KATIE'S P.O.V.
The next day i woke up beside Ashton on the couch he was still asleep. I just laughed quietly because he had dull running down his face and onto his neck. Ashton then groans. “What are you laughing at?” He asks with his eyes still closed. “You, you have dull down your face.” I tell him he then gets up and wipes his face. “You're not going to school today you're staying with me.” He tells me and i just nod. “Why don’t we take a walk in the park?” He asks me. “Yeah sure that sounds fun.” I tell him. 30 minutes later we both got dressed and were heading out the door. When we were just walking around in the big park i saw Louis and Harry behind the baseball fence and i knew they saw me but i just ignored then. I thought they would be in school but i guess not. “So what is your favorite sing now?” Ashton asks me. “Uh i am going for ‘I can't remember’ it’s amazing.” I tell him with a smile. “Play it for me!” He smiles. I take my phone out and we sit down on the grass as i start playing it. I start to sing along right when the song starts. ♫♪“Pretty girl what’s your name what’s your number, i’ve got the keys to my dad yellow hummer. Theres a party you come if you wanna go tonight, alright see you later. Wrapped up late took a minute but i found my mate, she was there acting cool so i made her wait. Wasn’t long couple songs ti;; i headed her way to say ‘Damn you look amazing’.”♪♫ I sang and decided to stop there laughing. I then copied their voices in the middle of the song where they were talking. “BRO WHERE’S YOUR SHIRT?” “OH SHIT, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED LAST NIGHT? I’VE GOT THE BIGGEST HEADACHE.” “YEAH I WANT ASPIRIN MY HEADS KILLING ME. WHO WAS THAT GIRL FROM LAST NIGHT ANYWAY?” I say laughing at myself. “OKAY!” Ashton says. I then get a text i look down at my phone. Louis: Hey what are you doing skipping school. It’s not like you to skip school ;). The text reads. I groan then look over to where he was and he sends me a wink with a smirk. “What is it?” Ashton asks. “Louis’ over there.” I tell him. He then looks over at Louis and gives him the middle finger. “Lets go.” He tells me and i nod. We got up and decided to just walk around the neighborhood. While we were walking my ringtone for Liam went off. Rejects by 5sos. “Hello?” I answer. “Hey Katie i was just letting you know for the next 2 weeks you don’t have to look after Loki and i wanted to invite you to my party tonight, i heard your brother is back. He can come to!” He tells me. “ok and maybe i don’t know i’ll ask him and if he says yes we will come.” I tell him “Okay see ya around.” He says. “Bye” I say back. “ask who about what?” Ashton asks me. “You about Liam’s party tonight.” I tell him. He sighs then thinks for a moments. “I guess we can go.” He says. “YAY!” I say happily. Me and ashton walked around the neighborhood for about 50 minutes. We had to go through the park to get back home and ashton said if Louis is not there we can stay and if he is there we leave. When we got the the park Louis was nowhere to be seen but i had a feeling he was still here. “Oh right Ash, mom sent me these.” I told him reaching into my bag to pull out my phone. “These pictures of you when you were little.” I say showing him them. “OH MY GOD GET RID OF THEM.” He demands. “NEVER!” I tell him. He then starts laughing then looks at my outfit. “So thats where my sweater and shoes went.” He says looking at me because i was wearing them. “And you just noticed?” I say laughing then he joins in. We stopped laughing when i was tapped on the shoulder. I looked up to see Louis. I was happy to see him but also i did not want to see him. “Well hello Katie.” Louis says with a wink. “Hi.” I say back turning to Ashton who was now looking very angry. “Ashton.” Louis says looking at him. Ashton then gets up about to charge at Louis but i stop him. “Ash….” I say looking up at him. He looks down at me then helps me up. “Can i at least talk to Katie?” Louis asks Ashton. “No, Never.” Ashton says angrily. “Dude i have to we are music partners, for once i actually want to get my work done.” Louis says surprising both me and Ashton. Ashton looks at me for approval and i just not. Ashton then goes and sits on a bench and takes his phone out to call someone as i turn back to Louis. “How are you love?” Louis asks me. “Good, you?” I ask. “Not so well i miss you.” He admits looking down a bit sad. “Do you miss me to?” He asks me. I just nod because i did not want to speak but i actually did miss him. “I want to hear you say it Katie.” Louis tells me. “I did miss you Louis.” I whisper. Louis then looks me in the eyes then his eyes land on my lips then back to me eyes. “Louis don’t Ashton is just over there.” I tell him not wanting Louis to get hurt by Ashton. “I really don’t care i need to feel your lips on mine at least once more because i feel like if don’t today then i never will again.” He tells me sadly. “What you don’t want to be my boyfriend anymore?” I ask slightly confused. “No i do it’s just your brother is tearing us apart and i don’t like it.” He says then takes a step closer to me and connects our lips and i wrap my arms around his neck. I heard Ashton yelling and footsteps getting closer but i did not want to let go. Ashton then rips me off of Louis and i notice Calum is there so Ashton gets Calum to hold me so i don’t run to Louis’ side. Ashton then connected his fist with Louis’ jaw as i gasp. “LOUIS!” i shout. Louis then starts to fight back. I then hide my head in Calum’s chest because i did not want to see them fight. The two people i cared about most fighting. Calum then took me home leaving Ashton and Louis. Once Calum had me seated on the couch he looked at me. “You and Louis are a thing aren't you?” He asks me . I just nod knowing he might tell my brother. “I won’t tell, you seem to really like him so i won’t tell but just be careful. Okay?” He asks me. “Okay.” I mumble. “Did they stop fighting?” I ask. “I don’t know, but i think not.” He tells me. A single tear rolls down my cheek. “Hey don’t cry it’s gonna be okay. You