Dad Or brother?

"Hey babes get up the family will be here in an hour and they said they are looking for a child with in the ages of 9-17" Kelly said opening the curtains making the sun hurt my eyes. I groan and put the blanket over my head.

"Come on Bri" Kelly said poking at my body under the blanket.

"why? its not like they would want a teenager!" i winne. She pulled m y cover off making my grab the now cold air trying to grab the blanket that is now gone.

"Come on they might you never know, I am giving you some extra clothes you left at my house before" She said putting the clothes next to me. I rolled out of bed and grabbed the clothes and headed to the shower. I turned on the water but it was cold but i still needed to get going so i tried to be as fast as i could. I got out and dried off and put my bra and under wear on. Then I danced around trying to get my skinny jeans on. I finally got them on and buttoned them. The i looked at the shirt she had it was an old little mermaid shirt i had when i was little. I put the tee shirt on and it came up my stomach. Ugh hopefully she has an extra shirt I can borrow.

"Hey kelly?" i called walking down the hallway, she came out of the kitchen and was drying off her hands. She giggled a little bit when she saw my shirt.

"come with me" she headed to her room. It had a king bed and a tv in the corner. She opened her closet and handed me a old crew neck sweat shirt that said 'I'm not irish but you can still kiss me' on it. I laughed as i read it.

"I haven't worn that since i was about your age" she said handing me the shirt. I quickly put it over the little tee. I smiled as i was baggy and comfy.

"you can keep it. It's not i can fit in it" she smiled at me." do you need Deodorant and make up?" She asked. I nodded my head and she showed me to her closet with all her products.

"Thank you" i smiled and hugged her. It caught her off guard. I just have to show how much she is helping me and how much i appreciate it. She hugged me back.

"Better hurry they will be here in about 15 minutes" she said looking at her watch and letting go of me.

"Okay i will be quick" i said grabbing D.O. and mascara and eyeliner. I slid the stick of deodorant over my arm pits . Then i quickly did a small strip of eyeliner on the bottom and tops of my eyes, then swiped my lashes and i was done.

"where would you like me to put the stuff?" i yelled out of her doorway.

"just put it in the bathro-" she was cut off by the door bell "kids they are here!" she yelled for the rest of us kids. I put the stuff on her bathroom counter and walked out into the living room and sat on the couch.

"Hey i'm Ashton" I looked up and sow a boy with glasses and very long blond curly hair. He was followed by a boy with black hair and blonde streaks in it and another boy with like silvery hair, then a boy with a blond quiff. but all i can see is their sides and their backs.

"Hey boys the kids are in the living room" she said gesturing them to were i was. The 4 other kids sat by me the little 9 year old sat on my lap and the other two kids a 10 year old and marie the 11 year old sat on either side of me.

I could hear the boys were getting seated in front of us but i really couldn't see them because of the little nine year olds head.

"Hey babes can you please sit by my feet, I will do your hair" i offered the little girl. She nodded her head and got down and sat down by my legs and handed me the hair band on her wrist. I looked up at the boys and saw 5 Seconds Of Summer.

"Hey"

"hey" they all said at the same time. I the other kids waved

"Um erm uh Hi" i stuttered

"can you please braid my hair" the little girl took me out of my trace

"Um yeah, do you want an fish tail braid?" I asked trying not to seem weird and awkward. She nodded her haead and so i started to braid it.

"so what is your guyses names?" Calum asked

"mine is kaylie" the little nine year old said

"Mine is freddie" the 10 year old

"And I am Marie" the 11 year old said. I looked up and saw all of them looking at me.

"I am um My name is B-briana" Why am I fucking stuttering i know almost every fucking thing about these boys that i could know or want to know. I looked back down at Kaylie's hair i was doing.

"how old are you guys?" Michael asked clasping his hands together.

"well i am the most mature but I am 11" Marie said i kinda feel a snobby attitude coming off of her. After she said that it made luke laugh a little bit.

" Im 9" kaylie said holding up nine fingers making the boys smile at her.

"Well since i'm the only boy i probably am the most mature i am 10" Freddie said gesturing towards Marie over my lap. She looked over at him sticking her tongue out. Making me laugh and it made the guys chuckle.

