Vest of Authority
It had been 2 weeks since that awesome sleepover with one direction. Ever since then the 6 of us had been hanging out almost every day. Occasionally Shannon came around, but I havent seen Natalie in forever.
"Are you ready?" Liam poked his head into the room.
"Ready, Freddy." I fixed the camera on the tripod and smiled.
Liam and louis came in and sat next to me. Next came Zayn, Niall, and Harry who squeezed into the couch diaganal of ours. I clicked on the camera button "GREETINGS SUBSCRIBERS, PROSTITUTES, AND POLE DANCERS!" I screamed, the boys laughed at me. "Today I have my awesome friends with me, doing something you have been asking for," I turned to Louis, the only person who knew what we were doing.
"WERE PLAYING VEST OF AUTHORITY, WIHT ONE DIRECTION!" Louis shouted "AND KEVIN IS COMING!"
"Avery," I corrected.
"Kevin," He smiled at me and intot he camera.
"AVERY!" I hit him playfully.
"KEVIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNN!" Louis screamed.
"Fine, and KEVIN is not coming anyway." I shrugged.
"What exactly is 'Vest of Authority'?" Liam asked.
"That reminds me! I will explain it to you guys, and my veiwers who dont know." I clasped my hands together "So, what we do is," I lifted up the vest from under the couch "I have this police traffic cop vesty thing, and the goal of the game is to put on the vest and convince someone to do something really stupid because it seems like you have authority," I took a deep breath "So, this is a Janoskian inspired video, and for example in the video they did Jai convinced this one girl to delete a picture of a bird she took because the birds are shy, therefore he earned a point for his team." I laughed.
"Wow." Zayn looked excited "LETS DO THIS THING!"
"I dont think ive ever seen you this excited," I said quietly "I LIKE YOUR ENTHUSIASM!"
I stopped the camera, after we all got ready we piled into my car and drove to the center of town.
I turned around in my car seat, since i was sitting in the front and announced "OKAY! What are our teams today?"
Everyone started to scream out what teams they wanted at teh same time "OKAY, FINE I'LL CHOOSE!" I screamed above their voices, then the quieted down "Alright, first team, Harry and Liam. Then, Zayn and Louis, Me and Niall, Got it?"
"YAYOO! LETS DO THIS THING!" Harry burst out. Liam seemed unsure, Niall was quiet, Zayn was DEFINITYL excited, Louis was EXSTATIC, and me? I was SUPER DUPER UNBELIEVABLY HAPPY!
"First off, Liam and Harry. Which one of you wants to start?" I heald out the vest.
Harry snatched it out of my hand "Watch and learn!"
We followed Harry out of the car and into a small corner shop with the camera. He approached the woman at the front desk "Hello, ma'm."
"Hello, " She looked up fromt eh book she had been reading
"I'm actually going to have ask you to not bring that book into the shop anymore," He nodded his head, making his sunglasses bounce "That specific novel is banned in this part of town,"
"Really?" The old woman put away her book, "Sorry, sir. Thank you, though."
"Of course!" Harry said, walking out the door.
We gave him high fives and slaps on the back "Score one for team Hiam!" Liam shouted.
"Okay, Zayn or Louis?" Niall asked.
"ME!" Louis ripped the vest off Harry and slid it on. Right away he ran off and sat next to a girl on a bench "Excuse me, ma;m?"
"Yes? OH MA GAWD! YOUR-" Louis clamped a hand over her mouth.
"Yes, I am Louis Tomlinson, buut iam a part time traffic cop, and I need to ttell you you'll have to find another place to sit."
"Oh why?" She mumbled out from behiend his hand.
"That seat is reserved for Kevin the knitting dog." Louis explained and motioned for her to leave.
The girl took a good look at his vest and stood up and walked away. Louis fist pumped the air as he approached us. "Score 2 for team Zouis!" I exclaimed "Niall would you like to go?"
"No, go ahead." Niall shrugged.
By the end of the day, we all had at least 3 turns. Liam and Harry got 3 points, Zayn and Louis got 6, and me and Niall got 5. And, best of all, i convinced a guy too give me his coffee.
"That was AWESOME!" Louis exclaimed.
"I KNOW RIGHT?" I screamed right back when we got in the house "WELLLLL, Im going to go edit this, so you guys can do whatever you want.
Louis's POV
I pretended to not have seen Niall and Vinnie kiss back at the froyo place. And, I know Vinnie and I are not a couple, but i learned that doesnt stop the hurting at all....