want me to get Christina?” He asks. “NO! She doesn't know.” I tell him. “Wow you must like him a lot if you have not told you best friends.” He says. “Yeah…..” I say quietly. The door then opens and in comes Ashton. God did he looked beat up. “Ashton are you okay?” I ask him. “Oh yeah i’m perfectly fine.” He says sarcastically. “Ash……” I start. “No why the hell would you do that?! He comes onto you like that and kisses you and you decided to wrap your arms around him neck and kiss back?” He says loudly but not to the point where he is yelling. I look at Calum and he just shook his head and i nod. “Ash i’m sorry okay.” I apologize. “Don’t even start.” He says storming into his old room in the house. “Cal?” I ask turning to him. “Yeah K?” He replies. “What do i do now?” I ask him. “Don’t tell anyone, lets just keep it between you and me okay?” He asks and i just nod. He then stuck his pinky out and i stuck out my pinky and i wrapped mine around his and then we wrapped our index finger around each others then stamped our thumbs. Calum’s phone then rang and he answered it. “Sorry i can’t come right now.” He says into the phone. “I’ll be back later just not right now i am dealing with something very important.” He says into the phone. “Okay bye.” He says then hangs up. “Christina.” He tells em and i just nod. “I’ll go check on Ashton.” He says. 4 minutes later Calum walks out with Ashton. I just put my head down when Ashton looks at me. Ashton then sits on one side of me and Calum on the other. Ashton then hugs me. “Sorry.” He whispers into my hair. “It’s okay.” I whisper back. “Is Louis okay?” Calum asks. Ashton then gets mad again. “Why the fuck do you care?” He says through his teeth. “because he might get Harry to pick on Katie more than he is now.” Calum explains. There was then a knock at the door. I stood up and went to open it. Once i opened it i saw a beat up Louis. “I don’t care if i get beat up again, just please can i talk to you?” He asks me. I look back and see Ashton and Calum lost in a conversation and they did not even notice i got up. “Yeah sure just make it quick.” I say and step outside and close the door. “Katie, how can i make your brother like me?” He asks. “I don’t know.” I say because i honestly don’t really know how. “I don’t want to loose you Katie so please help me.” He begs. “I’ll try.” I tell him with a warm smile. He then returns the smile. I lean in an peck him on the lips and i try to back away but he holds onto my hips making sure i can’t move, which makes the kiss deepen. We finally pull away and catch to our breath. “You gonna be at Liam’s party tonight?” He asks me. I just nod in response. “Dress in something nice i’m going to be there too.” He says and winks then pecks me on the lips then left so i went inside to get ready for the party. I also made Ashton get ready also because he is coming with me. The really awkward thing is Ashton and i have the same taste in style so once we both were ready and in the living room we looked at our outfits. I was wearing a red, plaid dress with a dark blue bandana and my black converse, while Ashton was wearing a red, plaid shirt with black jeans, black converse and a dark blue bandana. Yep very awkward outfits. “Okay i guess we will be twins for this party then.” Ashton says laughing. “Yeah i guess.” I laugh. We then walked over to Liam’s house and there were tons of people. And the one person i was looking for was Louis. Ashton and i went our separate ways. So i went to look for Louis, but first i wanted a drink. I went into the kitchen to get a drink i went to open the fridge but two arms were then wrapped around my waist from behind. Louis. “Hey beautiful.” Louis whispers into my ear and i blush. No one has ever called me beautiful before like no one not a single person. “Hey.” I say turning my head to look at him somehow. “I see you and your brother are wearing matching outfits.” He states. “I swear we did not do it on purpose. We just have the same taste in clothes.” I explain to him. “Sure, whatever you say love.” He says not believing me. He then tries to pull me away. “Let me get a drink first.” I say. “No come, before your brother sees us.” He tells me and i sigh then agree to go. He takes me upstairs. “What are we gonna do about Ashton?” I ask him once we get into an empty room. “I don’t know. You know him best, any ideas?” He asks me. “I’ll convince Ash to have you over some time so when you come over you can prove to him whatever needs to be proved.” I tell him. “Okay thats good but any plan be just incase.” He asks and i shake my head. “We could run away!” He says laughing. “No! No way.” I laugh. We both then fell silent just staring at eachother. “I really don’t want you to leave me Katie. I will do anything to be able to call you mine.” He says putting a strand of my hair behind my ear. “I’m not gonna leave you Louis.” I whisper to him looking down. He then wrapped his arms around me and pulls me into a hug. “Tell Ashton you're gonna stay at Christina’s but actually come to my place?” He asks me. “Okay.” I tell him. I then text Calum saying if Ashton asks if i am there to say i am. I then go downstairs to talk to Ashton. “Hey Ash.” I say getting his attention.” Yeah K.” He says. “Can i stay over at Christina and Calum’s tonight?” I ask him. He sighs. “Fine but you better be there and not somewhere else.” He tells me. “Okay, thank you Ash.” I say and quickly kiss him on the cheek then head outside where Louis was waiting. “What he say?” Louis asks. “He said yes.” I tell him with a smile. We then walk to his house and i go straight to his bedroom because it’s almost midnight and i am really tired. I know Louis was right behind me because i could hear his footsteps and i honestly didn't care i just walked into his room and plopped down face first into his his bed. He laughed at me for a minutes then sat down beside me on the bed. “I think you should change out of this dress.” I shake my head into his pillow and he just laughs again. “Well goodnight then.” He laughed and kissed the top of my head and let me sleep.
