Stars at Milky Way

I walked out of Starbucks and got in my car. 'Damn, what's her problem. She wouldn't take me. That's never happened before'. I thought to myself. I wacked the subject of my mind and turned on the radio then drove home.

*Zayn calls*


Me: Hello?

Zayn: Hey wanna come hang with me and the lads at Malibus tonight?

I sighed to myself
Me: Sure why not, I could use a night out.

Zayn: Okay be there by 8:30

Me: Alrighty then, bye.

*Hangs up*

I arrived at my house and went inside. I ran upstairs and looked at the clock. It was 6:43. Thank goodness I have enough time for a nap. I laid down and instantly fell asleep to the softness of my fluffy pillow.

Linessa's POV:

"Have a nice day sir" I said to a man while putting change in the register. I looked at the clock and it was 6:57. I just realized I was supposed to be off work an hour ago. "Where the hell is James" I grunted to myself. I heard the bell ring as James walked through the door.

"Where the were you!!!" I scowled him.
"Sorry I lost track of time" he said calmly.
"I don't give a damn you were late and I need sleep!! Now I only have an hour and a half of sleep!!" I scolded him.

"IM SORRY OKAY I'LL BE HERE ON TIME TOMORROW, YOUR ALWAYS SO SENSITIVE, AND WHEN YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU WANT YOU FREAK OUT." He yelled at me.

"Okay then, alright." My voice cracked a little and my nose was sniffling and my eyes were watering. I didn't mean to blow up on him and tick him off.

I ran out of Starbucks and I heard him call after me " Linessa I'm sorry alright!!" He called.

I ran to my car through the rain and unlocked it as fast as I could. I got in and drove home.

It was dark and rainy. I know I'm only 16 and I don't have a license but its not a far drive so I borrowed my friends car for a while.

I arrived home and got out of my car and ran through the rain to get to the door. I got inside and I turned around to lock it. I ran upstairs, slipped off my shoes, laid in bed, and looked at the time. It was 7:13. I had 47 minutes of sleep. I laid my head in my pillow and fell asleep thinking about earlier.

Hey you guys. I know it was a boring chapter but I have an idea for next chapter and trust me its gonna be a good one and it will be a little longer.