"So how old are you Brian or can i call you Bri?" Ashton asked me.

"You can call me anything you wanT and i am 16, and probably the least mature" i said wrapping the hair tie around the end of the braid. "all done!" i said to Kaylie

"they are residents of nebraska and if you would want to come to the kitchen i could show you their files and records" Kelly said having the boys follow her out the door way leaving us kids alone in the living room.

"Thank you, you made my hair really pretty! Do you wanna play with me?" Kaylie asked getting up and going towards the doll house.

"Sure what do you wanna play?" I asked getting up and following her towards the doll house that had a lot a barbie stuff in it with a box of dolls next to the house. I looked over my shoulder to see the boys sitting at the breakfast bar looking at the files and looking up at kelly as she talked. I know that i probably have a very slim chance of getting chosen. like i am only 3 years younger than luke so that would just be weird for them to be my dads or what ever you wanna call it.

"We can play mommy and daddy" She said handing me the ken doll as she took a blonde haired barbie " you be the daddy and i will play the mommy" she said

"Honey im home!" she said in a weird voice

"Yay! were did you go?" i said in a really deep voice making the ken doll look like he was walking.

"I just went shopping and i brought home food!"she said in her squeaky mom voice. it is so adorable.

"Yay Food!" i tried to be as deep as possible .

"Yummy food!" she put her dolls arms up and shook the doll back and forth. I looked up and saw that the two other kids had just swapped places from one was getting talked to by Ashton and one was playing on the Wii. I guess it will be Kaylie's turn next

"Do you like broccoli? " i asked im my man voice, she squished her face in disgust.

"Noo ewww thats not grown up food!" She madd e her doll say

"Wait did you get my favorite Pineapple Pizza!?!" I had my ken doll say

"Eww no" she said

"OH My God I love Pineapple Pizza" I jumped in fright then turned around and saw Michael standing behind me,

"oh sh-- um you scared me" i caught myself from swearing

"Haha well its your turn" He said helping me up.

"I will be right back kaylie" I said pulling my sweat shirt over my butt and following him out to the kitchen. I sat down by kelly and the Calum. They all were looking at me. I felt like they were judging me so hard.

"so these boys are going to ask you anything they want and they already know about your history and how long you have been here" kelly said extremely professionally

"Okay" I said crossing my ankles and rubbing my hands over my thighs.

"so first off we wanna say happy belated birthday!" Ashton said " So we were wondering what do you wanna be when you grown up?"

"Well i originally wanted to be a disney princess when i was little but now i really want to be a singer like you guys" I said trying to be as calm as possible.

"Do you play any instruments?" Luke asked

"Um well in our school band i play the tuba and in contemporary music class i play the drum piano and guitar but i play the drums the most of the time"

"Wow thats alot, hah, um are you a fan of us?" Michael asked " oh and P.s that was so cute what you were doing with the little girl"

"hah thanks and yes i am, I hae like almost every one of your guyses songs on my ipod and i know like the basic stuff about you guys from like tumblr" I rambled making them laugh and sigh in relief. Wait wouldn't this be non relief i mean a crazy fan girl right by you.

"so what you would you do if you were able to go on tour and like live with us?" calum asked.

"Well i probably would think i was dreaming then i would probably get use to it after awhile" I laughed.

"Thank you can you send in Kaylie please?" Kelly asked me letting me go, shit i must have done horrible. fuck fuckfuck. why do i have to be a screw up

"hey kaylie its your turn" i said putting my hand on kaylie's shoulder.

"Yay! maybe they will be my new family" she said getting up fast and running to the kitchen and could hear her sa hi and them laughing.

i sat down on the couch and watched the other kids play mario bros. They were getting so into it that they were shoving eachother trying to get the other one to mess up. It was like 10 minutes and Kaylie came back into the living room and sat down. About 5 minutes later everyone else came in to the living room and sat down in front of us.

"So we have disided that I will be adopting Bri" Ashton said. I looke across every ones faces the adults were happy but the kids seemed a little disapointed but why would they choos me im old
