Chapter 1
I looked out the window, with tears in my eyes. I was upset, mainly because of Veronica. She's my best friend, and I'm so jealous of her.
She has an awesome job, a smoking hot boyfriend, and a beautiful house. I live in a small apartment, work at a burger king, and if you didnt guess, im single.
No one wants to date a poor college student. I live in Palm Springs, California, and I love it. But, I wish I could be in Sacramento, with my parents and my brother.
My brother, Kyle, is twenty six, and has a wife named, Maria. They just had a baby girl named, Aubrey. She is the cutest thing, but I can barely see her. I just sit in my apartment all day, unless I'm at school.
Ive tried dating websites, but thats lame...
I decided to hit the hay early, nothing better to do.
