. Macy smiled and put her arms around my neck to pull me down from another kiss.
“Are you okay? Have you been crying?” Macy asked politely
“I just don’t know what to do in these situations and I can’t help but think about what happened, what if that were to happen with Scarlett! I would be destroyed” I replied with tears rolling in again.
“I know babey, I know, we just have to be thankful that we do have our princess here and we need to be there for Harry and Tahlia all the time” Macy replied placing another kiss on my lips.
I rolled over and grabbed Scarlett to put on my chest.
“Mummy and Daddy love you very much Scarlett” I whispered.
I heard a knock on our bedroom door.
“Come in” Macy yelled from beside me.
The door opened and Tahlia walked in.
“Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t know Scarlett was here, I need to leave, and I’ll be in the kitchen” Tahlia said walking back out the door.
“No wait. Tahlia come back, please sit down, I’ll take Scarlett to the kitchen and make breakfast” I replied while getting up.
She walked back in and walked over to the bed to sit down. Scarlett and I made our way down the big staircase to the ground floor.
MACYS P.O.V
“How are you this morning?” I asked Tahlia as she sat down.
She smiled and nodded her head “do I have to see Harry today?”
“Thalia you can’t keep putting it off, he deserves to know! He can’t get angry, Miscarriages happen to a lot of people. He will be there for you I promise, you have to be there for each other.”
She nodded her head once again “okay”
“C’mon its 9 o’clock now, I’ll go get dressed in to something more appropriate and we will leave.
We both got up and did what we had to do before leaving.
“Babe, im going to take Tahlia back home, does you and Scarlett want to come? We might be a while”
“Yeah okay I’ll just go put some cloths on, is Scarlett alright to go in this?”
I nodded “yeah just go put a pick head band on her”
Niall left up stairs to get dressed and I waited down stairs for Tahlia to come back down.
“Niall and Scarlett are coming, is that alright?”
“Yeah that’s fine.”
Niall and our daughter came back down the stairs.

“Let’s go” Niall yelled when he reached the last step.
