Jade's Point of View

It's was about a half hour ride to the studio. Niall drove because I didn't the number for the gate. I wasn't allowed to know. Only people who where signed knew. When we got closer to the studio, my phone went off. It's was Luke from 5 Seconds of Summer. 'We're at the studio right now. When are you guys going to be here?' Luke asked to meet Carlie when we got her. So I told him to meet us at the studio, it worked out really well because he had a few solos he had to Record. I sent back to him, 'About 2 roads away. Meet me outside the building in about 2 minutes.' 'Kk' was all he sent back.

"Luke's coming." I said to Niall. Carlie over heard me.

"Luke Hemmings from 5 Seconds of Summer Luke?!" She was fangirling again. I looked at Niall.

"Yes. Luke Hemmings. He asked if he could meet you when you got here."

"Omg! Really!"

"Yeah." My phone went off again. This time is was my aunt Laura. She's Carlie's mom and my moms twin sister. Luckily, Laura is WAY more nicer then my mother was.

"Who is that?" Niall asked. Looking at me. We were at a stoplight.

"My aunt Laura. She wants to know who Carlie's doing."

I read outloud what i sent her. "She's doing amazing. I wanted to ask you if she could stay the night here with Niall and I. There is a bombfire tonight I want to take her too. Niall and my wonderful friend Luke said she can be his date."

Within in a matter of seconds she answered me. "That's perfectly fine! Tell her I said have a good time! Wait, does she have clothes for tomorrow?" I looked in the back seat where Carlie was sitting. "Do have clothes for tomorrow?"

"Um…I don't think so."

"What size do you wear?"

"Extra small for shirts and 2 for jeans." Oh thanks god! Torie wears that size shirt and I wear that size jeans.

"Great. My friend Torie left a shirt at our house you can wear and I have an old pair of jeans you can have to."

"Okay. Thanks."

When we got to the gate, Niall typed in the pin code and the gate opened. Luke was waiting for us at the door. I waved and he waved back. Niall parked where Luke was standing. He was saving a parking spot next to his car. We all got out of the car. "Wait here for a second Carlie." She nodded. I walked over to Luke, he pulled me in for a hug. "Hey Luke. Ok so. Her names Carlie. She's 15. Before I for get, can you be her date for the bombfire tonight?"

"Hell yes! Wait, where is she from?"

"England. But she has and American accent like me. Both my uncle and aunt are American. She started fangirling in the car so be careful!" I looked into the car and waved for her to come and meet Luke. "Luke, this is my cousin, Carlie. Carlie, this is Lu-"

"Oh my fucking god! Your Luke Hemmings! I love you so much!"

"Hi Carlie. Jades told me a lot about you. How are you?"

"Great! Can I have a hug?"

"you don't need you ask me. Just give me a hug." Then he pulled her into a side hide. "We souls probably get inside."

"Okay, so Carlie, Luke and Niall have solos to record so you and I are going to edit the audio. This is usually what I do when they record. Any questions?"

"So you have to adjust the volumes and stuff like that?"

"For this portion, yes. But later you and I are going to book some interviews for One Ditection while Niall and Luke get ready for the bombfire later tonight."

"Okay. Let's go!" Luke held the door open for us. She walked next to me and we talked. I told him what Carlie was like and what she was into. She loves Blink-182 and Green Day. So her and Luke hit it off really well.

We went into the room and I sat down behind the controls. Niall was first. I put in earbuds so I could talk back and forth to him and abjusy the sound Quality while he sang.

"Whenever you ready babe." I said. He begin to sing the opening lines of his solo. I held up my hand to tell him to stop. "Can you try that first line again? The words where a little mumbled." He started again and I nodded to let him know to go on.

When he finish, he came back into the room and Luke went into the recording room. Luke also had to take his guitar in there and record that too! He messed up about once or twice then he was done. His took a little bit longer since he also had his guitar to record. Niall, at this point, was sitting next to me helping me edit.

"Ok Luke. Your done for the day. Want to go get lunch with us?"

"Sure!" I turned around to the couch where Carlie was sitting. She was sleeping. All that traveling must've made her tried! i looked at Niall. There was a small smile on his face.

"Your waking her up. She's your cousin." He whispered. I walked up and taped her on the shoulder.

"Carlie? C'mon sweaty. You have to wake up. Where going to get lunch at Nando's." She didn't move. She also wasn't breathing.
