On Tour With One Direction
As It Should Be
THE PRESENT: July 2013
Since Harry started to try being friends, things have gotten a lot better. At first, it was really awkward but the guys and Sammie have helped a lot in making things less tense. Speaking of Sammie, Niall asked her to come on the North America leg of the tour with them and she accepted so at least I have my best friend with me to talk to about things.
The concert just ended and the boys ran backstage to change, pack up, and head to the next state. Soon after, the stage door opens revealing Sammie with her VIP ID that Niall got management to make for her so she could easily get backstage after the shows.
“Hey Angela that concert was amazing wasn’t it?”
“Yeah…I guess. I wasn’t really paying that much attention to it. I was thinking about how we first met the guys and mine and Harry’s mess of a relationship we’ve had in the last year. But you know…I still love him a lot even though we’re just friends…I know he still loves me.”
“Yeah he tells me all the time how he wishes your ex hadn’t hurt you so bad so that you would be his.”
“…he does?...” I think I may have made a major decision. Finally. “Sam, can you help me find Harry? I think I wanna tell him something.” I say winking at her. She knows what that means and lights up.
“Oh Harry! Angela has something she wants to tell you!!” Sammie says running to where the guys are heading out. She pushes Harry towards me and walks outside with Niall and the others. This is it. I can’t believe I’m about to do this. But…I think I’m ready.
“Okay..well…during your concert tonight, I was thinking back to when I first met you and how much I liked you from the start. …and then how I hurt you when I rejected you back in Orlando. The point is, we’ve been through a lot and now that we’ve been friends for a while…I’m realizing that I just can’t hide that I still love you.”
“Are you saying what I think you’re saying?” says Harry getting excited.
“I’ve been letting my last boyfriend keep me from happiness for far too long. I don’t care how bad he may have hurt me. I love you, Harry Styles and I want to be with you always. So…what do you say?”
“I say…I’ve been waiting for this moment for 1 year, and didn’t think it would ever come. I promise you I will never break your heart and we will always be in touch when we can’t see each other. Thank you for putting your trust in me. I won’t let you down. I love you, Angela Lynn. Always.”
He smiles flashing those adorable dimples that always make me melt and I can’t help but jump into his arms. He picks me up spinning me around. He puts me down and places his arms around my waist and mine around his neck.
We look into each other’s eyes and we’re about to kiss when Niall comes in with Sammie on his back and shouts, “Hey lovebirds! Time to load up the bus, go go go!”
“Hey that’s my job!” Niall gets a scared look on his face and runs out with Sammie screaming.
“Now, where were we? ….oh yeah.” I say smiling up at the love of my life. Harry and I share the most passionate kiss I’ve ever had. Fireworks go off in my mind and I know he has my complete trust and love forever and that he feels the same.
With that, I hop on Harry’s back and we run out of the concert hall to the tour bus happier than ever…and finally together. Everything is as it should be.
