When Fire Meets Ice

Layla's POV~
So last night a graduated... wow. After the graduation I went out to with my friends and our families. Today Haley, Bella and I are going for a road trip to celebrate. Me and Bella are gonna surprise Haley by taking her to a One Direction concert for her birthday in 2 days. I don't know why but she is obsessed with One Direction... I'm waiting for Haley to come by with the truck. Bella's parents are driving her to my house. I'm still not done packing... Shoot, someone just knocked. I think its Haley. I run downstairs and find Bella in the living room. Thank god.
"Hey Bella, come help me pack." I say
"What? Your still not done packing? Haley is gonna kill you!" she says panicking
"I know I know, I have to hurry, help me!" I say well running up my stairs with Bella following. Our parents are talking about how much money they are gonna give us and how much we already have.
"So what do you want to pack?" Bella says well putting my hair brush and perfume into a toms bag.
"I don't know, everything I guess" I say while practically stuffing my closet in a bag.
"Do you have the tickets?" Bella asks while neatly folding what I just put in my bag.
"I put them in my underwear drawer so no one would get too them/see them. Pack them under my underwear because that's probably the one thing she won't borrow from me." I say.
"True that. Speaking of which can I use your perfume?" she says well taking my perfume back out of the bag and spraying herself.
"Well your already putting it on so I guess so..." I say. We finish packing and lay on my bed glad we got it done.

Haley's POV~
I just packed everything up and now i'm saying bye to my mom.
"Mom, I'm gonna head over to Layla's now." I say well grabbing my keys.
She hands me $200, hugs me, and whispers in my ear "I'm so proud of you.... go have fun" I smile then wave one last time well i'm in the car. I'm sure she will be calling soon to check up on me. I call Layla to tell her I'm on my way.
"Hey chum, i'm on my way, is Bella there yet?" I say well making a sharp turn.
"Yeah, wanna talk to her?" she asks.
"Sure put her on" I say well she puts the phone on speaker.
"Hey Haley, thought you would get here before me" Bella says well obviously rushing to pack for Layla.
"I thought so to, why'd you get there so early?" I say well trying to hold back my laugh.
"Mom and Dad wanted to talk to Layla's parents." she says.
"Okay, well you both better be packed when I get there, I'm almost there." I say well I hear them hesitating to throw everything in a suitcase. Damn its hard not to laugh.
"Packing? Pfffft, were definitely done packing." Layla says well I think she is throwing clothes across the room.
"Well I just wanted to let ya'll know i'll kill both ya'll if you aren't packed when I get there. Bye!" I say well hanging up laughing my head off. I can practically see them panicking over it all right now. I pull up into the drive way of Layla's house and I walk in and her parents point to upstairs where I run up to and push open the door. They just are barley zipping up Layla's bags. Lucky bitches.
"Ya'll got lucky... this time" I say well laying in the bed next to they're bags.
"You girls ready to go?" Bella's dad says from down stairs. Damn its like he wants us to leave.
"Yeah, we'll be down in a minute" Bella says well lying down next to me. Layla does the same. So now were both laying here. In Layla's bed like we used to do when we were little.
"We aren't so little anymore, are we?" Layla says with a sad voice.
"Nope, were growing up" Bella says well staring up. We all look around at each other.
"I remember we used to try to find things on the ruff, hidden shapes and things. Oooo, I see a dog." Layla says well looking back up. Me and Bella laugh.
"I see a baby bird" Bella says.
"I see a car... oh yeah, we have to go...." I say.
"We've been dreaming about this our whole life... and here we are, acting like kids again." Layla says sounding like shes about to cry.
"We've made it." Bella says and starts crying. Very soon we are all crying like little kids.
I smile and say "Come on, we have a trip to go on." We hug and then walk down stairs. Layla and Bella's parents give us like $500. i guess they bot put in $250. We hug them and then say bye and leave. Gosh I remember when we were kids.... and now were here. We came a long way...
